I am not shy and can sometimes be aggressive but Floyd was so helpful and offered to go above and beyond what I had ordered. He was professional and kind and followed up with me after hours to make sure my needs were met. I would highly recommend and will use again for sure! Thank you so much.

For a Texas-based American company - you should be ashamed of your deceptive web site and dis-courteous customer service representatives! Your options for 3 day production and prompt shipping are worthless, especially when a product is needed in a certain time-frame!

As for the quality of their products - Can't tell you 'cause the order has NEVER arrived!

Take your business elsewhere people! This business has an "F" rating with the local BBB for a reason!

Just wish I had read reviews that were NOT part of their website!

Take heed - You have been duly warned!

Way to go, NATE!

I ordered a batch of wristbands then wanted to reorder. I went online to do this but was unable. I used the chat box and Nate quickly answered. He called me to walk through the reorder process. He was very kind, explained everything, and looked for the best price for what I needed. I really did appreciate his help. Would definitely recommend using this site.

I ordered these wristbands as a small fundraising opportunity for a HUGE fundraising event. They were and still are a huge success! My one and only negative comment would be that a few of them had defects. Not enough to complain about, but we could not sell them nonetheless. All in all - a great item!

High Risk Order
April 15, 2018

I recently put in an order at 24HourWristbands but the order was deemed high risk. Because I placed an order for a business partner in one state using a company credit card from another state, it raised red flags (fraud prevention is a good thing).

In any case, I contacted a representative, Jane, and explained the situation and she checked the order and removed the risk warning that would've delayed the order! It's significant because it's a last-minute, rushed production, rushed shipping order (on a Friday night, no less). Thank goodness she was there for the assist!

I was pleasantly surprised when my order arrived within just a few days! This was a last minute Christmas gift that I ordered to pay tribute to my father who had passed away a few months ago. What amazingly BAD customer service. I have been corresponding for a couple weeks about a mask order that was delayed. I asked through a support ticket to cancel. I took screen prints of the order status and the previous support tickets. It is only 5 masks for $20 bucks, but I could use that to buy masks somewhere else if 24 Hour can't deliver. I opened a chat session with customer support. They told me the order was actually in production. But the web site still says Scheduled I said. The website doesn't always update correctly.
When can I get them now that they are in production? Sorry she said, we are not allowed to discuss dates after they go to production.
I have filed a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. Do not do business with 24HourWristband, or Imprint. I can deal with a company that makes a mistake and apologizes. I don't want to work with a company that intentionally delays and then lies to the customers that are paying their salaries.

My order was fulfilled quickly and professionally and looked AWESOME. The temporary tattoos of my sister and her husbands' faces for their wedding were an absolute hit. They were able to fulfill this order within days and responded quickly when I emailed to verify they'd arrive on time. Would definitely order again!

Ordered things for a class reunion, and it was so easy to design and order, plus the prices are great. I made a mistake on one order, and contacted them through the on line chat. NATE was great and helped me with the issue, sent me an updated invoice, all in less than 10 minutes! Will absolutely use them again!

Everything looks good, but I was concerned when I opened the bags and there was a lot of moisture in them. I think they were packed too quickly? I put them on the table and let them air out over night, and they seem to be ok. It could have gotten pretty gross if I didn't open them right away.

Great Product!

First time I used them. I was able to track my order with FedEx which I liked because not all companies do that. The lettering I put at the bottom came out smaller than I anticipated but it still looks great! I'm happy with the quality and my design.

Prompt enough
November 4, 2017

Timely delivery but some difficulty in production. I contacted a rep by phone to find out if my design should be submitted with a bleed area. The rep said yes and I included a 3/16 bleed. That area ended up being included in in the finished product, making the design smaller than desired. This could have been avoided if templates were provided.

I never do reviews, but my terrible experience with this company has
Changed that. Here it is... placed an order on-line, received a
Message that the product was no longer available and that I could check
The website for suitable replacement. Did that and found a similar item
In a different color, placed the order and got the same message... "no
Longer available". Both orders were cancelled and they said my refund
Would take 7-8 business days. It has been 21 days and no refund. I
Spoke with a human in customer service and they said my refund would be
Received in 24 to 48 hours. It has been 3 days and still no refund. They have a very elaborate "customer service" email response program, but it is an empty shell game. Never again.

School Spirit

I'm in charge of promoting school spirit and finding quality affordable items to slap our logo on to get the kids hyped. We have ordered wristbands, tattoos, and most recently stadium cups and they have all been high quality and very popular with our teenagers. I will definitely be ordering items again and again!
