I am on Day 2 of Phase 3 and I am really seeing results. I started the experience with a desire to release 50 pounds and reduce my body fat percentage from 42% to 23%. After 9 days, I am already down 7.4 pounds. My body fat percentage is down 2%!
Brian recommends walking and other exercises in the plan. In addition to the eating plan I have been doing the 8fit app HIIT exercises first thing in the morning during my "fasting period" (about 4 days a week) and yoga (3-4 days after work - some hot yoga some regular yoga). My sister and I are going for a 30 minute walk today.
I recommend doing this plan with someone because having a buddy really does help. My sister is following the eating plan with me and she is also seeing results She is down 3.5 pounds. My sister has less to fat to release. She wants to release 24 pounds.
Honestly, I feel like a fat burning machine. During the first day of adding the caffeine and the gum I felt a little jittery/weird because I normally do not drink coffee. But the body is really an amazing machine. It adjusted to the added caffeine easily. It is only Day 2 of adding the caffeine and I already feel a difference from Day 1.
If you want to release weight quickly and see results, I recommend this diet. If you follow the diet and enjoy the process you will see results. After I complete the full 21 days I will try to remember to return with my total overall results. I hope this helps anyone who is on the fence about purchasing Brian's product.

I rarely write reviews, if ever. Probably because I find the product/service useless and/or generic.
This is NOT the case with Brian Flat's 3-Week Diet.
I lost 10 lbs. and a pant size in 3 weeks.
If anyone is hesitant about trying it out, I urge you not to be.
Brian shares fat loss tips/facts you probably never heard of before. I know I hadn't. And they work. Fast.
Take pics of yourself before you begin, and then every week after that, during the diet, just so you can see how fast your body composition changes. I can see my ribs again! That was so exciting for me. I couldn't believe my eyes at first.

UPDATE: I am thrilled to report that it's been about 5 months now since I began and finished the 3 week diet. I did 2 cycles, with 2 weeks in between as a break. To my surprise, I lost another ten pounds, and have not gained any weight back, even though it's been months now. And I still get compliments all the time. Maybe everyone was expecting me to rebound, as I did. Haha. Anyway, I decided to become an affiliate of the 3 week diet, and promote it. Before I barely lose any pound when doing my diet until I found The 3 Week Diet which really fasten my diet, with just 2 weeks I lose 15 pounds and I never expect it would be that fast!
For two years, I gained 15 kgs (more than 30 pounds!) without realisation. I am not even kidding and the process became inevitable and this fact being relentlessly pointed out by my friends and outsiders (although not family who kept me in the dark) smashed me to smithereens. It seemed unbelievable at first to me that the seemingly permanent pounds I gained for such a long time could all go away with up to loss of 25 pounds. But after doing this diet for two months (which might again sound demotivating as the diet promises 21 days to change it all), I can truly say that this diet gives you the body of your dreams.
