I enjoyed working with Austin and he was able to get my order turned around quickly. The only negative is the timing. It seemed like we missed each other at the end of the day - he was working late hours, I was not so things had to get discussed the following day. But in the end it worked out well and I am happy customer. Thank you Austin!

Great selection of rubber wristbands at unbeatable prices. I was placing my order late at night and had some questions I needed answered before completing my order. It was awesome to get an immediate response from Thomas, who gave me the exact info I needed to make my final decisions and place my order. I love these products, the quality, and the customer service! I received help from Murphy today and he was kind, helpful, and assisted me through to the very end!
I only wish they had MORE products available! I would love to see a bigger variety of promotional items. I have ordered things from other companies and the quality has been poor compared to 24HourWristbands!

Beautiful mousepads!

I ordered 100 custom mouse pads printed with a photo and our logo on them. The quality of the printing is great. We were to be using these for an event and needed them by a specific date. When I notified the company the day before our event saying that they hadn't yet arrived, they assured me that they'd overnight them to me for the next morning's delivery. And it was true. I felt their customer service was great, and I'd definitely use them again.

Don't buy from this vendor! I ordered cocktail napkins for our daughters Engagement Party and was promised delivery on or before the party date. Two days before they had not shipped and said to get the order I would need to pay for a better quality napkin and pay an additional $70 up charge. I told them that was outrageous and they did drop that charge to $35. I felt I was 'over a barrel' and paid the additional charge. On the day of the event I went online and the napkins did not show shipped. I spoke to customer service and apologized but they had 'production issues' I demanded a full refund, they offered me 50% off to deliver after Jan. 1 and I refused. I have not received the refund.

Great turnaround time!

This is the second time I have used this company to order customized products. I was extremely happy with my 2-day rush experience the first time. This time, I wanted to place the same wristband order again. I chatted with Justin to get assistance in doing so without having to redesign the bands. Justin called me and took care of EVERYTHING. He gave me the best options and prices for my exact needs. I would definitely recommend this company and hope to work with Justin on future orders.

Terrible customer service and product. Ordered 2 1/2 inch wristbands. One in a green camo color with debossed ink. Received the wristband and the band is mostly black and it's difficult to read the wording. It looked very different from the proof I approved. I contacted customer service, sent them 2 pictures, and they told me that their terms and agreements state that the colors may not be what you approved online. They also told me they could read the printing fine. They would do nothing for me. I would have been happy with a replacement in a lighter color but nothing.

I've also ordered from them in the past and have had several wristbands just split on me when I'm trying to take them on or off and I have thin wrists.

Garbage company and customer service. Spread the word

Overall, product was fine and arrived in the nick of time. Unfortunately, the website timed out every time I was ready to place an order meaning I had to completely restart the entire ordering process, even after creating a profile and placing it in a shopping cart. This was very frustrating to say the least.

Received order with about 1/4 of it having our logo printed crooked. They claim it is a minor imperfection and won't fix it. Their return/refund policy says it all... there is going to be errors in your order and they don't care.

I ordered $500 worth of lanyards and badge holders for an event using the timing stated on their website. When I didn't receive my order I called only to find out that they wouldn't tell me where my order is - I would have to file an online inquiry. 2 days later no word on where this order is. I called my credit card and filed a fraud claim and they are cancelling the transaction. Fraudulent company

I ordered 1500 custom woven lanyards for a client. After going back and forth with customer service for days to make sure we were ordering what was wanted, including pictures and multiple proof reviews, the product arrives and I was disappointed in the quality and product. Not want we wanted.

Great service!

I initially wrote a negative review only because I had a hard time with the side, probably because of my telephone. Anyway, I ordered one of those face masks with my own smile. I couldn't believe how fast it arrived, and not only that, the company called me, concerned about my negative review and to confirm my order. I called it real service! The mask is fantastic! I have this great big smile, and it just makes everybody smile and laugh! Thank you!

Not great quality

Timely order and easy on-line process, however, compared to other similar products from other vendors, the quality of these is not great. I ordered printed wristbands, coozies and lanyards to sell to my customers since they had requested branded items. I don't think the ink on the coozies will last long... I can see the black color of the coozies seeping through the ink... it isn't solid. The wristbands, even though I ordered the better quality ink, is already fading after 10 days and I take it off before showering, etc. The lanyards are ok but the printing quality on them was blurry... not sharp and I provided a very high resolution image. I liked supporting a local Texas vendor and paid extra to have the printing and processing done here in the U.S. but unfortunately I will not be re-ordering.
