I am thankful that Thomas worked diligently with me to help resolved issues with art work to print wristbands. Thomas was very patience and didn't give up even past 3 O'clock in the morning he was still very nice and courteous. Thomas provided the very best online customer service. Keep up the great work Thomas! I will recommend this company to anyone because of your customer care and genuine support.

Worst customer service ever. No concern about my order or that it is weeks late and won't be on time for the event it was ordered for. When and if they do get there they will be useless and they really don't care. Every day I call it's a new excuse, no concern or care to try and fix the problem, no try to rush the order that a month ahead of schedule, just rudeness and then suddenly no record of me ever calling at all. Not even a hint of desire to care about their customer just an I don't care, not our problem attitude from every person there I have spoken to. Just amazing. I get more concern about my well being from teenagers on the street.

The wristbands were just as expected. The buy 100 and get 100 free is a great deal for fundraiser purposes. Ability to customize is somewhat lacking and it's annoying that the site doesn't tell you that different fonts will cost more until checkout, but other than that, they got here exactly when they were supposed to and were worth the price.

Poor Customer Service
May 11, 2021

I placed an order on April 2. They delayed it and said there was a problem with my artwork. I got on the phone, resent them the same file and it was fine...

2 weeks later. They said the color I ordered was out of stock. At this time, I am expecting my order to be almost done.

I told them to pick another color and finish the order ASAP. So what did they do?

They delayed the order even more. They wanted me to confirm my confirmation?

Anyways now its 5/11. Way over a month and they are now telling me that I need to pay more to get my order on time.

What a joke. I will never use this company again.

We apologize for any inconvenience or delay caused. Please note that when an artwork is deemed unusable or if any changes are required, the order is put on hold and we promptly send an automated ticket to the customer. This ticket also sends outbound calls to swiftly inform customer of the issue so it can be resolved. Such matters, including requests for digital proofs, inventory issues are pre-production matters and production time does not begin until all pre-production requirements are met. As such, the overall time-frame of the order was pushed back. Once cleared to start production, the order will proceed as per the Standard/Rush time-frame selected. If a specific deadline is required to be met and the order has faced delays due to any pre-production issues, we strongly recommend to upgrade the order to rush. We hope we were able to clarify.

I ordered custom koozie drink holders for a high school sports team. The were inexpensive ($1.11/each with purchase of 100 items) and look good. They were shipped pretty quickly. 24 hour wristbands kept me up-to-date on each step of production and shipping.

Not only did I have several printing issues with my over $200 order, it came in the mail INCOMPLETE! I ordered 200 cloth wristband and only 100 locking clasps came with my order. You do the math... After a long while speaking with the customer service team, they continued to assure me 220 clasps were given and that I should just check the box it came in (as if that wasn't something I obviously already did before calling them). REALLY?!?! They then asked me to send a photo of what was missing. Ummm how exactly am I supposed to do that when the order is incomplete?! I just received a response to my claim stating they will NOT be sending more clasps after "investigation." Horrible, horrible, experience. This company doesn't care about fixing their own mistake since they've already stolen my money. Never using this company again and will certainly deter others from using it as well!

Ordered 100 swirled two-color silicone wristbands with debossed printing. Promotion included additional 100 at no extra charge. Image on company website clearly showed the two colors (red & black) throughout the entire wristband. Finished product received did not resemble the website image in any way. They appeared more striped than swirled. Contacted company to complain and requested either remaking the bands, making new bands of a different style, or a refund. Company denied all my claims. Filed BBB complaint and still received no resolution, only an offer of 10% discount on another order. Images shown below are the image from the company's website and the photos of actual product received.

Its very nice and clear.

When submitting a design make theh colors brighter because it prints more dim. Other than that they came out very clear and nice, there were no mistakes. I am satisfied with my order and they came early.

The customer support has been very good with this company. They are pleasant, helpful, and get the answers fast.

The website needs a quick reorder tool for reordering past items as I am usually reordering and don't wasn't to figure out what it is again.

The products are generally good, but I have been having some issues with the sewing coming undone on some lanyards. Maybe 50 of a 500 order will be somewhat defective.

Ordered koozies for our bar. Paid extra to have a proof made, because who in their right mind would order something sight unseen in a large quantity. We got the shipment and a lot of detail was lost on the screen print. Next time I'll use someone local that I can communicate with on issues like this, and who would look at their digital proof and the final product and compare the two before shipping them out.

I have used this company for two previous orders and everything was fine. However, this time was HORRIBLE. I ordered bands from their site using a list of their approved fonts. They placed my order on hold because of a production issue--spacing was too close. They then used an automated phone system to call me about the hold. However, their system does not leave a message. Nor was I contacted in NO other way about the hold. I waited for two weeks for the arrival of my bands and then called when I became concerned about them arriving on time. When I called, I was told it was my fault I did get the call, and they charged me almost $200 in rush fees. Please keep in mind the total cost for the bands was $205! I talked to several people in customer service and the only thing that offered was a 17% discount on my next order. HA, the joke is on them because I will never do business with them again and when asked about my experience, I am happy to share how BAD my experience was!

My 12 year son placed an order for a school project this evening. He easily navigated the site and designed his company wristbands. Any questions he had were answered quickly via their online chat feature. Upon checkout, my son chose a 'buy 100, get 100 free' option, but didn't see that there was a $15 shipping charge attached to the free 100. I called later to cancel the extra 100, as these kids are on a budget, and 24hourwrisbands quickly and very graciously refunded the shipping charge but are still sending the 200 wristbands. Great service!

Extremely satisfied!

I was a little hesitant about ordering anything based off some of the reviews, but figured I'd see for myself. I order 50 custom koozies for a baby shower & they turned out wonderful! They look exactly like the sample i saw when designing them. They arrived within a week and a half which was fine because I ordered way in advance. I would definitely recommend as long as you are giving yourself enough time in case they don't arrive as quickly as you'd like.

Glow in the dark white bracelets are super glowy. Who doesn't like getting free stuff at a concert. So fun making bracelets and then giving them away and meeting tons of people. Thanks 24hourwristbands! The only issue is that I was short by 13 bands of the 200 I was supposed to get.

They have several hidden fees that they do not mention but in tiny fine print. The worst is that when you get 100 "free" wristbands they actually add an extra charge of either $15 or $20. This does not show up in the cart or when you order. It only shows up on your bill which is a horribly deceptive way to do business. More pointedly, their customer service is horrible. I was flagged as high risk and spent days talking with 6 reps. One just told me to call back in 6 hours when he was not working anymore. To top it off, one of their customer service people asked me to send him a photo copy of my Credit Card. As if being deceptive about pricing was not enough, asking me to email a photo copy of my card is just not acceptable. Even canceling my order has been a hassle. I will not be bringing them business again.
