I like the most this brand of sport`s clothes and shoes, it is my favourite and I really want buy more and more
I am experiencing horrible customer service with Adidas, and I don't know where else to turn but social media.
I ordered four items from the Adidas Ivy Park line. When my box arrived, nothing was right - my shoes were the wrong size (by four sizes,) and two of my items were missing.
I've called the Adidas customer support line four times. I called twice on Thursday, November 5th, and sent photos of the box and contents, but I was told there would be no way I could get any of my items replaced, and that they could not confirm I would even get my money back. They said they would be opening a case to see where my items would have gone.
I was told someone from the company would be calling me back to help. That never happened. I was told I would receive an email about being put on an inventory list, so I might get what I ordered. That never happened.
I sent two follow up emails regarding other packages I'd seen online, and I received no response.
Other packages my friends and family received had tamper proof tape on them. Mine had none.
I called back on Tuesday and my case had not moved anywhere. No one had looked at my emails. No one had inquired yet with USPS to see where my items might have gone.
I was told my case was then "being sent to another department for review." The customer service rep told us it was PDX but couldn't tell us what that meant.
I was told that no supervisors could speak with me. Once I was told they were in a meeting, and another time I was told there were no supervisors.
I don't know what to do next. I spent a great deal of money on this order. No one in your customer service department can offer me a refund, or a replacement of items, I am unable to speak to any supervisors who might be able to help.
Your customer service department seems more intent on getting off the phone with me than resolving my issue or helping me.
I have complied with all of Adidas's requests.
Don't bother calling to ask questions about their apparel. They have no knowledge of or interest in answering questions about their apparel.
The online customer service workers are so unfriendly, rude and unprofessional, especially the male workers
Adidas is famous for good quality products and service for their sport products and special designing
This company is a hoax and a scam.they cancelled egift card order! Its unbelievable.thats how lazy they r.they cant even sent an egift card by email
Terrible customer care and horrible people running this company. Would not recommend to anybody………..
Customer service team is really awesome, they fixed my order very quick and shipped before end sale promotion.
No problems at all. 10/10 would shop here again for sure. Orders always come fast and checkout is smooth as bean
Today, I went to Adidas store to participate in a ruffle and they rejected me because I'm a female. All I wanted is to sign up for the ruffle to buy for myself a male pair of shoes. The ruffle assistant told me that if I want to buy male shoes for myself I have to be male. He said: "I can't sign you up for male shoes in the ruffle because you are female".
What's going on in this world? Do I have to be male to sign up for a purchase of male shoes? Are you for real? I have rights to buy what I want and when I want! I told him: "we are in Canada, we are in Vancouver! It is a country that supports every gender! There is no such things as gender discrimination" And he responded: "so what? I still can't sign you up for male shoes". This is ridiculous! He told me that it is the rules of the ruffle! He rejected to call for the manager when I asked him. He called me a sales' assistant who also told me that I must be a male person to sign up for ruffle to buy male shoes". She also rejected me when I asked to call for manager. She told me that if I wanna meet the manager I should wait till 8:30 pm. Their store, in fact, clothes at 7pm and I was there around 5 pm. This whole situation is ridiculous.
I said that I won't leave the store until I participate in the ruffle so he pressed some buttons on his iPad telling me that he signed me up for female shoes, and when I told him that I need size 8,5 he pressed the button to pick 7,5 shoes size and gave me the iPad to sign my name. After I signed my name, I was going to choose size 8,5 and he literally took away the iPad from me in a very aggressive manner and told me that I don't have rights to choose my size. He said me: "you don't look like 8,5!". This was so humiliating and ridiculous he submitted the whole ruffle application for me! He even pressed the button to submit the application for me.
This is happening in the adidas today in Vancouver. I can't believe that Adidas is a gender discriminative company! They hired 2 people who clearly discriminated me.
Comfiest shoes I have ever owned and I get so many compliments and questions about them. Great sneaker! Good for running around.

Usually I am not the kind of person who will post a comment publicly to the internet about customer service, but my frustration has come to higher level after dealing with Adidas Canada.
At the end of May I purchased a pair of Copa cleats from FE soccer store on Walker RD in Windsor Ontario. My son was impressed with look and comfort of the kangaroo leather which costed me $350. Unfortunately, the cleats ripped after 3 games and I called FE soccer about the warranty. They then directed me to Adidas, due to Adidas being the company the cleats are from and that the warranty covers. So, I proceeded with the directions and gave Adidas pictures of the shoes and sent them the old ripped cleats in order to receive a voucher to use towards the $350 dollar cleats, that only lasted 3 games. I received a voucher after 2 weeks, however EVERYTHING on the Adidas website is excluded from the voucher as well as this voucher cannot be used in store. However, when using this voucher, you can only purchase ONE item, and you cannot use any left-over money for other purchases, so money is being wasted. So, we ordered a new pair of soccer cleats for a lower price because my son needs soccer cleats for the rest of the soccer season. We placed the order in on July 31st, 2023 and was told it would be delivered 3 days later on August 3rd, 2023, however the cleats have not been shipped yet, and no one at Adidas customer service has a clue with what's going on with my order. I have requested to speak with the manager to get to the bottom of this issue and why my order is still not shipped, and every person I've spoken with has claimed that the manager "is very busy" and "does not have time". So now, in the end, we need to spend another $300 dollars on cleats for my son, as soccer cleats are not cheap these days, and after learning from my mistake of dealing with Adidas, I would like to just come and post my experience to bring awareness to the horrible customer service that may await you.
I'm just trying to do a review for class and adidas has nothing but bad customer service reviews, i will never buy adidas AGAIN!
The yeezy boost 380 are really my boots. They look so stylish. It's convient to run in them... Will buy some more shoes there, definietly.
I ordered Yeezys and they were delivered to the WRONG address and would not give me a refund or help.
Answer: Adidas customer service is adidas no service. They should get rid of it.that is how useless it is.
Answer: Because they don't have a clue about their documentation process- there is no CUSTOMER SERVICE at Adidas online - and don't try to call them, they rarely pick up the phone- INCOMPETENT
Answer: For anyone experiencing this issue- Take photos/screen shots of order and credit card info. You can call 905-266-4200 or 1-800-448-1796 or 1-855-823-4327 but dont expect anyone to answer. If they do explain your issue and get a case number- if you dont hear back from them call again give them your case number and ask to accelerate the issue to a supervisor- dont expect to hear from them but if you do and you don't get your purchase call your bank/credit card company and ask for the charges to be reversed. KEEP all your documentation - Adidas staff lie - you will have to prove contact with them. Good Luck
