Just received my charger a week ago. It got defective after few days of using it so I went to exchange it to a local Apple store and I was surprised they replaced the item! This site is genuine!

The website is user friendly. Customer service helps a lot. The item I had first was defective but they replaced my charger right away and gave me 15% discount on my total charge. Will order again from this site.

I am not one to leave bad reviews when i dont like a service but this one was that bad... i ordered the wrong charger and quickly got a return label but as soon as my shipment was returned to the shipper in exchange for the correct one (i tracked it and saw it had been accepted), i never got the correct charger after 3 weeks. After the first week had passed, i started calling them for my new tracking number but was given the run around for the next 2 weeks. Everyday they would say "please call back tomorrow for your tracking number". This is very unprofessional. Ive never heard of having to call a company to get your tracking number. Finally after waiting 3 whole weeks i asked them for my money back and was charged a 15% re-stocking fee. I was also charged for the shipping and handling for a charger i did not use. This is a scam to get a payment. Horrible that they do this to people. In the end they were still paid for something which is the worst part. I hope they close their business. I should have went through Amazon or Ebay because there they have verified sellers and care for their customers.

I ordered an original apple laptop charger. The one they sent was not original. It was lighter and got hot very fast. Even the little light on the connection was staying on after you disconnect it from laptop. I returned it right a way. They deduct $5.00. I called them to ask why is that and on the line while I was holding their automated system says they pay for the return shipment, worry free returns, the guy who answered the phone said that $5.00 for return shipment. I told him what automated system says, then he said it is restocking fee. I would never buy anything from this web site.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

Ordered a charger for my McBook Pro. Waited 7 days. They Sent the wrong charger. Sent me return postage, Admit they sent me the wrong charger and the replacement will be sent right away.
Could never get them on the phone, All E-mails. Wait a week no charger. E-mail them, told me charger was on the way, gave me tracking #. Wait a week no charger. E-mail them they give me the same tracking #. Checking tracking # Item never shipped. E-mail them again, They
Tell me big mixup. Item will ship today priority mail. One week no charger. Tried calling no answer, E-mailed cancel my order, return my money. They did return my money after 7 weeks
Minus a restocking fee. BAD NEWS

Disregarding negative reviews and other red flags I bought a product that was advertised as a genuine apple product. Aditionally it had a 1 year warranty. The product is a counterfeit and the product malfunctioned and no longer functions. I made a claim on the warrranty and the company responded promply informing me that I needed to send my deffective item back and pay $15 shipping for the replacement. On 1/20/16 I told them that I was unsatisfied with this as the item was not as advertised and the $15 shipping charge was unreasonable noting the original shipping charge was less than $5. On 1/22/16 they had not yet replied so I emailed and said I was dissapointed that I did not even get a response to my request. On 1/25/16 they apologized and informed we to wait 24-48 more hours. On 1/31 I was tricked into closing my help ticket. I was asked to complete a survey. Upon clicking that I was unsaitisfied it informed me that the survey would conclude and my service ticket was closed. I opened a new ticket that same day and they informed me that my request was still processing. I had not heard back from them so on 2/3 I reached out again requesting they either accept or decline my request to change the terms of the refund. It is 2/6 and I still have not received a response.

I would give this place a freaking Zero if I could. I order a charger back in Oct. Got the it in 4 days and it died a month later. I asked to return it (Dec. 15) and get a replacement. I returned it the following day Dec. 16. Been waiting over a month for this. I have made several complaint and will be making another one. The first time I was told to be patient. The second time I was told it is in process. The 3rd time I was given an order number. I was given the wrong order number when I made my 4th complaint. Spent four days going back and forth with this company to fix this problem. I was told it was fixed. I thought finally going to get it because we "fixed" the issues. Waited a week and nothing. Contact them back and I was told something was wrong with my address. She emailed me the address. They had the wrong town, how the f***k do you have the wrong address? I ordered this product back in Oct. With the right address. How can you get the wrong address when you had the previous order in front of you? Anyways, they said please wait for 3 to 4 business days. I waited 7 days and still nothing. I contacted them again they said oh I forwarded the concern it should ship in 2 to 3 days and I will email you back with the order number and tracking number. Waited for the next day and never got an email giving me my tracking number. I contacted them again and finally was given the gave me a tracking number. I was told that it was in transit and should reach me by Saturday. I hope so and I hope it is being shipped to me not to someone else. I would not recommend this place. Order it off of Amazon. I ordered a non Apple charger off of Amazon and it came in 2 days later. It works great so far. It was cheap so even if it does die out after a month or so it's okay. This is the name of the product Morange ( XD- 85W1L) 85W AC Power adapter & charger.

