Chat option is amazing. I knocked them around 4 in the morning and had a chat with Haley. I kept asking a lot of questions and she didnt seem to be bothered about it and answered all my queries. They definitely know how to deal with customers.

I ordered the metallic silver and black wristbands. Was pretty disappointed when they arrived that they are not metallic at all but simply grey and black. Other than that I'm happy with the time it took for the response to be made and arrive at my house.

We needed these wristbands right away for a memorial. The colors on the bands were as expected, the printing was clear, and the cost was more than affordable, even with expedited shipping. The website was easy to navigate, and everything arrived as promised in a timely manner.

Not 100% satisfied, the product is inconsistent with regards to looks. Two orders look different. The font is smaller with my corrected order. However, the font and images are correct like ordered. The font is just small compared to a previous order. Would probably get a color ink printed on in the future instead.

Nothing more, nothing less. Seems to be a good product. Never received a shipping notice though - that wouldve been nice. Had to email to find out if they were on the way. Also, they came a day later than expected (and paid for).

Good evening

My order number was/is W*******. It is due March 8 and it just went into screen printing this morning March 5. I look forward to seeing if it will make it here even after the bait and switch for shipping. I am really sad as these lanyards were for my students for competition. The worst is that I don't even know if they will be here on time... Should I purchase them from elsewhere? Will I be stuck with lanyards and no one to give them to? Will I have just lost $120/-?

I placed an order with an "sale offer" for free shipping. I was asked to pick a delivery date which I did. Once the order was confirmed I was told - sorry if you want the items on time you have to pay for shipping - your order is coming from China. I talked to Tom, Archie, Jerry, and none of them were helpful. I left messages and nothing happened I finally called and spoke to Nate. He tried to help - lowered the shipping charge from $52 to $22 - apparently he wasn't authorized to honor the advertised sale. The company did false advertising. DON"T TRUST THEM.

DO NOT ORDER from this company. I ordered 300 bracelets for a trade show. I paid extra for the expedited shipping. I contacted the company and spoke with a rude agent who said my bracelets are still in China. I will be going to my trade show with nothing to hand out other than my card. I spent almost $200

A smooth process

Received product timeline as expected! I thought the color was off a bit. Printing was well done. I expected to receive an email for tracking but never received it but was happy to see they were on my door step on the date expected. Thank you for not disappointing, I felt like a I took a chance after the negative reviews I had read about your company but rolled the dice anyway and would order again!

Very efficient!

Walter was knowledgeable and efficient. I own a bakery and needed to order over 200 glasses to be delivered in less than a week for a wedding. He immediately understood the design that I had in mind and executed my order efficiently. I am looking forward to receiving the shot glasses as I know they will be of great quality.

Drink coozies came out pretty good, I liked the many many options to customize! Quality was ok, they are a little thin. Customer service was way weird. I got a confirmation of ordering and then nothing. I chatted to see when it would ship and got "not sure"? Then got like 4 emails in a row, I guess they forgot about shipping my order. Got it in time though!

I placed an order and didn't get a receipt for my payment. Nate helped me in the online chat room and instantly sent me a PDF copy of my receipt. This was a transaction made w/ my work credit card and I had been trying for several days to get the receipt. He resolved my issue w/in a matter of minutes.

I ordered the black and orange color wrist band (work colors). I got them on time. The
Problem was, artwork showed the printing on the orange side. The product came with printing on the black side which made it virtually unreadable/invisible. I opened a support ticket on 9/28 with the hope that they would re-run the batch. Suddenly, all of the great communication ceased. Words are great, but actions speak volumes.
