The package only 2.5KG, but they charged 4.1KG, the shipping and service fee extremely expensive, for 2.5KG package, cost $150. It is really scam you, customer severice told you if the package does not have 4.1KG after you receive, they will refund, but after received the package, they refuse to refund for various reasons. Do not buy from them, you will find wasting time and poor serveries!
86mall charged my package for over 40kg. It was 21kg on the invoice of FedEx when I received it. They overcharged you by the weight they lied about and also service fee, insurance fee and tax all rely on the weight. All kinds of Bullxxxt to deal with them. My purchase was $1752. 26CNY, and the other fees come together was $7057. 7 CNY. They have cheated every customer like an idiot. Freeze your payments and let everybody know the scam!

The website claims free shipping, and after I've paid for the product, I was asked to pay shipping and service fees that were three times more than the product. They claimed that they would refund the shipping fee as credits to be used for the next purchased. This was not stated clearly on their advertisement!
I refused to pay at first and requested for a refund. My request for refund was rejected (with lots of reasons) and I was asked to pay the additional fees or I'd lose the product.
The free shipping claim on 86 Mall's advertisement was deceiving. The shipping fee was not FREE, and costs 3 times more than the product that I bought. After the product arrived, it was damaged and was not made of the same material as described on the website. When I contacted *******@86mall.com to ask for a refund, my request was rejected.
I have opened a case on PayPal to report the problem. If you're reading this and have recently bought something from 86Mall, I suggest you report the case to PayPal asap and DO NOT pay any more fees that they ask from you.
Also when I tried many times to give bad reviews on their website, the system automatically blocked my review. When I checked the reviews on their websites, there were all 5-star reviews. I'm sure this is another marketing scam.
The shipping fee is 15 times more than the household product I ordered, and they told me this only after I have paid for the product. Scammer!
I thought it should be free shipping, but end up I had to pay $66 shipping and handling fee. It should have given me an estimate shipping charge before I purchased.

1. Its ad. Says no international shipping fee, but its shipping fee is higher than ups or fed. I bought 1300rmb product and shipping fee is 600rmb plug managing fee 200rmb.
2. If you get bad product, they couldn't help you to replace or return. The product I bought cost me more than 2000rmb, but the product doesn't work as design.
3. If you really want to use it, please use credit card of usa, so you can get back your money. Don't use Alipay because Alipay is a checking account and couldn't get your money back.
The shipping fee is 10x more than the product you ordered, and they tell you that after you paid your product. Scammer!
Do not buy from any of the 86mall, 86datigou, 86dg website, they are frauds. Hopefully we can find a way to get together to sue this company.
