Purchased an Apple laptop charger. Received a charger that did not function properly. Got replacement. The replacement didn't work at all. Dead out of the box. Sent email to support - no answer. Called and was told the case hd to be referred to "management". So they can decide what to do. Actually, I know what they can do with their charger (s). They were going to send me an email regarding my refund request. No email. This is a bull$#*! company. Was told that because they already replaced the charger, the 90 return policy doesn't apply. $#*!s!
ZERO stars! They shipped the wrong charger than what was ordered. However, the charger was the type that fit my older Apple computer, so I decided that I could just keep it to have as a backup charger for the old computer rather than go to the trouble of an exchange or refund plus all the shipping. But when I plugged it in to charge the computer, the charger didn't even work. It was like no electrical current was even going thru the devise in order to charge. So it made me so upset that I did contact the company. They acted like they would do an exchange, however I would have to pay all shipping both ways (include "15$" to them to ship back to me--poor English in email from them). After reading reviews on this site, I'm pretty sure that I would still not get the an appropriate working charger! Forget it!
All they do is send fake charger and lies. Gloria and rick are the biggest pieces of $#*!. Stay away and we need to get a class action lawsuit against them. Got to be a lawyer out there that will handle this company and have them deported
I had the same terrible experience as all the reviews below. Sent me the wrong charger, $#*! service, no refund, knock-off product, no resolution. NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE!
I have never had more issues with a company before. Terrible service, they lie to their customers, and their products don't work. They claim to have good customer service but that is definitely not true! I ordered a charger and it stopped working less than 3 months after I bought it. I tried to return it and get my refund and was told that their refund policy was only up to 30 days, even though I was looking at the website while on the phone with them and it CLEARLY stated 90 days. I pointed this out and they said it was an internal company policy change and the website wasn't updated yet, but I reminded them that I purchased it under the 90 day policy so they needed to uphold that. After being refused several times, I asked to speak to a manager and they said someone would contact me within 24 to 48 hours. Several WEEKS later and I still heard nothing, so I called again. Same result. I called a third time and spent HOURS on the phone with them, and they still wouldn't let me speak to a manager or supervisor. They did offer to replace the charger, but only if I paid both for return shipping of my old charger and the shipping of the new charger, and I didn't need a replacement because I already had to go out and buy another charger that worked while I waited for them to get back to me. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau! STAY AWAY!
I ordered a charger in JULY. It was for a company MAC book and I needed the charger asap. They had 2 day shipping and were obviously way cheaper then Best Buy. You know what the saying is, "if it seems too good to be true, it's because it is" I specified what charger I needed (T) and they sent the wrong one (L). I called customer support and that was the biggest joke ever! It sounded like there were 5 people all in a tunnel on speaker phone! I got no where with that so I emailed. Like I said, I started this process in JULY and I still do not have a refund! They continue asking me about my laptop to send me the correct charger. I dont want the damn charger because I already bought one months ago! I want my effin money back! Bunch of thieves!
This has one of the most frustrating companies I have ever felt with. I honestly can't believe they are a real company. All the employees I have ever spoke with the 30+ times I've called seem to be at home in the phillipines, sounds like they are making lunch or cleaning the house when I call. They seem to not know who their manager is or even the owner of the company. Smh! I bought the wrong charger. Didn't even care if it was a knock off, it was a great price. So when i needed to return it for the correct one they sent me a label. Sounds legit! I couldn't make time to return it quickly since I work 8-5:30 and post office is closed when I get out. I called them to say i finally was going to return and they said that label expired and they couldn't send me a new one. Fine! I paid for my own postage to send it back. Called them 7 days later and this nightmare began! Been calling at least 3x a week just to hear them say they haven't located my package. It's been a month and still nothing. If they would just send me a plane ticket to the mailing address I'm sure I could find it! I wouldn't expect them to know where it's at since they are countries away! Why do they have a Texas address if they are in a different country! It's probably locked it customs somewhere where they have there mail forwarded! The money isn't the issue I'm out 37$ it's the fact that we even allow these knock off companies to business here!
I have had nothing but frustration with this business... IF you can call it that! The charger was NOT genuine. Did not charge and got SO HOT! Had to send it back, and had to argue to get a refund and not replacement. Then had to wait... still waiting for a refund! I have spoken to them several times and will be contacting Amerian Express today if the refund does not come through! It has been over 3 weeks! 24 Hour Chargers did not do even ONE thing stated on their website! A scam of a business! Wish I knew what else to do to report the awfulness. JUST STAY AWAY
I live in Canada and was under the impression that I was going to get my new charger in 4-5 business days, now they tell me it will be 2-3 weeks, and the person I spoke to online wasn't of any help and basically told me I was SOL even though my confirmation email says 4-5 day delivery, makes no sense.
And now that I've read what others have been going through on here, I don't have high hopes that I will get the charger or if I do, that I will get a quality one. Oh! And when I tried to write a bad review on their website (prior to speaking with their employee) it wouldn't allow me to write a review saying I had already written one, which this one the first time I've ever ordered from this site and never before wrote a review
This is the first review I have ever written and it is in response to a horribly frustrating experience with this company. I should have known it was too good to be true but when my Macbook Pro charger broke I ordered a 'genuine Apple charger' from 24hourchargers. To my dismay, when it arrived I saw that is was a cheap knock off and not an Apple charger at all. I immediately called 24hourchargers who told me that I could return it so they could send me another. I said I just wanted a refund. They then told me that as I was in Canada I had to pay for postage and shipping! When I pointed out that I wasn't paying for their mistake, they said they would talk to a manager and get back to me (they never did). When I called again they said that company policy was to not put customer calls through to supervisors or managers. This company is a genuine scam preying on people who cannot tell the difference between genuine and fake Apple products. What they are doing is illegal and they should be ashamed.
