My GF ordered a piece of music software from these people, and instead of getting a straightforward DOWNLOAD, for 2 weeks I've had to correspond via email, just to have them act like I'm speaking Greek. Sure, she saved $40, but the aggrevation is $10,000 worth. STAY AWAY!
