I purchased and paid full price for an item listed as a "Genuine MacBook Charger", the item shipped was a cheap generic, Customer Service refused a full refund and hung up on me.

Took 6 weeks to get my charger! I started inquiring about my order after 4 weeks of waiting. They blamed USPS saying, "we understand that sometimes USPS makes mistakes. We will be sure to investigate and fix the issue." The next week, it still wasn't even shipped out yet, so I asked about it again. This time they said, "the weather has been bad up here." When I FINALLY got the charger over 6 WEEKS LATER, it turns out to be a cheap POS that makes a high pitch noise while plugged in! So I asked about this. They said, "Make sure you ordered the right charger. We understand that choosing the right charger can be confusing." Condescending cheats is what they are.

This company is a scam, i bought a charger under the impression that this was a good company because of these reviews. I placed my Order on May 18Th 2016 at 2:29 pm, after placing my order i then see a coupon for 15% off so i call because i see nowhere that i can cancel my order... i was on the phone for 1 hour and 35 minutes before i finally hung up! The answering machine continues to tell you "your call will be answered in the next 2 minutes"... thats a joke! They just plain out NEVER answer their phones. I tried several times that same day to get ahold of them... i finally found other online reviews saying how crappy this company is... i then emailed them telling them to cancel my order left my phone number and everything... no call back... I finally called my bank and had them cancel that transaction! How ever on May 26th i get a conformation email that my item has shipped! 8 days later... when it was supposed to be same day shipping... and after i had already drove to apple and bought an $80 charger. Now i just got off the phone other them since it just came in the mail... this time it was 20 minutes of sitting on the phone listening to a recording that continues to tell me my wait time is 2 minutes... when its not! I finally get ahold of a lady whom sounds like she's at home with tons of kids and her phone is breaking up... she sent me a return slip via email i then ask her... is there a better number i can reach you at... no this is the best number she tells me... this was just ridiculous... i WILL NOT be doing business here again! And i do not recommend to anyone!

I received a charger in December it died in March, just after the 90 day warranty period was over. I was told my a chat support agent that as my charger died within the 1 year warranty period I could send it back and it would have a new one sent out with tracking information when it was received at their warehouse. I was finally able to do so a few weeks ago, but didn't receive an email with tracking information. I proceeded to call customer support only to be told that she didn't know if my order had been received and once they verified it I could pay the $10 admin fee to have another charger sent out. So I went to their website and couldn't find a mention of the admin fee anywhere. Below is the warranty info on their website:

Warranty:

We offer 1 year warranty on most products, unless stated otherwise. Within that one year, we guarantee that your product will operate exactly as advertise. If your charge malfunctions, your screen/LCD stops working, or even if your cell phone charger breaks, well replace it at no cost. Warranty do not apply on screen cracks, water damages, or twisting of the laptop wire. Warranty is limited to cover only mechanical damages and malfunctions.

After I read it word for word to her, she told me I could call back in 2 days to confirm they received my returned item and to pay the $15 admin fee. Needless to say I am not impressed at all, our a charger and return shipping cost.

Garbage site in my opinion for not honouring their own warranty guidelines and hiding additional fees on returns.

Ordered two chargers for my new HP Z-Book. They sent one charger, and it was the wrong one. After 10+ emails, two calls to India, finally got a shipment label to return item to them. Shipped back via US post office. I live about 25 miles from their Sugarland Tex facility, so of course it took a week to get there. 2-3 weeks pass. Finally a credit shows up on my credit card statement. The credit was for 31% less than the cost of the item. They charged me a 15% restocking fee, and refused to refund the original costs. Said it was company policy. Pretty sorry policy to ship you the wrong crap and then charge you when you send it back.

Horrible Scam!

First off, there's one rep who answers phones from my experience and she can hardly speak English. To make matters worse I've been shipped the wrong charger, been charged more to get the right one, then the wiring was no good in it and the charger almost caught fire. It fried my charger so I sent it back and that was April 20th. Now I'm still waiting to receive one back after being told 7 days 4 days... never got my charger still! Wasted over $80 now Jesus! Save yourself and read reviews this place is a scam.

If I could give there company no stars I would. WARNING: website is a scam! I ordered a laptop charger, ended up just buying a genuine Apple charger since I needed it ASAP. I cancelled the order before they shipped it out, yet they still shipped it to my address. I sent the item back and they only partially refunded me responding with "the shipping fee is nonrefundable". Dealing with them is an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. Do NOT buy from this company!

1)When i bought my charger I was supposed to receive a promotional ball-pen stylus. Never got it
2) the charger stopped working and also was getting too hot, feared would catch fire.
3) Per their recommendation i returned it. However it is close to 1 month they have not replaced it.
4) I keep reminding them and they make empty promises.
5) now they have stopped responding to my communication.
6) Still without a charger.

I ordered a power cord. It never came. I called and emailed many times to check status and was told "it shipped and would arrive in a few days". After 3 months of this I just wanted a refund but I was unable to get the company to respond. They never answered the 800 number or replied to my numerous emails. I am now working with my credit card company to contest the charges.

Sent faulty charger that blew out the outlet. Very dangerous. Was sent a return label promptly. I sent it back, and that was the last I heard from them for about a month. Called to ask about the charger 3 times over the next month, and each time was promised that the replacement was on it's way. Never received. Tried calling again, only to have a bad connection with repeated tries. Could not understand one word she was saying. Line was full of static. Finally got a response from the online contact form I submitted, asking for a refund. They said it would be promptly refunded. SIX days later, I got a PARTIAL refund in my account. They said there is a restocking fee. How is there a restocking fee when it was supposed to be an exchange? Restocking fees are supposed to be for a return. Now they do not answer calls or emails. BEWARE! Better Business Bureau complaint filed!
