Out of 250 masks, 51 were rejected by my client due to angled print or unnacceptable printing. Of that 51 seemingly angled printing errors is acceptable to them. Ok so that leaves 22 that the print inks streaky and not viable.
Basically they said oh well they are still usable,, then came back with a 30% off even when I told them my client would be tossing the 22 items as unusable and requested a full credit for them.
Their offer of 50% off OR a store credit of $43.
I'm sorry but out of a $500 order this greedy company puts their profit over customer satisfaction.
Shes going to take her 50% credit because theres no way on earth either one of us will EVER use or recommend this company.

This company is complete garbage. It has been well over 7 days and my order "is still in the final stages of production". Which has been told to me every day for the last 6 days. The order was placed with rush shipping to arrive on 12/18. As of 12/21, the masks aren't even made yet as far as I can tell. Every person you call gives you the same scripted answer. I will never recommend or order from again and will be seeking a refund, which I can tell already will not happen.

The color That I received did not match the color I order. Rather than being red, they look bright Pink. An the bands seem kind of small for adults sizes. Overall I'm disappointed in the product quality.
I called the customer service number. They were very patient and helpful. Why does this review need 100 characters. This is silly since, right now I can only review my interaction with the guy on the phone.

Terrible customer service, awful workman ship. They produced an order of cups for us. Took weeks to show up and were terribly done. The text was off center, the ink was faded and the customer service is an absolute joke. I asked if they could replace my order with a correct product and they offered me a 10% discount on a new order which was the same deal that was on the website. The only thing worse than their product is their customer service who could not care less about their customers issues. They got their money and ran. Please do not support this terrible company. Do not pay attention to the fake reviews they have plastered over their website.
The product turned out great. I was frustrated that I was not able to easily track my package so I could know when it would be delivered. Bigger fonts look and work better for printing on koozies. Im happy with the outcome and would order from them again if I did not need the product within a tight turn around time.
I called multiple times at no avail. I am really thankful that Walter answered my call. He went above and beyond to help me with my order. I know I had to change my order a little but I think it will work. He even asked me to call him if I dont receive my order by Friday. Thank you very much Walter for your help.

I contacted these guys on May 19,2023 to order drawstring bags for a family trip. I created a dispute with Amex because their billing comes as a different name that I didn't recognize. They contacted me to cancel the dispute, which I did and sent them confirmation. Since then I have have received multiple emails saying they have opened tickets to find out printing info which was selected at purchase and to say they never received the cancelation. The full payment has been paid to the since late May by AMEX. Still nothing has arrived so I called and again was told they don't have the dispute cancellation which is bull$#*! because they were paid. Now they won't refund my money or cancel the order without more documentation. DON'T order from these guys. They will give you the run around and attempt to keep your money. UPDATE: Filed another dispute with American Express. Why would it take anymore documentation to get your own money back when the order is canceled? Should be easy if they were customer oriented.

We contacted STRIPE saying that you withdrawn the chargeback & they asked us to provide a letter of withdrawal from the cardholder (that they've received from their bank). We contacted you back for a screenshot or a documents showing the card issuer withdrawn the chargeback. However, we have not heard back from you.
Spoke with Kevin and he was extremely rude! Due to the unrest in America right now I'm not able to receive an order I previously placed. Kevin told me without a shadow of a doubt there was NOTHING they could do for me as a company to assist me with a replacement order! His exact words were "its not their fault I can't receive my mail and I would have to replace my order at the higher cost with no discounts from the company."
Ordered 125 blue and 125 red blank koozies for an order. Paid for quicker shipping as I was on a deadline. Received 125 blue and 125 BLACK. Jumped through hoops to prove they sent the wrong color. Replacement order came... 25 koozies short... three days before order was due. In their defense, they did ship overnight to get me the 25... but, a little attention to detail would have eliminated the cost on their end. Don't know if my business will use their services again.
I had a rush order that I didnt think was possible, but Walter and Bob were great with helping me get my artwork ready, rush processing and a guaranteed delivery date! Definitely will be using this company again.
Hi, I couldn't see where to click to see my digital proof. The person who chatted with me was so polite and kind and positive; in addition, was also helpful in navigating the site. This person changed me from being confused, and thus a bit annoyed, to calm and happy just by their polite writing. They represent your company very well. Wish there were more people like this in real life!
I placed an order through this site for 12 oz. Stadium cups. As the National Honor Society sponsor, I ordered the customized cups for an event that we were hosting. The templates and clip art were just what we were looking for.
The only issue I had personally was that I had to keep re-creating my custom design. The site would time-out after a certain period (while I was requesting approval to use the school credit card) and then I was forced to try to replicate my original work.
I see other complaints regarding misunderstandings, but after meticulously checking my product design and placing the order, we were able to have our stadium cups within 3 weeks! Wonderful for trying to accommodate a last-minute request from my kids.
I plan to use this company again.
I find that Tim is a true Customer Service Representative. He went through the steps and when he discovered that the steps did not work for this situation he stayed on the chat and too other measures to solve the problem. At the beginning I was an irate and dissatisfied customer regarding this order. At the end of the chat he had me calmed down, and a solution to the problem. You need more Representatives like him.

I can only refer to the order process since I have not received the products. I had a little trouble finalizing my order because of a billing change. I spoke several times with Nate. Nate was extremely helpful and helped me finalize the order and final proof. He personally called me several times as follow-up to e-mails for verification.
I have ordered several times from 24 Hour Wristbands and have been very happy with the finished product the last couple of times. I certainly hope this order is delivered with the same quality in a timely fashion. Thanks Nate for your help!