I usually don't really write reviews but the experience I had with 24HourChargers was so bad that I felt it justified a review to insure that they get as little business as possible. I had ordered a charger from them and received it in a reasonable time but it was not the right charger for my MacBook Pro. I called their customer service and was on hold for a reasonable amount of time before speaking with customer service. They said, per their automated message, that they would send me a return label which they did. They advised that as soon as they received my return item they would send a replacement. I sent the product back the day I received it. I was able to track the package with the tracking number on the return label. It arrived to their site on October 6th. I called them a week later to see if there was any news as to the status of my replacement. They advised that they had received my return charger and would send mine out and that it would arrive in 3-5 business days. I waited the allotted time and called them back; this time to try and get a tracking number or at least a new order number. They said that it would be 2 business days and that I should receive a new number in a few hours. I did not receive a tracking number or order number and after two business days I called them back. This time they said that they need to contact the US postal service and that I should get receive a tracking number with in 24 hours. After waiting 24 hours I called them back and asked to just send me a refund because it was apparent that I was not getting a charger any time soon. They said that they would send it to their accounting and it was take 2-3 business days to process. It has been 5 business days and still no refund or order number or any sign that 24HourChargers is doing what the said they were going to do. That has been my experience with 24HourChargers and I hope it persuades you to not shop with them.

I ordered a charger for my Mac. This company said they were official Mac chargers. When I used it, it shot out sparks from the plug. It could have caught my place on fire! I returned it and was charged a shipping fee and a restocking fee. I have been trying to fight it but they say there is nothing they can do. I've worked in customer service for years and there is definitely something they can do. They can refund me the money! I have to laugh at their site claiming that customer satisfaction is their number one goal and that they want to make every customer happy. Their number one goal is to send fake and dangerous products to people and won't own up and make things right when their crap stuff is returned.
I bought a 45W charger for Mac Air. They sell it in there page as a true Mac charger. I just got the charger délibérée today and it is clear a fake charger. Im returning it straight away! On top of that the model was not the new one but from the old version so it did not even work in my mac. Never again 24hour chargers, sorry.
Contrary to the reviews below my experience is similar yet better. I received the product Oct 5th. They sent a cheap aftermarket charger like they did to everyone else below. I called them and they answered immediately. They issued a return label immediately, I put the product in the mail. They said it was a mistake and I would receive in 6 business days (3 days for my return and 3 days for their replacement genuine charger) the right charger.
I spoke to the Post Office about submitting a Mail Fraud complaint because that is what this is. If 24HourChargers.com sends me another aftermarket charger I will get my money back by filing a dispute with my CC company (CapOne) and submit a Mail Fraud complaint with the US Postal Service.
The bottom line is this: so far it is being handled by the company in a proper way. But we shall see.
I ordered a replacement charger for my MacBook Air... site said "genuine Apple charger... 90 day return... 100% satisfaction" so I ordered. Received a cheap aftermarket charger, with the wrong end. I ordered based on the photograph which showed the type of jack for my laptop. When I called the person who answered in broken English said I would need to pay for shipping to send the charger back when they sent me the WRONG one and after receiving it, they will send the right one. When questioned about the 100% guarantee and the 90 day return policy, all of a sudden it became a 30 day policy. There was no way for me to research my order to prove what I ordered other than the shipping receipt to my email which didn't specify what I ordered. I knew something was up when this flimsy package with a flimsy box arrived with the wrong charger. They wouldn't send me an email detailing the phone conversation I had to ask for the correct charger as proof. Awful. Liars.
Purchased a macbook charger, stopped working after 3 months (how convenient since their warranty is only 3 months). Called to get it replaced, they had me pay for a replacement that I NEVER received. 6 months later I am still fighting to get my refund!
I bought this charger, because my original GENUINE Apple Macbook Air charger unfortunately ripped. As a result, I purchased this hazard of a charger. Every timeI plug in this so called "charger" I see a spark of electricity shoot at me, which is only the beginning of the problems of this charger. Then, it gets hot to the point where I can't even hold it in my hand past 5 seconds. My computer starts to make a noise where it sounds like its overheating. This has almost NEVER happened to me with my original charger. To make matters worse, the time it takes to actually charge the computer is 3x longer of what my old charger was capable of. This company is a scam, that lies about the authenticity of their products and the satisfaction of their customers.
I ordered the one they had a picture of, yet sent wrong one, Then took over two weeks to ask for the serial # to my Laptop to send the right one. But if they had READ my email, i did a screen shot and sent it of my serial # the day I sent the wrong charger back! Didn't answer the phone after on hold 10 mins. And emails were slow and the kept $5.87 as a re stocking fee for THEIR MISTAKE. REALLY, DON'T BUY HERE!

Answer: It's a fraudulent company! Read the reviews. There are almost as many 1 stars as there are 5 stars and the 5 star reviews are clearly fake. I suggest you call your bank and cancel the charge.
