Paid $180 every 2 weeks for 2 years I just paid a $1200 xbox I fell out an application I get approved for $2,000 I called the store the next day they deny me what the heck's going on ridiculous man did somebody needs to say something then handle this

Please make sure you read the agreement. They want you to not read the agreement, so they can keep charging for the same items twice. They don't care about you.

I made all the payments and they were charging 16 dollars sth for a service I don't need. On the website it said I paid off everything and I called about that extra service and the local office told me that I still owed 300 something from last year! How could I owe something from last year? They never told me anything. My balance was 0.0. When I was talking to a representative, my account was blocked and I could not see my payments anymore. I will check later, that is very strange.

It's horrible how a company approves your agreement, takes your initial payment of $400 dollars only to follow up a week later to cancel your agreement. Never spoke to me about the final decision to cancel just left a voicemail and tells me I have to wait 6 to 8 weeks to get my money back! I have dealt with RAC many times no issues but this company, who somehow is affiliated tries to make themselves look better than RAC but they are horrible! Stay Away!

I purchased a dinning room set for around 1300.00 last year March 2023 …I'm still paying after a year later after missing my 90 day mark.I called and asked for payoff each time the amount is different.I've now paid over 3000.00 for a freaking dinning room set and still paying.I'll never in life will get $#*! for this place…116 every 2 weeks comes.This is a total scam because they damn sho home you can't pay after those 90 days…

I admit they got me. I'm paying all this extra. However, when I specifically tell the rep the card I am using for payment is for a one time payment(there's even a box to check online) I mean this payment only. They attempt to charge the card anyway. They charge you a ridiculous fee anyway but for there to be such horrible service? Never again will I go to bobs...

I purchased a bedroom set for $1900. Acceptance now says my total because I pay monthly to lease the furniture and it's in my home, I have to pay them $4100 total. There should be something that we can do about this because this is more than double the amount I purchased it for. I tried to not give them any stars but they force you to give them at least one to make a review. Bob's furniture should not use them. It makes them look bad as well.

Bought a sofa from Value City Furniture. Made payments regularly. Due date on Feb. 24 and they attempted to pull money on Feb. 23. Claimed the lease agreement expired when payment failed. Today sent text that a representative will be coming by the house today. An hour later sent message that they are proceeding with "theft of merchandise charges." Totally mob like tactics.

4 payments in a row they have messed up on my payment date and have tried to take my payment out early resulting in late payment inquiry to credit bureau I'm sure I have told them 3 weeks in a row to change it to Saturday and finally got it changed and got a different debit card and told them the new information on it and they still tried to run my last one again bunch of idiots

I purchased a few items from Rooms to Go Outlet in 2020 it was one of the biggest mistakes I made. I was on the 90 day program in which due to a hardship I exceeded the 90 day time frame for paying the
Mbalance in full. Not willing to work with me they didn't add the remaining balance to my credit report instead they added the full amount of the item as if I never made any payments.

Agent for the store in Stafford Texas added my social security number to someone else's Acceptance now account then said only the district manager can fix it! I was only coming in to do my own application and she added my social from Illinois to an account holder who lives in Maine! Definitely fraudulent activity going on at this Rooms to go location in Stafford Texas store number 6361

I was told by the last rep that I signed a rent to own agreement. I advised her that, that information was not given to me and had I wanted to do that I would have gone to a rent to own company. I was basically told that since I did not make my pymts within 3 months I had to pay for 15 months. I am going to make sure my bank rejects any payments going forward. I have paid $200 more and they will wait on the rest. Rooms to go should be ashamed for even offering this service knowing that they do this to people.

So I brought a bedroom set for around 3000. This people tell me because it wasn't paid in 4mons I owe them another 3000 so ultimately paying 6000 for it! That's 100% charge, I thought this was illegal, at least in illinois. Let me look into this a bit more. Hell, i would never use them again! Beware!

I purchased my furniture at Value City last weekend Saturday paid the $49 I told the lady my pay date is 29th I get a email today saying my payment is due Tomorrow the 23rd I call out to the store speak to a representative she ask who I sit down with mind y I believe I was talking to her I called in about my question as to how Is my payment due Tomorrow when I said it was nxt wk I know when I get paid she told me I have to make another payment of $49 to get it rescheduled then I say ok what about the payment I suppose to make to recover my furniture she says y have to pay that as well so now y want me to pay $398 plus $49 just to push a payment back idt so I cancelled it altogether and I WILL NEVER GO TO THEM AGAIN I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE STRAIGHT LOAN SHARK TRASH.

I can't say enough about Carmela Oaorio-Rivera who cares about her customers. She goes over and above what she can do. She's very pleasant to work with. Thank you for everything

I tell u think before you finance they are a scam bought my furniture in August finish paying it in December and they calling me ow saying I owe them the same amount and that I never contacted them saying I was finished paying them. They continued taking out of my acct I put a stop and they got pissed and still calling me...really they have really got the right person they are freakin crazy I have my proof of payment try it with some one else

Acceptance now are scam. Made a purchase for less than $1200.
My pay off before the 90 days was over $1800 for no clear reason.
Website is lame and doesn't provide clear information.
Customer service terrible, if they didn't like your question they'll hang up.
Shame on rooms 2 go store to use them as a finance option.
I wish I was able to pay for my purchase and not get charged over half the price in unjustified charges. I would have to call it fraud.

I purchased furniture from Rooms To Go. Furniture was damaged during delivery. I sent it back. Frustrated that I have to wait for a refund and they have the furniture.
