At first glance when I received the cargo mat for my Nissan Maxima, I wasn't certain what I was receiving the correct product, but after I placed the rubber mats in my truck, I was happy that I made the right choice. They fit seamlessly with no gap at all. I don't need to worry about drink spills or dirty shoes soaking the factory floor mats anymore at all. These protector rubber mats make a nice upgrade in appearance of the car interior. I can rest assure that I would not have to worry about getting the interior of my car dirty again. By the way, I must also mention the huge selection of great automotive accessories and super fast delivery, will shop again for sure!

Technical Support was amazing! Extremely helpful and professional, answered all my questions about the products and delivery time. Delivery was quick as promised and although there were no instructions came with the product, assembly was just simple DIY and easy. I would definirely recommend 360tuners.com to all my friends and family!

My name is Adam brown I bought pair of tail light from 360 for my Chrysler 300 M its a 2004 and on the site it said they have those lights so I ordered them ok maybe that was a mistake or false advertisement but anyway they sent me the wrong light contacted them and told themlights back no problem they would refund my money these mother$#*!ers have been playing games with me since last year about my hundred and eighty seven after they already have their lights first they said they sent the money they didn't send the money then that was an investigation now instead of putting the money back in my bank account these cocksuckers check in the mail if I don't believe a $#*!ing stealing from memy suggestion is don't buy $#*! from them they don't know don't think they know their $#*! from a hole in the ground

I ordered some tail lights back in March. They were in high demand and on backorder. I waited, and waited. I kept being told "your estimated time is 2 weeks". I waited for 3 months. Then, when they told me "your estimated time is 2 weeks", I asked for a refund. For the next 6 weeks I fought with them to get my refund. They kept telling me over and over that "We are processing it right now". I went to open a Paypal dispute but the transaction was past the allotted time. So I waited 2 weeks and asked again for my refund. Finally, they refunded my money.

They never once asked if they could do anything for me, if I needed anything else, or how else they could help. Absolutely horrible. I was very patient for the first 20 times. The last 20 took a toll however.

These guys did nothing but utterly waste my time. I ordered a badgeless VW GTI grille from the web site. It was listed as 'In Stock'. So I complete the checkout process, and choose 2-Day shipping. I excitedly returned home 5 days later to find that the part hadn't arrived. At this point I began looking for my tracking number; they had never sent me one. They hadn't even sent me a confirmation email. So after going out of my way to contact them, I found out that the part was backordered and that it would be an additional 2 weeks. The next two weeks consisted of me asking about the order and receiving the answer "We will find out and contact you". They never contacted me. Every time I had to be the one that initiated contact. Utterly worthless customer service, don't waste your time with these guys and don't trust their web site.

Worst on line vendor ever. Took my money on day of order. 20 days later I asked them (by e-mail since no one would answer any of their numbers0, where my parts were. No response. Finally customer service said they would cancel order and return my money. Five days later and still no money or parts. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!

Ordered a pair of Spyder headlights from 360tuners.com. Was told that they were in stock and was told I should receive them in 5-6 business days. I was even given a UPS Tracking number whereupon I immediately visited the UPS website and saw that my item was "being processed". After 8 business days, I failed in an attempt to take advanyage of their advertised "LIVE CHAT"... NO RESPONSE. Looooong story short... after 8 business days had passed, I also saw that my "item did not exist" on the UPS tracking website! Calls to 360 went straight to voicemail or to a recording of their "business hours". With one exception, I was able to get through and complain to "360 Customer Service" (A REAL oxymoron). I was told that the lights were on back order! After 14 business days since placing the order, I called and selected "Sales". I apologized for bothering a very polite and cooperative salesman, and proceeded to describe my nightmare. He was kind enough to get my order cancelled, and provided me with a confirmation number for the refunding of my money. I placed my order through another Spyder vendor, who said that the lights WERE IN STOCK and immediately shipped them to me. I certainly shared my 360 nightmare with the SPYDER company as well aswith the other SPYDER vendor (as one cannot order direct through SPYDER). This makes me wonder where all of the 5-star reviews come from.

I ordered a set of headlights to be sent to an autobody shop in Dawson Creek BC where my truck was being repaired 10 hours away from home after being in an accident out there. My billing address and shipping address were different. Instead of calling to ask if about any concerns of where to ship it, they sent it to my billing address! This put my truck fix 3 weeks behind schedule and the extra shipping costs had to be paid out by me personally to get the lights to the truck. When calling 360 I was bounced between people 3 or 4 times, put on hold, told they were going to call back and never did. And after 3 days of calling back was told that for the inconvenience they would give me $20 in store credit! Really?!?!?!?! Do you think id ever come back to these clowns again? Whoever reads this, take my advice, go elsewhere! These people don't are terrible!

I purchased a pair of Tail Lights from 360tuners and I received them 3 months ago. They were very easy to install and made my HIDs a lot brighter. The appearance is excellent, really made the car stand out which what I liked about the lights.

The WORST Cutomer Service EVER! Kevin is the "Customer Service Rep." I bought a set of headlights and one went out after a month and a half. I called to get a new one shipped to me but he told me that I would have to pa for shipping equaling $40. I bought the headlights for 55... he had no intention of helping me with their shoty product. I even offered to pay half of the shipping. I have never been talked to in this manner. I never write these reviews but in this case I am furious with this rep Kevin. I DO NOT like the way they do business and hope no one else has to deal with this crap service. I will never buy from them again!