*Update: After several complaints it cam to me on Feb. 5th.

Scam business

I ordered a "genuine" Apple laptop charger from 24HourChargers.com. The charger stopped working a few weeks later, and the company refused to honor its warranty. They advised I'd need to pay an "administrative fee" of $15, about 50% of the purchase price, in order to obtain a replacement charger. I have since found dozens of online complaints about this firm, with others also believing they are receiving cheap, "knock-off" goods that either do not work or break shortly after receipt. The company is apparently selling through a storefront parcel shipment facility near Houston but, given the poor English of employees, they appear to actually be operating from outside the US. This website should be shut down and its "storefront" operation closed before they scam even more individuals.

I ordered a charger for my macbook. It took 14 days to arrive which is a long time since I did pay for shipping. I plugged the charger in and there were sparks! The charger was no good. I contacted them asking for a full refund. This took several attempts as one of their email addresses come back as undeliverable. They sent me a return label and promised to send out a replacement immediately. 10 days later no charger so I emailed them again and got a "thanks for reminding us." 10 more days and still no charger. Their response to this was to say the charger had arrived in my mailbox three days ago and provided me with a tracking number. I checked the tracking and sure enough a package had been delivered to an address in NJ. That's cool, but I live in FL. I wrote them back and they sent an email saying thank you, your ticket has now been closed and they will no longer respond to me. I disputed the charge with my credit card and got my money back at least.

Just don't order anything from this site. I order MacBook pro charger and it never worked. I returned that defected product but they did partial refund with 15% restocking charge AND shipping and handling charge of $4.99 which wasn't indicated on their return policy. Why they restock defected product? I sent complaint email but they never respond.

I ordered a Macbook Pro charger from this outfit, but it never worked. It has the Apple logo on the side and it looks legitimate, so I took it to an Apple store to have it inspected. They told me it was a fraudulent knockoff, and even pointed out that the LED light that is supposed to be present is just an indentation, and not an actual light. So I went home and tried to contact 24 Hour chargers 3 times for a refund and they refuse to respond. Therefore I reported them to Apple. Stay away from this SCAM, they are nothing but not a fraud!

I ordered a charger for my 2011 MacBook Pro on 9/30/15. I received it in a timely manner, but the charger seemed odd. It was too light and only worked plugged in one direction. Then it started to overheat. It smelled like it was on fire and it started to melt! I contacted customer service and they promptly sent over a free return label. It was to exchange for a new charger. I sent my item back on 12/10/15. By the way, I had a year warranty on this item. Many weeks went by and I kept emailing about the status of my return. They kept apologizing for the delay. Finally they said they'd send out a tracking number via priority mail when it's ready to be shipped out. I kept waiting. A month went by and I emailed them again. Now they are telling me that they have this "New Policy" that was recently put in place stating that they can't send out replacements on items sent back after 90 days. WHAT?! The customer service person who responded to me didn't even offer me a refund! I responded today, 1/16/16, with a very angry email and I hope I get a refund. Stay away from these people!

They advertised their Apple chargers as the real OEM product. It is not a real Apple charger. Thing died in 2 months. Customer support call had a chicken making loud noises in the background. This place is a scam and very sketchy. Buy the real product for $75 and avoid headaches.

Not worth the Headache

I called the company on cyber monday(11/30/15) to see if they had the charger for my macbook pro in stock, they assured me they did. He said if I order today before 5:30pm it would ship the same day and it would arrive 4 days later. I placed my order, received confirmation and waited for my package to arrive. 7 days later I called the company package never shipped. They apologized for the mistake but they would ship my order UPS and it should arrive in 3 days. Needless to say it is now Dec 30,2015 and I still have not received my order. Each time I call they are sorry, the manager is not available but will call me back as of yet I have received a phone call from 24HRChargers.com. SO FRUSTRATING. ITS BEEN 30 DAYS since I placed my order and no one seems to know where my order is.

Beyond Great

I never really write reviews, but these guys were super helpful and awesome. Great prices and they always have what I need. Have already told me buddies about these guys. TIP: If you call the helpline, ask for Adrian. Funny guy and will always fix whatever issue you have. 1 Year Warranty is really a "no questions asked" warranty.

Simple site... Ordered from them 3 times this year so far. Received my chargers on time and never had problems. Once I placed a order over the phone, and the sales rep Rowena was super helpful. Would shop again.
