These people do not respond to email, and only answered my phone once after I tried contacting them several times. I was skeptical so I wanted to call about their return policy, and I was right! They didn't seem to understand my question, and I could barely understand their English, so they hung up.

A big red flag! If you look up the address they provide on the site, you will realize it's fake, because it's actually a group of buildings for real estate management (or something of that sort). You would think they'd be smarter than that. After reading reviews on this website, it seems I was right. In fact, one of the reviewers below mentioned they were Indian, which is probably why I couldn't understand them.

I bought a couple charger from them and all are working great. I prefer this site to buy chargers, it's much better then Amazon or eBay. They are really good with keeping their word on warranty. Best Charger site out there. Have recommended them to my friends and family.

I'm giving these guys a 5 star rating. The service is GREAT. Seriously, you won't find better customer service anywhere. My charger is working perfect since I bought it 3 months ago. I just ordered a extra one to keep at work and the rep gave me a repeat customer discount!

Shipping was super fast. Came on time and the charger works great. Very happy with my apple charger.

I ordered two Original Apple 85 watt chargers. They were lighter than the real Apple chargers, although they otherwise looked the same. One didn't work (although the light came on, it didn't charge the computer). The other one got so hot that it melted my conch and its own case. Called (left message) and emailed. No response. Called again. And Again... They answered and sent two more units, equally cruddy... overheated and melted. Called, and called and emailed. Got through finally. They provided shipping labels to send the four units back. Three weeks later I got a refund for my money less a RESTOCKING fee... Gosh I hope they didn't restock these items. I have called and complained and ope they give me back the rest of my money.

My story continue whit this horrible company. They lying to the customer. It's over 2 weeks I wrote bad review about the fake charger what we used maybe 4 days. We sent back on 16th the replacement charger never arrived to our home they been telling us we we will get back the money in 2-3day and we still didn't get the money back over 1,5 week. The representative said probably we can get back next week which is going to be a 3rd week. I'M EXTREMELY PISSED about this company. I'll call my bank today hopefully we can get our money back this week and 24hourscharger.com same on you. Worst customers service ever. Stay away from them... :(

I solemnly write reviews, but I just want everyone to know that I had the best experience ever with 24hourcharger's customer service. It's top notch. I had a few problem with my chargers, and they shipped out a new one without questions. I was in the hospital for a week, and they even delivered me one there. These guys really care, and I absolutely love them for that. Kudos!

Ordered two chargers from them this year. Both arrived fast! Im very happy with this 24HourChargers. Customer service is great and very helpful each time I call the 1-888 number.

So they have this shoppers approved website backing them up with like a thousand fake reviewers giving it 5 stars, I saw that and that is how I fell into this scam. I so desperately wanted a discounted MagSafe Apple 85W charger but I ended up with this fake charger, made from India. All their representatives speak broken English with an Indian twist to it, and also they have children crying in the background. The website made me believe that they're based in Texas, they're actually not, these women are running this business at home with their children who probably make the chargers. After paying $80, I reviewed a charger that stopped working a day after, I filed for a replacement and I sent it back, I received it the following week and this second charger lasted 2 weeks until I smelt it almost burning my carpet. Today I call them and I am demanding a refund, I am not resting until I get my refund back because they really scammed me and I always thought I was more careful than this. Anyway, stay away from this website, it's a SCAM, you're better off buying your MacBook charger from Apple (which lasted me 2 years)

I order a charger two weeks ago, and so far I haven't received. I have tried to call many times in this phone *******492 and sent two emails and they never even gave me an answer.

The customer service is amazing. I ordered the wrong charger, but they helped me fix it instantly. What's really blew my mind away is that Im a budget college student, and they did not wait to receive the original back to send the replacement. I'm really satisfied here, and will definitely come back time and time again.

I seldom leave business reviews, but feel compelled to share with the public that 24hourchargers.com is a scam. The "company" is outsourced (look up Evershine Trading LLC) and the support email address provided by the company is false (my email bounced back due to invalid address). I ordered my charger two months ago, received a receipt via email and another email containing a USPS tracking number or the following day. Never got my charger. I contacted USPS to ask why my tracking status has not changed for a few weeks. I was told that the package had actually never been dropped off with USPS, but that the confirmation of shipment and tracking number or automatically generated by the seller. I called the company, concerned that I had been scammed, and spoke with a representative (obviously in India) who first tried to convince me that the package had been dropped off, but finally apologized and agreed to resend a replacement charger at no cost to me. He also promised me a confirmation email. Nearly a month later, I still haven't received an email or my charger. I have reported them to FTC, and will continue to do my best to expose them as a fraudulent business. I also aim to get my $40 back.

Two thumbs up. Great price on HDMI cords and HP chargers. I've bought several stuff from them. HDMI cables are one of the best out there and the chargers they sell are perfect. I have perfect experience here. Honey - your customer service rep - is one of the best I've dealt with.
