I've purchased a charger for my mac notebook. It came I plugged it in and thought it was going to explode. In a few minutes it got so hot I thought it was going to burn a hole in my rug.
Plus it has an awful smell emitting from it. I called the company, they said to send it back and they'd ship me another. That was months ago. They kept sending emails saying they were reviewing the problem. Didn't take long before I knew they were stalling and I wasn't getting my money nor a new charger. Just finished emailing them back for the last time. I'm no contacting BBB and every consumer outfit that will bring these $#*!s to their knees and nobody else gets taken by these thieves! DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS!
I ordered a battery and installation kit. I even paid for express delivery. They took the money out of my account 2 minutes after I ordered it. I called 5 days later. They continuously told me(with a broken accent and subpar phone) that my name and my order number, were not in the system. Save yourself. Use a different company. The BBB has given this company an "F" rating. That is the worst rating one can have.
I ordered a laptop charger from the website, and paid for next day air shipping. I didnt receive anything and after 4 days called customer support. They were nice and said the item was backordered ( was in stock on website, and still is, never changed). Was told ill get a refund for what i paid. Week passed still no refund. Called again, hold music played perfectly but when talking to the hindu or whatever acsent person was breaking up. They said they will resubmit refund and should have it in 3 - 5 buisness days. Three weeks passed, and still no refund. Called again, same problems with phone line, they said will resubmit once more, and wait up to three weeks for the refund to show up. Are you kidding me?! This is a pure ripoff! They took my money and are playing games untill I finially give up!
The worst experience ever. I placed an order in June I never received my order so I called them 2 weeks later they had my order number wrong, my name wrong so I asked them to give me my 50.00 back for a refund and they never did. I have called over 7 times. I have talked to Maui, Stephanie Adrian who all promised it would be taken care of. Low and behold I am still trying to get my money back. Don't oder from them you will be ripped off. Horrible company

Terrible service. My order I placed 10 days ago has still not arrived. It says it was out for delivery yet I have not received it. I exchanged several emails with customer support only to receive generic responses. I NEED the charger because the computer doesn't power up with out one. My request states that I wanted a another charger shipped overnight and my shipping fees refunded. After another generic response which did not address my concern as to the whereabouts to my package, I called the support number only to get more frustrated. The woman made me repeat the order number several times and just repeated the information that the tracking number information from the post office stated in which I already knew. Since she was not helpful, at all, I cancelled the order and will never purchase anything from you again. I asked for a refund and was told that until you get it back, I will be charged. That is unethical. I DO NOT HAVE THE PACKAGE, but you're still charging me? Are you kidding? That is BAD business and I demand a full refund effective immediately.
This is actually the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. I was sent a fake charger with an apple logo on it that died 3 months after I got it. They charge you a restocking fee event though they claim to have a 1 year warranty. So i paid the $#*!ing 15 dollars for my replacement and WOULD YOU LIKE TO KNOW HOW MANY FAKE TRACKING NUMBERS THEY GAVE ME?
I had to keep recontacting the company over and over to like remind them that they are supposed to be sending me a charger. I did not get one until 3 months after I had paid the $15 and you know what? This one didn't even have the apple logo on it. So even though the 1st charger was fake, this one was EXTRA fake lol.
Don't waste your time and hard earned money with this company.
I bought 2 chargers from them the first failed after about 3 months and at the end of its life was getting extremely hot and actually caused some damage to the charging port on my mac. The second charger i've now had for about 2 weeks and it is already starting to heat up. What happens is the metal connectors on the charger itself get so hot they actually burn themselves down to a nub so the connectors eventually wont connect. Save your money and buy an original charger
Not an Apple product as is pictured. No answer on ANY of the numbers listed for customer service, this is a scam selling knock off products. Will not refund postage or purchase price. Only worked for 4 days, overheated, sparked and died - save yourself the hassle and buy the real charger, I tried to save money ended up buying the original from Apple at Best Buy anyway - avoid these guys. No one EVER returns a call.
Ordered mac book charger. Website markets "genuine" product and "100% satisfaction guarantee". Received fake, defective product. Sent it back and was charged a restocking fee for a defective product. This company's business model is scamming users and charging restocking fees for products that do not work. Customer Service is horrible. Lesson learned: Shop elsewherespend a little more and get a genuine, quality, functioning Apple product from Apple, a company that stands behind it's product.
I WILL BE SURE TO MENTION TO MY UNIVERSITY COLLEAGUES THROUGHOUT PENNSYLVANIA THAT THE COMPANY FRAUDULANTLY DEALS WITH ITS CUSTOMERS. I AM WAITING FOR A COMPLETE REFUND WITH NO RESULTS!

They shipped the wrong product of the 2 possible. Sent it back. Asked for the other. Three months later, they keep recycling emails in order to keep from refunding money. I rarely buy online without reading reviews. This is why. I got what my lack of research paid for.
I purchased an Apple charger and received a fake charger that would not hook up to our computer. Was told 15% restocking fee would be taken out because the unit was not defective when it was. Sent numerous emails that I am sure were never read and received canned responses to each one. Honestly I don't think their "happiness" team even understands English. They should call themselves "total aggravation" team. The only time I have ever had a problem in years of buying hundreds of items on the internet. Learned my lesson. Will only shop at Apple for Apple products. Don't know how such a fraudulent company stays in business. Sent the defective product back and never received refund as promised. Filed a claim dispute with my credit card company and got a refund that way.
I ordered a charger for my iPhone 6 and I couldn't be more satisfied with the product. The price was less than any other portal plus the delivery was also quick. Keep up the good work 24hour chargers.
The charger I received was obviously a knock off. It didn't charge my MacBook. Try to get service from them via email or phone calls. Good luck! Why should I use my valuable time to go out and buy a padded envelope to send their poor equipment back? The people who respond to emails don't read what you write. The people you speak with on the phone talk but don't listen. Plus, the sound quality by the time the call has been routed elsewhere (to India?) is so bad, try understanding them. Save yourself the frustration and order elsewhere
I ordered a Iphone 5c charger online as i saw some good reviews related to it. I was pleasantly surprised with the service as i received my order just 2 days after my order got placed. The charger is also great and doesn't have any kind of problem till now. I have been using it for 2 months and it's just the best product i have ever purchased online. Highly recommended!

I ordered a Genuine 60W Macbook charger on May 6 and and had it on Standard Shipping - Standard 3-4 Days. When did it arrive? MAY 27!
When I opened the package, I realized that they sent me a REPLACEMENT AC ADAPTER. My Order Info clearly stated that it was supposed to be a Genuine Macbook charger.
After 30 minutes of use, the replacement AC adapter smelled like burnt electricity/plastic and was easily heated. I stopped using this charger because I'm afraid it will fry my computer in the long run.
I tried to get information on returning it. The company said that their chargers are genuine chargers that undergo extensive quality testing; but if they really undergo quality testing, why would the charger heat up excessively? And why won't it have GFCI as well as the Apple logo on the charger? The original MacBook charger that I lost did not heat up as easily.
They offered me a refund but with a deduction of 15% restocking fee (since they said that there was nothing wrong with this product).
Lesson learned, I would NEVER do business with this company again.
The "genuine Apple" chargers they sell are actually cheap, fake Chinese. Stay away, it's a scam.

Answer: It's a fraudulent company! Read the reviews. There are almost as many 1 stars as there are 5 stars and the 5 star reviews are clearly fake. I suggest you call your bank and cancel the charge.
