365 Factory Outlet

I ordered an item from 365outlet on 12/3/23. Took 10 days to ship and was told it would be 9-16 days. That has come and gone. I have tried repeatedly to contact them with no response. No one answers the phone number provided. Buyer Beware!

Do not order from this company. Their return policy is basically non existent due to the fact you have to return items in their original packaging. They will offer you a $10 refund... for a $40 item or you are out the full price and get to keep an item that is unusable.

Wish I could give zero stars

I paid $60 for a Christmas cat tree and after many months all I received was a 1" snowman key chain. I refused to spend a ridiculous amount of money to send it back so the company refused to refund me. Horrible company. If I could give a negative star I would. Beware!

Buy locally, pay that few dollars more and buy it where ya can see it hands on.
I'm sick of these online companies that send damage goods and blame it on the delivery people then make the customer jump through hoops before they decided who's at blame... By the way, I don't care who's fault it was, all I know is the customer gets it in the rear.
To be fair, their customer service did try to work with me by having me do all the foot work... I just don't have the time.
I bought a 10X20 canopy carport that came damaged instead of all the hoops, I went to my local Home Depot and bought one for 20.00 more and couldn't be happier. Buy local stop getting ripped off by these online companies.

I bought this chair for my husband, the one he has is not as good as this one. I did sit inside it as well, I could actually put my whole body inside the chair because it is very big! And it is soft and pretty comfy.

Never shipped item. I asked 3 or 4 times for followup after they marked shipped and nothing. Then I threatened to go to my credit card company then they finally credited me but never responded to my email. Nor did I get item.

Sell everything under the sun and are quick to take your money - but when there is a problem. Wrong size, etc. they provide a phone # that never answers nor calls back if a message is left. They only respond via e-mail after 9:00 p.m. EST apparently they are not really in the U.S. Pre-paid return label never comes & refund takes 4+ days to receive with no reimbursement for shipping charges included in refund amount. They are scammers! GUIDE YOURSELF ACCORDINGLY AND DON'T USE THEM!

**One star because I HAVE to put SOMETHING
I am an artist and bought 2 tall director chairs to use at shows. It was late August 2021 so our show season was almost over when I bought them. This June (2022) I noticed that the seats were coming apart at the seams. Before I tried contacting the company I checked how many times we had used them and it was only 18 DAYS of use since we bought them. No one sitting in those chairs has been over 225 lbs and the weight limit is SUPPOSED to be 400 lbs. They refuse to refund OR replace them. Be careful, they also do not put the purchase date on their receipts as part of their shady business practices. They are trying to claim that I purchased the chairs over a year and a half ago but I made note of the date BECAUSE it wasn't on the receipt. They are thieves... steer clear of them.

I ordered the large Cat Tree, after several emails about my missing item, I received a tiny key chain. No communication, no refund. Honestly, giving them one star is one star to many.

Oh my god let's just start by saying the mattress was amazing and is amazing my body feels so different when I wake up in the morning from sleeping on this mattress I order my daughter a twin size length and it's a must that I order me a king-size one as soon as possible the only problem is they do not have a number they do not have any mail there is really no way to contact them so it's kind of like you get what you get even if you do or don't receive the item or don't like the item they really do not have a way that they can contact you or you can contact them shall I say but the mattress is awesome I would recommend it to anyone it is one of the best Tempur-Pedic mattresses I've ever slept on and yeah that's pretty much sums it up my experience with 365Outlet was great.
