I agree with many other customers' reviews- it is like a scam with hidden secrets that generally provide bad service: no full refund actually; no guarantee on receiving and damaging for ocean shipping; Expensive shipping which is at least three times more than the cost of merchandise even if you choose the lowest cost 1-3 mon shipping. No need to buy stuff from China in their way. Not worths it. Full of uncertainty and worry. Customers have already had enough to worry about nowadays.

Really bad, 86 mall is cheator, cheat your money, if free shipping promise, after you pay, shipping fee will come to you, and muchmuchmuch more than you expected, and if refund requested, they will give fake money from their own fake website, angry! Should put the cheator into jail! It is criminal activity

The shipping fee is 15 times more than the household product I ordered, and they told me this only after I have paid for the product. Scammer!

Chinese saying " One piece of rat poop can ruin whole pot of porridge " I have the same bad experience with this $#*!ty company. I got burnt too. Chinese official should take down this website to protect consumers.

Placed an order for a large item but only around 2Kg, when it arrived in the warehouse I been told it is 15.7kg!?, I have no clue how they done the weight measurement? The shipping fee is now 15 times more than the actual product price.

It is a total scam website. Did some background search and found out that 86daigou.com and 86mall.com runs by same owner.

Did not know there were already plenty negative reviews on 86mall.com.
After placing an other there, I got cheated exactly the same way as others got. People running such cheating 86mall.com should go to hell.

This is a horrible company. I regret having bought a product from them. I thought to save some money but ended up paying much more than buying from ebay.

They lured you in with cheap product price with either free or very inexpensive international shipping. However when it came to actually ship the goods, they required you to pay very inflated shipping cost. I felt being held hostage and had to pay the ransom to get the goods.

I comparied 86daigou with CNstorm and dodobuy, CNstorm and dodobuy are free of service fee, why 86daigou still charges service fee? CNstorm and dodobuy are much cheaper

Do not fool by their shipping charged list, not many of courier companies can ship sensitive items and even if they can, the charging is super expensive. They Charged 2060. 21 RMB based on 3.35kg for international shipping and handling fees for the 8 Chinese Lanterns, I bought, which is ridiculous. But later I have found out that in the EMS billed shown the shipping cost was 734RMB. The 86daigou apparently is very greed in such unethical practice. I will never get close to them again, and I will warning all my friends that never ever use this 86daigou.

The scam website will tell you shipping is free. Once you place the order, they will tell you there are A LOT more charges for shipping around $700 shipping for a $70 order. If you do not pay for the shipping, they will destroy the products you purchased without refund in 5 days.

Even for a scam website, this company is very amateur. It is easy to build a case against them in the US. As for China, Im sure out of 1.7 billion people, someone knows who this group is. Best of luck.

The shipping fee is 10x more than the product you ordered, and they tell you that after you paid your product. Scammer!

I recently bought a pair of slippers from this retailer. It clearly said it is free shipping, but after I made the payment, they ask me to pay the shipping costs, if not, they threatening to charge me a " warehousing fee ". I realized this is con, I told them they can have my slippers free ( if their feet size fit!). Be aware, never buy ANYTHING from this website.

I was originally looking for if 86daigou and 86mall are the same. As it appears that my account is mixed up. Then I read all the negative reviews. I almost never write reviews but I feel like I should share. I had very positive experience with 86mall, esp their customer services. I ordered silk scarves and tea sets last year, but did not realize that the fulfillment process was a bit different from US online stores. You pay for the goods first then you need to go into the webiste and pay for shipping separately. Without realizing it, I left the goods in the warehouse. The customer services reached out to me and helped me tirelessly sort out the issue. They responded within 24 hours no exception. We are very happy with the goods.

I am a bit tolerant on the shipping cost given that goods are so competitive and with good quality when they were on sale. I did not weigh the goods as they were light and also it's from far away, but I don't think I paid more than $50 for any kind of shipment. I do think that when it say free shipping, it meant in China, not overseas unless there was promotion, else the business model could not sustain.

The only thing that needs improvement is that looks like 86mall and 86daigou are the same company now? It's a bit confusing without some kind of announcement.

At any rate, I do appreciate all the vent here, to remind people to be more careful.

This company charges you VERY EXPENSIVE handling and shipping, because... they don't have their own channel to ship!

Some other Chinese companies are way more honest and can ship really cheap. Search the web you will find lightinthebox or gearbest. Those are good companies.

So don't deal with 86daigou again.

I just received a survey request from 86daigou and they mentioned in the email, they will give reward after I answer the survey. Either choose to get discount coupon or they direct transfer to our paypal. However, after I answered, they just replied that they will give discount coupon to my account. When I ask to transfer to paypal, they just ignored... If that, how I dare to purchase from them?

The site told you the shipping is free when you place an order exceeded certain amount of $$$. But they will never ship your items to you unless you pay a huge amount of shipping fee. This is how they make the money. I dispute with my cc company, and the cc company simply give me a credit right away. Big cc company wouldn't spend time on this kind of small things. This is how the 86daigou get my money. I can not believe how this website can still out there cheating.

Sh*ttgin company, they hide their fees and do not tell you what happened to your package. If a shipment is delay good luck with them.
And worse of all, this company has no shame. There was a certain time period Paypal waived their fees and this company! Ready? This company claimed they waived Paypal fee for you?! It is by far f*king piece of crap company.

Recently, they promoted a shipping world wide free event and I am stupid enough to place an order to buy 14 items. First of all, the items were added some hidden cost shipping $3 each and I communicated with the help desk and they said they will refund me for that. I am paying $88 for my 14 items, and in there, I have already paid $42 for that hidden cost. Then they asked me to pay international shipping fee which is over $800! So I asked them why is not free shipping, and they said, the shipping fee will refund once I got my items to my member account on their website. I just want to do one time business with them, why cant they refund to my paypal? So I asked them to cancel my order and they said, I need to pay the service charge and stocking fees. I was very mad so i opened a disputes case to paypal and evenually have paypal stepped in to deal with them. I am now waiting for paypal to get back to me. This was supposed my mother day gift and it became such as disaster!

Hidden costs u found out after u paid. No response for defective orders. Stay away from them. Pls shop at amazon, ebay as they have excellent buyers' protection

Do not buy from any of the 86mall, 86datigou, 86dg website, they are frauds. Hopefully we can find a way to get together to sue this company.

86mall charged my package for over 40kg. It was 21kg on the invoice of FedEx when I received it. They overcharged you by the weight they lied about and also service fee, insurance fee and tax all rely on the weight. All kinds of Bullxxxt to deal with them. My purchase was $1752. 26CNY, and the other fees come together was $7057. 7 CNY. They have cheated every customer like an idiot. Freeze your payments and let everybody know the scam!
