Had such a terrible experience with this company. Ordered a charger, took two weeks to arrive so I no longer needed it. Sent it back and I never received my refund, despite emailing and calling them for 3 months. STAY AWAY.
This is a fraudulent company, and now operating under a different name, Battery Hopper. I ordered a Replacement Apple 85W MagSafe 2 Charger from Battery Hopper back in September of 2017. My credit card was charged by 24HourChargers. The charger I received was clearly defective as soon as I attached it to my laptop. It would overheat and cycle between the orange "charging" color and green "fully charged" color, no matter the battery percentage indicator on my laptop. I've been in contact with them since September 2017 about a refund, which they have not honored. I only get generic responses from them now. It seems that 24HourChargers received so many negative reviews that they had no choice but to rebrand under a different name. I suspect Battery Hopper/24HourChargers is a US distribution center for cheap products made somewhere is Southeast Asia. The English on their websites is just bad, and even the 5-star reviews on this site are clearly planted by non-English speakers. Look at them, look at the pattern and butchering of the language. I am looking into filing a class action lawsuit against the company.
DO NOT BUY from them. I bought a product which looks like a real Apple product but is fake. It stopped working after a week. I paid $11 to send back through USPS and to make them sign for product. They asked me for a tracking number when I demanded a refund via email. I gave them the tracking number and then they continued to tell me they would "escalate my complaint."
So, here is what I did today which I hope you do, too.
1. File a complaint with the Texas attorney general.
2. File a complaint with Better Business Bureau (they probably won't do anything but they will track all the complaints)
3. Dispute the transaction with your credit card.
4. Alert Apple that this company is selling fake chargers in the United States (maybe Apple's legal department will look into this since this is here in the US!)
My credit card immediately refunded me because the amount is so small. I have a Costco citibank creditcard that I purchased this from.
Bought charger for my Mac Book Pro. It worked for about 60 days. When I contacted them they said I needed to return at my own cost and they needed to charge an administrative fee of $15.00 to send me a replacement. What a scam.
I ordered a charger for an older mac computer and specifically ordered the T-tip. They sent the other kind (I call it L-shaped for lack of another term), but knew it would work and my daughter needed her computer so I kept it. After less than 60 days it stopped working. Just stopped. I've been more than three weeks trying to get this returned and they are not helpful at all. Now all the phones are giving a signal as if they've been disconnected. I hate there is no way to go about pressing them to make it right. They just disappeared...
I received a charger that did not work. It had a 90 day guarantee. I paid to ship it back to them. They received it. They have not responded to emails. Their phone is answered initially then you are put on hold forever. No one picks up the phone.
Never received my package, called over 10 times to fix the problem. They gave me the wrong tracking info. Had to call my bank to dispute the charge. Awful!
Ordered a charger for my macbook. My order was processed because it charged my credit card and it cleared through my bank. Waited 2 weeks and nothing came. Have called their phone number and only receive an automated voice message to hold for next available operator. The call rings through to nobody. Have tried to call back several times and no one will answer the call. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. Shame on me, I guess.
Wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered with them. I was traveling and my laptop power adapter broke. I was changing locations often so needed to order for a place I would actually be there for more than a couple of nights but far enough down the road that I could receive. So I called them let them know where I was mailing it to and asked if I ordered it right then if I would receive it within the 5 days I was at the location. I was ensured that I would be there no later than the 2nd day after my arrival. I was there for 4 more days and it never came.
I called them explaining and then I was told that it would take 2-3 weeks to deliver to where I was staying. When I told the hotel that they laughed and said items from where I was having it mailed come in just 3-5 days. I asked for a refund and they said until the package is sent back to them by the hotel they cannot reimburse me. I phoned about 6 weeks after I ordered and no one answered... I tried a few times... and unbelievably NO customer service. This was DURING their hours of operation. It's almost 2 months since I ordered still no refund and no customer service.
Additionally again after I made the purchase I found reviews of people who purchased the same adpater as I ordered which is said to be made by the manufacturer. Every reviewer stated issues with the new adapter and it not working properly-either not charging or indicating the battery is full when it is not, etc. They also noted that materials being shoddy and the quality was significantly lower than their original OEM. So this company is also false advertising and making parts appear to be OEM when they are not. In fact the fake adapter that they are selling as OEM has the original manufacturers logo on it. But again the reviewers state the quality & the performance is so bad it clearly is not OEM.
I was given a tracking number that stopped tracking and never mentioned if it had arrived or not.
I ordered a computer charger, ended up being the wrong one. I called and got was able to send charger back, but I have not recieved a replacement charger or been able to get ahold of them!
They took my money and shipped a fake apple counterfeit macbook pro power charger that destroyed my computer. They do not reply to emails nor do they pick up the phone. They do not return the money nor do they tell you how to return it back. THEY ARE SCAMMERS! Call the POLICE, The FEDS, FCC, Apple (four selling counterfeits through their website), BBB and anybody and everybody else you could think of. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
They're horrible half of them don't speak English. They havent returned my money nor the proper charger I need for my MacBook Pro. Now the phone just rings. Can't we Sue this company?
Ordered 130 watt charger paid for overnight shipping. They didn't ship until 4 days later & then sent the wrong one. Then took over 3 weeks to be refunded. Do not deal with these people.
I had to give them one star because I could not give them 0 Stars! I ordered a charger for my MAC from them because they were the cheapest price I found online. They sent me the wrong charger so I called to send it back and they tried to convince me the charger would work and I should keep it. Returned it back to them. Going on 4 weeks and still have not received a refund. Called 3 times and each time they said we are going to escalate this and someone will call you back. No call back NO REFUND. I will NEVER do business with this company again!
I ordered a charger through this website against my better judgement so I could save about $40. I placed my order and the expected delivery date came and went. I gave it an extra week expecting normal delivery delays, but after that extra week, I decided to call. It turns out, this horrendous site had housed my product in Texas for about a week after I order it (I live in NY) and when I asked why, they wouldn't give me a straight answer, only that they were sorry and it would be handled. And only after this call was I given a tracking number, which is how I found out it was housed in Texas.
I then finally got the charger about 5 days after I called and the box was so damaged that I didn't trust the charger. On top of that, I accidentally ordered the wrong charger (my fault) so I called to return it. They said they would send me a shipping label for the return immediately and just like I expected, they didn't. I had to call, again, the next day for them to send it and I refused to get off the line until I received the email.
Once I got the shipping label, I immediately packaged the charger and sent it out and monitored the tracking number. I noted that they recieved the charger and then I waited about a week for the return to hit my account. I then went on vacation, so I didn't check to confirm the return went through, but when I got back from vacation, I decided to check and after 19 days of the company having the charger, I still didn't have my refund (not 19 days after shipping, but 19 days after they received it). I then called this horrible company again, and the idiotic customer service representative that helped me originally had marked my item down as a replacement, not a refund. So basically they screwed up yet again, and to top it all off, even if it was a replacement and not a refund, they didn't send me shipping info for the replacement! I think they are full of s*** and just tried to keep my money hoping I wouldn't follow up with my refund. As of right now, I am still waiting for this refund to go through. You may think that saving money is worth the hassle of dealing with this horrible company, but it's not. I went today to the Apple Store and spent the $80 on their charger.

