Ordered a down coat for 280$. Put it on the first time and notice a perfect tiny hole in the front. Realized it was missing one side of a snap. Started a return. Shipped back. They received and signed for 12/19. The email stated 14-15 days for refund. Still no refund so I called. They talk over you repeating some stupid script saying sorry you received outdated information. You just sent me the email! That it will take at least 21 days to inspect the return. You should have inspected the SALE! You sent it damaged and have yet to refund. Joke of a process for such a big company. Any other holiday returns I needed to make have already been refunded by every other company. I hope they lose all their business.
If you feel something is too expensive. Don't buy it. I see constant posts with people crying about price tags not just about this but about everything they can't buy... and my God. Why they take time out to say "if you lower your prices you will have more customers " is beyond me. Any company will only cater to who can afford them... There are plenty of cheaper items you can afford, so go and buy them.
With all that said.he I don't believe this company is expensive at all. I think they do an outstanding job of keeping prices realistic while being popular and fashionable. Nice work adidas.
Delivery took a little longer than usual, but that's to be expected at the moment. Trainers were not exactly as described on the website, so not sure if I will keep them. No issues with the rest of the order.
Everything is great, prices, free shipping and returns/ exchanges. However the returning/ exchanging part is more complicated than it should be. The website takes days to send the exchange label and while customer service was very nice, it just complicated things. It eventually worked out, and as soon as your exchange is scanned by ups they ship out the replacement or issue the refund. So all in all not bad. They also have pretty good sales
Great selection of sports clothing! Everything is high quality, and clothing designs are both cute and functional. Especially love how breathable some of their gym tops are! They also have quite nice backpacks that can be used on an everyday basis, and are sturdy + spacious
Wear their shoes everywhere! Since the very childhood I'm wearing adidas sneakers for running and they have never let me down.
But of course it also depend on the model which you choose, so approach this process wisely. Some of them are for running, others are for common wearing.

Was received, the warehouse has 21 days to check your item and then they decided on the acceptability of the items"...are you kidding me... one whole month for an exchange...I'm talking never worn...and I purchased online...Thus to me is frustrating
I used to love Adidas for their quality and stylish designs, but unfortunately, I have noticed a decline in both areas recently. The clothing items I have purchased lately have not held up well after a few washes and have started to lose their shape and color. The designs seem to have become repetitive and lack the innovation that I used to appreciate. Despite this, I still appreciate the brand's commitment to sustainability and ethical production practices. 3 out of 5 stars.
I am very disappointed with Adidas shoes recently. I was a huge fan of them and I never bought any pair of shoes other than Adidas but the last couple of shoes I bought were just disaster and they were somehow fully destroyed after 3 months of use. Quality is ok. Size is fit for me, but the service is very bad.
I do not buy again.
I bought sportswear from Adidas, it was of good quality and it looks too attractive. The shoes are too classy! Lasts for a long time. The rate of product is genuine. I suggest my friends buy it from this site. It is good to gift someone from this product.
I would give this company a -10. Soccer shoes were purchased and were too small. A gift card was issued. Then an imposter contacted Adidas with via chat with a stolen email and the company gave them our credit of $240.00. We have contacted Adidias over 15x with no result. They keep reissuing an empty gift card with a zero balance and there is no possible way of speaking to anyone. This was a gift and I am beyond disgusted with absolutely no customer service. They don't care, keep sending their sorry nonsense. They are the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.
