I was a little hesitant to place a $500 order at first with Xtralights.com, however I ordered Spec-D halo headlights for my 2011 Honda Accord 2DR. The online chat specialists answered my EVERY question and persuaded me in trusting this fantastic company. I had expressed my need for a faster shipment date and with one quick call my order was escalated, and I received my item in 4 days. Once I received them, I was a little confused. I called the 24 hour hotline provided on the website, and was connected to a technical/installation specialist. There were 2 gentlemen and 1 lady who devoted hours of their time on the phone to assist me in this install. Let me clarify, THIS INSTALL WASN'T DIFFICULT, however every car is different, and with that I needed assistance to help me choose which light to hook up to the correct wire. The customer service was EXCELLENT and they answered my every question. From telling me what I need to properly install, to surfing the web at their locations searching for my vehicles interior systems, their customer service specialists really helped in installing my lights. It took me around 2 hours to install these lights, and after I was in awe of the quality as well as the mean look my car achieved after installing these HALO headlights. I would recommend Xtralights to any person wishing to take their car from ordinary, to a custom thrill. Xtralights is the place to go, providing equipment and professional insight and assistance that even the average Joe could apply and use on their vehicle. 5/5 stars without a doubt. My experience with 360tuners is worth mentioning, as I received my order timely and safely. The packaging was so fine that it took me around fifteen minutes to open it up. Last time, I faced a trouble on purchasing lights online from some other seller. They reached me in bad condition and I had left with no option than to throw them away, as the company didn't take the responsibility of damage. This time, I ordered headlights for my Audi A6 at 360tuners.com and received the delivery as per their conditions. They informed me at very point and caused no trouble or inconvenience. I received a call from their customer support centre even after receiving the order, whether it was in good condition or not.
Moreover, the headlights I got are interestingly stylish and appealing. They are water-proof, shock-proof and UV protected. These qualities make them more look brighter and radiant till date. Go to 360tuners if you are tired of finding this comfort with auto parts seller.

I bought a pair of twin projector headlights from them (2LHPCV96YD) and they showed up looking great, although my roommate who is a Machinist noticed a few flaws almost immediately (but it's his job). So they went on with no problem at all but I wake up the next morning to find that there is already condensation building up on the passenger side headlight. I understand that after-market headlights aren't always sealed the best, but one day? Really? Well I took it back off to re-seal it and noticed that the thread for locking in the turn signal light wasn't sealing so that putting a new coat of sealant was a waste of time (tried it anyway and didn't work. So I emailed them (no answer for 4 days) and called and their customer service guy gave me an address to send it to. Well after a month and a half of not receiving a replacement or a phone call I call up their customer service and the guy acted like a jerk from the get go. He told me that they never received it and I should take it up with UPS. So after deciding to cut my losses I ask him about sending me a replacement (that I pay for) and just notifying me if the one I shipped ever shows up. I'm about to give them more of my money so I won't have to start from scratch right? Nope, he tells me that it is stupid to think it's going to show and no that he will not notify me if it does because it won't (apparently he sees the future). Needless to say I said forget about it but to top it off I just noticed condensation on the other headlight a few days ago.

So if you're thinking about buying from these guys DON'T!

Dont do business with 360tuners.com they will rip you off. I ordered a set of lights from them, after a period of waiting, I finally got an email saying they were shipped, but they werent. I now have filed a complaint with paypal, and am writing the Attorney General here in Indiana and California, and the next step is the BBB in both states. DONT DO BUSINESS with 360tuners.com you have been warned. Help me put them down for good. Post it everywhere you can, tell everyone, help someone else from getting ripped off. He may get by for a while, but it is gonna get him...
