EXCELLENT SERVICE

I had an event in Thailand in 6 days (2 weeks minimum). No one there can rush me an order and over priced. I check this site and had nothing to lose. I ordered what I wanted in the USA all done for 3 day delivery... WOW. Too good to be true. I did not read my order confirmation said 10 day delivery. I ordered an item that can not be rushed. I chatted via text and super responsive.! They reviewed the order and made a change in the order AND added a logo on top! Got it completed. Just received confirmation of proof. Just what I asked. Chatted again to confirm delivery - confirmed by representative NATE. Awesome. Said FEDEX will send tracking - all I need!
Will used again. I'll update review once I get my order. Great job!

The first wristbands I ordered were very professional looking, and arrived quickly. I just ordered another batch. While it would be preferable that the re-order process was easier (a re-order link within your previous order), I appreciated Murphy's support in getting this order placed.

They made it happen

We had a client request lanyards that had a less than 48 hour window to be delivered. I worked with Dave and he made it happen even though we missed his cutoff window to pull it off. Dave was able to make magic happen same day and did a great job communicating with me. And their platform is great, providing updated every step of production. Highly recommend!

SCAMMERS

Would give zero stars if I could, this company is a scam. I'm out money with no product ever shipped. Customer service said they would "see if they could issue me a refund" was told multiple times my order would be received by certain dates after caring over and over again. They would give me a date then send an email that something on my order was out of stock. Horrible experience. Please don't order from this company.

They were okay..

I was somewhat happy with the way the wrist bands looked. I ordered a red, yellow and blue bracelet but there were some bands with green mixed in them. And you could hardly read the writing on the band... however I was not happy at all with how the "free wrist bands" were advertised. It said if you bought 100 you'd get 100 free. They don't tell you until you finish your order that the "free wristbands" actually cost $15.

Steer Clear

Made one order of face masks and they were great (though the took much longer to arrive than advertised)... reordered the identical ones, and they came completely different and wrong. Customer service is refusing to correct their error. Steer clear!

This company is a scam. They ran out of stock of my item, took 5 days to tell me, then told me i need to pay more for something different or if i cancel, they would charge a restocking fee and not refund the charge for me to review product. And their customer service is a joke. They just fill out a ticket that you have to keep responding to via email with no resolution. This company is a fraud and i have no idea how they are business.

When I called the company, I thought I was going to get an automated response but Richard took the call. He was very patient, pleasant to talk to and guide me through step by step. He must have called me back 3 times to make sure I got everything accurate from colors to lettering and clip arts. I was amazed how easy it was to create the personalized item that I wanted. I'm inspired to do this again!

Bad experience

As a business owner, I tried to get some floor decals. I needed them at a specific time. Unfortunately, they where behind schedule. I requested a ship date/production date several times. With no concrete response. I then requested to cancel the order 4 separate times. Again with no confirmation just " it may not be possible... and ther may be a charge." Never again. I want to do business with a company that actually cares about their customers need not just they got another order!

Good Quality

The bands are good quality but not exactly what I ordered. Spoke to a customer representative by the name of Thomas and he got the wheels in motion right away to get it fixed. Hopefully, this can be fixed asap. Give Customer Service 5 starts but overall can be better.

Couldn't be cuter

We had these made for two little girls to give out to their gymnastics teammates, coaches and parents as they start their competition season. They turned out so cute and everyone absolutely loved them. They came quickly and were perfect. We're looking at the next order for a fundraiser this spring. Great experience!

I bough 8,000 coaster from this company and it looks like business cards paper, gloss. It sticks on the bottom of the cups and my customer had to bring it back and return the product to me. I own a printing shop for more than 24 years and never had so bad experience with a supplier as I'm having with them. They don't accept the product back, nobody can help you on the phone, and they don't care about you. Be careful with their bad services and customer satisfaction. Never will buy nothing from them again and do not recommend to nobody

Napkins

This is the second year that we have ordered personalized napkins for our senior prom. The napkins come in a variety of colors, which is great when trying to match colors for different themes. When designing the napkins, the imprint area is quite small so the text kind of gets lost once actually printed. Items were delivered as promised. We will definitely continue to purchase from this company.

All of the other detailed reviews about this company being a scam are on point. I had the exact same experience as everyone else with the order that disappears after you hit submit and no customer service help whatsoever. They then lead you on with fake production emails and other emails. I cannot believe a website that functions so well when placing the order is a complete scam.