Absolutely horrible customer service. The worst from any major retailer I have ever experienced. I ordered $250 worth of items for my father for Christmas and they shipped me a random pair of women's hiking shoes. I called them to try to get the right order expedited shipped so I could give my dad his gift before I left home and the first customer service agent literally hung up on me. The second agent said that they shipped me a replacement but I checked the tracking number they provided and it was for my original order, not a replacement. I have never been so upset and disappointment with a retailer before. Now I'm wasting my time on Christmas dealing with their incompetence instead of enjoying time with my family. I ordered a pair of shoes 3 months ago and still haven't received my shoes or money back if they do this to 10 people a week that's 600 dollars there making off us and saying they were delivered there customer service is a joke I talked to Antonio and he was the rudest man I've ever spoke to and hung up when I asked gis info to report him. Adidas does not care about their customers. My package was lost/delivered to the wrong address by lasership. I have been waiting a week to get a refund and talk to a supervisor and nobody is doing anything. The shipping company sent them an email confirming I never received my package and that's not good enough for adidas. They told me a supervisor would contact 24-48 hours and it's been an entire week. Anytime I call they're too busy and now my email is blocked from their customer service because apparently it's bad to continue emailing them when I have yet to receive any help. I've never had such a bad experience with a company before. I used to love this company but this makes me never want to buy from them again. They are careless and all they want is money.
I had been a loyal adidas customer from years. I ordered 2 pairs of adidas shoes and had to return them cause they didn't fit good. Adidas confirmed the reception of the shoes and informed me that they would refund however, almost a year now and multiple emails later, I still haven't received a legitimate response from their team, let alone the refund. This is extremely shameful from a reputable(not anymore) brand like adidas.
I wish I have read the reviews before I purchased from Adidas.com, oh boy worst customer service ever. I purchased a pair of leggings, the size is way off, so I returned them. They received my returns on 10/18/22, and the status showed "Refund will be issued within 5 business days". After a week, still no refund, I contacted them with chat, the agent just cut me off, didn't even want to help. 2 weeks already past by, still no refund. They are thieves, I never had any problems with online orders until I purchased from Adidas. People please don't waist your money and time, go somewhere else, you can still buy this brand.
Awful customer service. They have no idea what to do in there. Waited ages to exchange two t-shirts for the next size down. One checkout operator and a massive queue. When it came to exchanging the items for the exact same thing, they tried to charge me an extra £16. Called the manager who was aged 15 and clueless. Nobody could understand that i wanted to exchange. Manager kept saying that the price has gone up since last week. I told him that its the same item so just swap. Place is a total joke. Please avoid. 1 star as it wont allow me to put 0.
Ordered ultraboost dna 5.0 which are $180. When they arrived the tags and paper in the shoes were already removed and at the bottom of the box. There was dirt by the laces and dirt on the bottoms. The worst part is I felt they smell like a foot! I emailed adidas and they responded with I'm sorry, please check out our website for deals in the future. Plus they told me i can just exchange it for the same shoe but the website only let's you exchange for different sizes, so they don't even no how their own system works. Will never purchase from adidas online store again
Need to exchange a pair of shoes for a half size larger. These were delivered on 3/7/19. Ever since then for some unknown reason, there is a glitch on my account that won' let them generated a return label. Today a week later I was told it was take IT about another week to fix this issue. Seriously what kind of lame IT department does a big company like Adidas have. I was lied to many times that this would be fixed ASAP, Guess not. And by the time they do fix it, if they ever do, no guarantee the size we need will be in stock. Very Very poor customer service. Beware this could happen to you! They even sent me an email ask for various shots of the shoes which I submitted and guess what they can't find that email Very poorly run. If I ever get this fixed it will be my one and only transaction with them.
Sure Adidas is a great brand but they apparently could care less about customer service. Their customer service rep was trying to tell me that a "21 business day" exchange period was standard. So we'll miss Christmas.
I have had issues with cleats falling apart, stitching on shirts coming undone but I thought that these might be exceptions to what was otherwise a good company. It turns out that these were just hints that a once mighty brand has lost all sense of quality and customer care. Shame.

Answer: For anyone experiencing this issue- Take photos/screen shots of order and credit card info. You can call 905-266-4200 or 1-800-448-1796 or 1-855-823-4327 but dont expect anyone to answer. If they do explain your issue and get a case number- if you dont hear back from them call again give them your case number and ask to accelerate the issue to a supervisor- dont expect to hear from them but if you do and you don't get your purchase call your bank/credit card company and ask for the charges to be reversed. KEEP all your documentation - Adidas staff lie - you will have to prove contact with them. Good Luck
