This company is by far the worst. Everyone of these bad reviews i read sum up what I experienced with 360tuners. I ordered l. E. d. Lighting for my car. I did not recieve what i ordered. It was not even nearly enough lights. Plus half of the lights i did recieve were not for the car. Trying to fix this issue took me months. Just like one of the review says below that the customer service line will leave you on hold, that happened plus they hung up after 35 minutes of me waiting. When i finally got to speak to someone after a few months they were very rude. It was actually comical, the dumb broad that answered the phone on the customer service line greeted me with "hello?" I was laughing in disbelief. Maybe was the owners stupid daughter forced to work for dads buisness or maybe a genuinley stupid customer service rep. How about you thank the customer for calling, state the name of the buisness and your name and ask how you can help. Thats a general start for customer service. 360tuners please take notes, actually you should hire me as a customer service consultant, you would benefit greatly. I dont even work in C. S., far from it actually and you guys would benefit from me! Maybe your inadequate C. S. rep is sick and tired of how many complaint calls she gets because of how $#*!ty the company is. Either way this company sucks big big $#*!! Especially that C. S. rep. $#*!en unprofessional $#*!. Sounded like she was straight out of the hood too. Nasty cochina puerca. 360tuners ended up sending me the wrong lights again. I asked for a refund but they refused. I sent so many emails and only recieved a half $#*! response to one. I can go on and on with my experience, long story short, avoid this scumbag company at all costs. Seriously! Not worth it whatsoever. Im out 100 bucks and a whole lot of my time i spent dealing with these incompetent idiots.