Don't get fooled by their name! 24hour chargers does not guarantee you will a battery next day, just that it will "ship out in 24hrs".
I even paid for sthe hipping and it was shipped shipped via USPS!! It took four days for my battery to be delivered! They need to make it clear you are not getting the battery in 24 hr, since you pay, why not offer the "prime" shipping option!?
Had I known I would'vwent to a "prime" site that ship for the same price and you will receive it quicker!

This company pays for "approved reviews" on Thur site. When you're on their site it says five stars. After you go over a month without your product that you've paid for and haven't received then you'll figure out the reviews aren't from their real customers. I don't write reviews but I also have never felt so scammed online. They have my money I do not have a charger. Out of 50! Just go to Apple Store lesson learned!
rushchargers.com and same company 24hourchargers.com is a scam, avoid at all costs, I ordered a "refurbished" macbook Air charger that was a fake, the cord was shorter the weight of the charger was about half of the original and ran much hotter and my worldwide adaptors and PlugBug USB did not fit. They say they have a money back guarantee but 3 weeks after I sent it back I still yet to receive my refund, all I get is the same email telling me that it would take another 4-5 days to process. Their website promotes 100% happiness, they certainly did not do that for me as they ran away with my money
They are a joke. It turns out there are 3 company's tied together. I would not buy anything again. I hope some hot shot attorney gets involved for law suits. I suggest you file all complaints possible. Stay clear.

Answer: It's a fraudulent company! Read the reviews. There are almost as many 1 stars as there are 5 stars and the 5 star reviews are clearly fake. I suggest you call your bank and cancel the charge.
