I agree with many other customers' reviews- it is like a scam with hidden secrets that generally provide bad service: no full refund actually; no guarantee on receiving and damaging for ocean shipping; Expensive shipping which is at least three times more than the cost of merchandise even if you choose the lowest cost 1-3 mon shipping. No need to buy stuff from China in their way. Not worths it. Full of uncertainty and worry. Customers have already had enough to worry about nowadays.

The scam website will tell you shipping is free. Once you place the order, they will tell you there are A LOT more charges for shipping around $700 shipping for a $70 order. If you do not pay for the shipping, they will destroy the products you purchased without refund in 5 days.

Even for a scam website, this company is very amateur. It is easy to build a case against them in the US. As for China, Im sure out of 1.7 billion people, someone knows who this group is. Best of luck.

The site told you the shipping is free when you place an order exceeded certain amount of $$$. But they will never ship your items to you unless you pay a huge amount of shipping fee. This is how they make the money. I dispute with my cc company, and the cc company simply give me a credit right away. Big cc company wouldn't spend time on this kind of small things. This is how the 86daigou get my money. I can not believe how this website can still out there cheating.

Recently, they promoted a shipping world wide free event and I am stupid enough to place an order to buy 14 items. First of all, the items were added some hidden cost shipping $3 each and I communicated with the help desk and they said they will refund me for that. I am paying $88 for my 14 items, and in there, I have already paid $42 for that hidden cost. Then they asked me to pay international shipping fee which is over $800! So I asked them why is not free shipping, and they said, the shipping fee will refund once I got my items to my member account on their website. I just want to do one time business with them, why cant they refund to my paypal? So I asked them to cancel my order and they said, I need to pay the service charge and stocking fees. I was very mad so i opened a disputes case to paypal and evenually have paypal stepped in to deal with them. I am now waiting for paypal to get back to me. This was supposed my mother day gift and it became such as disaster!

This is a horrible company. I regret having bought a product from them. I thought to save some money but ended up paying much more than buying from ebay.

They lured you in with cheap product price with either free or very inexpensive international shipping. However when it came to actually ship the goods, they required you to pay very inflated shipping cost. I felt being held hostage and had to pay the ransom to get the goods.

I should have read these negative reviews before placing my orders from 86daigou.com. My mistake. They have the following negative issues:

1. A lot of hidden costs: they show you the low price for the products. Once a product has been ordered, they will ask you more money for packing cost, shipping cost, insurance cost for shipping. If you don't ship soon enough, they will ask you to pay warehouse storage charge. There is no way for you to find out the shipping cost beforehand.

2. Very bad customer service: they replied to your email promptly but make things very difficult for you. I sent 9 emails to ask for refund after finding out there are so much hidden cost involved. They use all kinds of reasons to delay the whole refund process. At the end, they tell you order can't be refunded anymore due to exceeded the refund time limit. So, you advise you to pay the shipping(very expensive), so they can deliver the item.

3. DISHONEST REFUND SYSTEM: On their website, they show how they can refund you if you are not happy with the product. But, the fact is the refund $ will be sitting in your account and not paying you back cash. It's another painful process to request for drawing out this refund $ from your account.

So, at the end. I ask them to keep the products and the money. Not to contact me anymore to ask for warehouse fee everyday.
My advise: NEVER USE THEM AT ALL.

Never buy from this company!

I bought two lamps spent 315 Chinese Yuan through this web and it said the shipment was free. 2 days later I found I didn't get the order confirmation and I checked the status online. It states that the lamps arrived the warehouse waiting for me to order the shipment. The shipment fee is over 1000 Chinese Yuan. I asked to return the lamps and got answer said it was too late to return.
I asked them to delivery them to my China address, they wanted 359 Chinese Yuan for delivery. ( it is clear showing free delivery in China on their web ad!). OKay, my sister contacted them to try to arrange a time to collect lamps ourselves. But the seller said it was not supported to collect by person. So until now after two month I still haven't get my lamps.
Worst online shopping experience ever. The shipment arrangement and fee are always agreed before the payment. This web is a fraud. Please do not use their service ever!

It says it is ShenZhen company but actually in Shanghai. They advertise free shipping or very low shipping but NOT true! They don't mention the shipping cost at all before you paid for your order and then they ask you to pay additional for the shipping. Then you will notice the shipping fee is very high. Nothing is real. Same experience with other persons who posted review here, I had the same issue. More than a month now and still nothing arrived. Search for 86daigou and you will see all reviews are negative. Terrible terrible terrible.

Arbitrarily added weight without refund! And additional 10% service fee based on your purchase & postage!

I bought some clothes and it's weighed 1.2 kg. However, when I received it, I found it's only 950 g. I checked with them, and they said it's none of their business and I needed to check with the logistic company. Moreover, they said that they charged according to the volume other than mass, but they couldn't offer any criterion for the charge. Basically, they weigh at will, and would ignore all your complaints.

Btw, they also charge 10% service fee based on your purchase & postage, and they also add 10% to the weight of your goods, for which they claim as the package stuff. Ridiculous.

My lesson: NEVER, NEVER BUY FROM them!
