We've ordered several times and are not disappointed! The only thing we had to change with this particular order was the design they used to have for the letter print. The one we liked the best is no longer there.

Buyer Beware

The product was what we expected, but when I ordered it gave us the option of shipping dates and the cost of shipping based on dates wanted. I selected standard shipping as the date they indicated we would have it by was in plenty of time of our event. Didn't work out that way. Called day after scheduled delivery date and they hadn't even started production. Called again a few days later, same story, etc. It got to the point that they extorted an additional $35.00 shipping fee from us in order to get the lanyards in time for our event. Do you think I could get a manager on the phone to talk to about this, NO!

Sent me someone else's custom imprinted product by mistake with someone else's logo. Phone support couldn't help, said I had to "log in and open a ticket online and provide pictures to them as proof they sent me someone elses product" Online chat window same story: "can't help via chat, please open a new ticket for each photo as proof we made a mistake" I ordered rush shipping and tried to order rush processing so I would have my items in time, but no help, they screwed up and wouldnt help after the fact. And all the reviews published on their website are from a closed review site that doesn't accept new reviews.

As the matter is concerning incorrect/defective products, it falls under the claims issue. Per agreed terms, all claims must be submitted via the ticketing system with sufficient pictures to validate the claim. This is done so there are records of the issue for reference. Very easy to order

I placed an order this morning for buttons. It was very easy to navigate the website and the online customer service was fantastic. Nate answered all of my questions promptly and steered me in the right direction. His feedback was in seconds. I will definitely order again. The buttons were also very well priced.

Exactly what I ordered
December 3, 2017

I ordered 400 wristbands on a Friday, approved my proof on Monday, and paid extra for them to be delivered by Friday, and I received them that Thursday. I would definitely recommend. I especially loved the emails that told me where my order was in the production process. Definitely made our benefit! Thank you!

Good for the pricing

I've been ordering from 24HourWristbands for the past 4 years now. This latest order we hoped to have been able to print the inside message in color too, but were not advised that it wasn't possible. And we had already placed the order which included an extra $20 for the inside imprint. Overall, good enough for our business purposes.

This was my first experience with 24HourWristbands. They did a fantastic job on the backpacks that I ordered. They were exactly what I wanted. They stayed in constant contact with me all the way from production to shipping. I appreciate the thoughtfulness of the company staying in touch with me and making my experience seamless. I tried to place an order in June, 2019. I was notified within a few days they could not complete my order due to the colors I wanted. No problem, I thought. Please refund my money. That was JUNE! It is now DECEMBER. I still haven't received my refund. I have spoken to countless customer service reps and "resubmitted my ticket for refund" numerous times and"verified by email the cancel ordered" I am always told the same thing "now that the paper work is properly filled out you will receive your refund within 3-5 business days". IT'S BEEN 6 MONTHS! Will never use this company again.

Re-ordering.
April 2, 2018

I work for a large company and custom designed pin buttons in March for a large event. I was pleased with the way they turned out and how quickly I received them. However, I needed more of the same buttons and was worried about having to custom make them all over again. I called and talked to Oscar who made re-ordering the same buttons quick and easy.

Very Happy

Called to get help to place a order. Was having trouble getting it to work on website,
Talked to Adam he helped me get the correct design and colors. Did not take long, The next day received the proof all was good. This is my 2nd time to use them have had no problems. Get the product in good time with free shipping. Will use them again when needed.

In early March, I decided to order some hand sanitizer for my employees. I am an essential healthcare worker and wanted everyone to be safe at work. I went on this website and placed and order. My money was accepted and then the drama started. I began receiving all these tickets asking me for additional information. I responded and sent them back. Then I received a ticket saying my order was unable to be fulfilled and I then requested a refund. This was at the end of March. It is now April and this PIECE OF TRASH company had the nerve to send me a response ticket saying the government has imposed restrictions on certain departments and they cannot issue refunds right now! But they can accept payments? They are using a global crisis as an excuse to steal from business owners and regular every day people. Do not ever ever buy anything from this company. They are dishonest and exemplify the worst business practices that I have ever seen.

This was my 1st order from 24HourWristbands.com. For the price I paid I was very happy with the wristbands I received. I passed them out at a concert on Halloween and everybody was super happy, especially since they glowed in the dark. Will definitely be ordering from you again, thanks 24HourWristbands.com!

I ordered and there was slight problem with color a color I chose they said it wouldnt show the graphic properly, I selected another option, they got the order to me super quick. Product looks great, very pleased. Will definitely recommend and use them again.

When placing my order (and still) it shows a 7-day turn around time, plus 4 days shipping. It's been a month and my order has not been created yet. I haven't heard a peep from them, no email, no phone call that the order would be delayed. When I called a week ago I was told it would be printed within 24 hours and I receive apologies. I wait an additional week and enter a second ticket. Response to the ticket: 2-3 more weeks for production. I call to complain and the customer "service" rep hangs up on me. I call back, a manager is not available, and this guy tells me "realistically it'll be three or more weeks." Yeah, order has been cancelled. He tried to give me a discount. That doesn't help when you need the product. Absolutely audatious! Let's see when (if at all) I get my money back.

The art didn't turn out as specified, but it wasn't too bad to go through hassle of a reprint. I also live nearby and they won't allow you to pick up the order, you have to ship it. Decent pricing though.

We are a student organization at the University of North Carolina and we had a large order for an event. I got charged a little more than i was expecting and I contacted them using the online chat option and Jason talked me through out and managed to get us the price I was originally expecting! Very professional and calm even when I wasn't being an easy customer. Would definitely recommend their services!
