Avoid it! Do not get lured by their free shipping for first time customer promise.
They lured customers with free international shipping free for first time customer but
Using all excuses to not honor their promise.And their shipping weight is inflated
And the the shipping charge is much higher than any company we normally use.
Plus they charge various "fees".

They do not care the customers' interest- it is very obvious that their main purpose
Is to milk more money from the customers.

I do not think such kind of company could last long.
Most customers would be just "one time" customers who would never do business with them again. But I just want to warn new customers- do not be lured to buy from them!
It is not a honest company that you deal daily in United State.

Buyer beware. Do not deal with this online shopping service - 86Daigou. It promotes free international shipping under 2kg but will make all kind of excuses not to honor it. When you check out for the shipping, it asks you to pay for the supposely free shipping charge and claim it will refund you in three days. It never happened. On top of that, you'll be charged with high service fee and insurance which amount to $20 USD. I tried to resolved with their customer support to no avail. So I ended up reported this to paypal and got my money back. I have also reported this incident to Federal Trade Commission.

I was originally looking for if 86daigou and 86mall are the same. As it appears that my account is mixed up. Then I read all the negative reviews. I almost never write reviews but I feel like I should share. I had very positive experience with 86mall, esp their customer services. I ordered silk scarves and tea sets last year, but did not realize that the fulfillment process was a bit different from US online stores. You pay for the goods first then you need to go into the webiste and pay for shipping separately. Without realizing it, I left the goods in the warehouse. The customer services reached out to me and helped me tirelessly sort out the issue. They responded within 24 hours no exception. We are very happy with the goods.

I am a bit tolerant on the shipping cost given that goods are so competitive and with good quality when they were on sale. I did not weigh the goods as they were light and also it's from far away, but I don't think I paid more than $50 for any kind of shipment. I do think that when it say free shipping, it meant in China, not overseas unless there was promotion, else the business model could not sustain.

The only thing that needs improvement is that looks like 86mall and 86daigou are the same company now? It's a bit confusing without some kind of announcement.

At any rate, I do appreciate all the vent here, to remind people to be more careful.

I bought a 30 Chinese Yuan book through this web and it said the shipment was free. I waited about a month and didn't receive the book. I checked the status online. It states that the book arrived the warehouse waiting for me to order the shipment. The shipment fee is over double the book price. I asked to return the book and got answer said it was too late to return.
Worst online shopping experience ever. The shipment arrangement and fee are always agreed before the payment. This web is a fraud. Please do not use their service ever!

The site offer free shipping promotion for the first purchase. When it comes to shipping the item, it turns out I don't qualify for the free shipping. I have pay $25 shipping and handling in order to have my item shipped. Customer Service is very quick in response but blaming me not looking into the fine prints. What a poor experience.
P.S. The item I ordered through taobao is only worth $2 including shipping and only weights 165g. Wish I can give 0 star.

Do not fool by their shipping charged list, not many of courier companies can ship sensitive items and even if they can, the charging is super expensive. They Charged 2060. 21 RMB based on 3.35kg for international shipping and handling fees for the 8 Chinese Lanterns, I bought, which is ridiculous. But later I have found out that in the EMS billed shown the shipping cost was 734RMB. The 86daigou apparently is very greed in such unethical practice. I will never get close to them again, and I will warning all my friends that never ever use this 86daigou.

86daigou should be shut down! This company is nothing but a scam. They lure you in with attractive prices and free shipping wording on the website. After you purchase the merchandise, they ask you to confirm shipping. That's when you realize you were lied to. The shipping fee for what I ordered is ten times more than the merchandise. When you ask for a refund, they deduct so-called shipping fee and 10% service fee even though they didn't ship anything to you and you canceled the order.

This is same website as 86mall.com. Eveyone, please be aware that both websites are scam websites! DON'T be fooled by their sweet ads of "FREE shipping to USA". Once you placed an order and made a payment, they will charge you with a lot of NONSENSE fees! I placed an order for a total amount of $100 because of their "Free shipping to USA" ad, and they requested me to pay for $250 shipping fee. I immediately contact them to cancel my order as the items have not yet arrived to their warehouse, but they refused to give me a refund unless you pay for certain percentage of shipping fee and service fee (note: they still don't want to give me the exact percentage of how much they want to charge you). One of the items I ordered did not even match with the product descriptions they listed on the website that they had to contact me to cancel, this brings up to more questions: 86mall does NOT even know what they are selling! They even list false products on their site! I had to call PayPal to cancel my transaction, and 86mall insisted me to close the claim and give me the refund as store credits. I have made it very clear in all my emails to them that I NEED my money back, not store credits with unreasonable fees deducted.
