Ordered headlights on 12/13/18 for a Christmas present for my daughter. After nearly 3 weeks of non shipment I canceled the order on 1/2/19 and asked for a refund of my card. I was told by Steve it would take 24-48 hrs to process the refund. The refund never happened. I have called back every single day with no answer until 1/21/19. Then a very rude lady that wouldn't give me her name hung up on me as soon as I gave her my order #. I finally get though to Steve today (1/24/19) and he puts me on hold, saying "he needed to talk to the accounting department". Obviously, I hung up (after 45 minutes) and tried calling back, getting a non-stop busy signal. I call back on another phone and as soon as the girl answers and finds out why I'm calling, she hangs up. The line rings busy with that phone now, too. They think they can run from me. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company. I will get my money back. I am also looking into filing a complaint with the FTC. I urge everyone in my shoes to do the same. This company needs to be put out of business and prosecuted! For those of you that have not ordered yet. Please, please, please do yourself a favor and order somewhere else! I don't care if its 3 times the price elsewhere, you'll be money ahead!

They lie and steal
June 19, 2018

Ordered tail lights in February. Its now june still dont have them. Called 6 times in the Last few months always told customs held up order coming in friday. Called today they refused to issue a refund. They are frauds. Stay away.

Each of the 4x times I called about the order I was told something different. Today I called (10 days after ordering) I was told it takes 7-10 days to receive shipment. But they couldnt tell me anything, not when it would be ready, tracking info, nothing. No way to do business. Good thing I paid through PayPal. I demanded a refund and PayPal reflected it immediately.

Better call the BBB

It took me 60 days to find resolve for my problem. Not only did the products take forever to ship, what I ordered wasn't what I received. The connections were incorrect and there were other issues as well. It took over 2 weeks to get a refund after they received the headlights back and kept 71 out of my 473 when I was promised a refund to the tune of 100%. It even cost me 72 in return shipping when they offer free shipping to begin with. Just got hung up on, banned from the website, igored and even cussed. This company is by far the most worthless business I've ever tried to support.

Im not happy with yall, i ordered some parts from yall 360 tuners and, it was the 24 and steve we ordered from said they would be in in four days its the tenth and nothing yet ive called and called they said they had to talk to manufacturer and i gave them my number and no one called but in this process they said they were sent in two days nothing that was two weeks ago then they said one would be here in two days and tyhat was long time ago still nothing i called today twice and one the ladies said the vent for hummer would be sent in two days that was last week, im not happy with yall

The same story: ordered mirrors.It took 7 days before they sent a tracking number.
Nothing happened after that. I ordered a set from another company that came in 2 days. I advised them that I didnt need them anymore and to just cancel the order sice they havent shipped. They then sent the product anyway and it still took 4 days to get here with 3 day shipping.
They do that so they can justify a restocking fee.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH OR SUPPORT THIS COMPANY.

Bought headlights for my vehicle, was sent ones that were not even for my car. Contacted them to remedy the situation, i was told by their customer service that i should never buy from them again. And then they banned me from their website! Keep in my mind that i am a paying customer who deserves and wants a refund, yet they banned me from accessing their site. I am completely blown away, I myself own a business, and if any of my employees treated a customer that way, they'd be looking for a new job tomorrow. But it seems pretty standard for 360tuners. Stay away from these guys, there are plenty of great reputable companies to by from.

Avoid this company

Don't buy from this company a bought the LEDs for the hummer h2 they say is the complete leds for the interior but it's a lie I was missing 6 less plus I had to pay for the cargo led bulb wish is part of the hummer h2 interior I end up paying like $77. I call them they told me to send and email with the pictures of the LEDs I was missing and how many I was missing it have been almost a month since I send the email I'm still waiting for the LEDs they don't answer the emails don't buy from them worst costumer service experience again don't buy from them

I ordered a pair of LED taillights. In picture they were black (smoke) on the outside and the order even said "Black". I received those stupid bling-bling versions that are all bright and shiny that I'm sure would look good on a truck w/ 20" rims, lowered, and fancy paint.
When I called and said that they sent the wrong ones, they said that they didn't but would be happy to replace them after I sent them back (pay for shipping) AND paid a restocking fee and a bunch of other crap. No replies to any emails either. Imagine that.
DON'Y BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Slow Slow Slow Shipping!

Its been a week since I ordered a led third brake light for 2010 f 150. Tracking says the order is still processing. Are you kidding me. Wow. The slowest service ever... Now it is going on two weeks and no tracking # and online says order is finished. Still don't have the brake light...

Just the WORST!

It boggles the mind that in freaking 2015 people still do business like this. Definitely throws back to the nineties when buying something online was for suckers. Customer Service NEVER answers the phone - sales picks up after 2 rings. Emails don't get read - she said 24 to 48hrs. They shipped the wrong part. I feel like if I return it, that will be a whole nother drama. WTF!

Ignored by 360tuners

I had contacted the local BBB there with my complaint. 360tuners responded with "the complaint was past the 90 day warranty period" i responded with proof to the BBB that I had attempted to contact 360tuners email via email prior to the expiration period, 360tuners chose to ignore the proof, and just ignore my complaint, as they have since day 1.

I oder a pair of mirrors for my blazer Aug. 15 2015. I still have not received them. 360Tuners cashed my money order Aug. 28 2015. I call them and they put me on hold and never return to the phone. That's OK 360 tuners, because I have reported them to the Federal trade commission and the BBB. Now I'm seeking legal action. They ban me from their live chat on line 'that's OK because I will call them every day utill I get a straight answer.Don't order from 360 tuners.

This place sucks. They are there to help till they get your money. Send out cheap products not what you bought. Then they continue to lie and say it's shipped but never provide tracking information. It's been over a month now and nothing. I had to call bank to get money back. DONT buy here.

Good products

This is a good place for car parts. I used to work on hot rods & trucks and made them unique for the buyer and would get a lot of parts from here. Shipping was free and it was nice to find about everything I needed without going on a scavenger hunt.

I read some reviews online, and decided it was time to spring for some new headlights. I bought a pair of Halo Xenon units to replace the ones on my stock 1996 Toyota Land Cruiser. Installation was very simple, despite there being several wires that are completely extraneous to the operation of the units.

Delivery took over a month, which is not terrible considering how rare the part I wanted was. 360Tuners was the only place I found ones I liked (a nice flat black instead of all the chromed-out garbage), and it was well worth the wait, even after a replacement issue.

I was sent headlights with regular bulbs (not the ones I specified). They sent me 1 set of bulbs to swap in, but that was it. So I called up their tech support and was answered by an English-fluent American, which is kind of nice, let's be honest, and explained myself. The representative understood my request, and after asking some fitment questions, sent me 2 more bulbs, which I swapped in.

The lights are amazing. Easy to adjust, no fitment issues, no weird gaps or awkward bits, and they bring my truck into the 21st century. Trim was clearly 3D-printed or otherwise molded from original pieces, as it looks factory everywhere it counts.

Despite slow shipping and a missing item on the first go round, I am very happy with my experience using 360Tuners. Tech support was patient and understanding, solved the problem quickly, and I am left a happy customer with a pretty badass product. What more can I say?

From date of order to delivery, 360 Tuners kept me in the loop of product being shipped and the ETA. In additional, I really appreciate the Military Discount they offer.
