I would not buy a single item for this company again. I initial bought an apple 85w computer charger that lasted all of 2 weeks. It stopped working so I called the company and they sent me a replacement for the failed one. The second charger actually I had for one or 2 weeks and it started to deform and the outside of the housing melted. I decided this was not normal and the melting of the outside would just get worse. I sent the item back for a refund and they are charging me a restocking fee for a defective time. It appears that they are not only selling fake chargers they are ripping people off for returning defective items.
Stay away from this company.
They are selling defective after market products.
I must tell you that I am unsatisfied with my choices for service. I am "good or unsatisfied" is fine if you would put up a little box that allows us to expound.

I have an addendum. The cord I received didn't fit and when I emailed them for advice, they gave me an RMA {return merchandise authorization} and I mailed it back w/cord. I didn't know that I had to pay a restocking fee. Which was nearly half of the cost of the cord. Well, now, I will actually READ the print!
Well, Im going to state everything wrong with this company and their website then my opinion. The charger I was looking for (Magsafe) a Macbook Pro charger was not on their website i had to call. They don't allow refunds unless the charger they sent you is broken. The contact email is a false email. Very Unorganized website and the "Genuine" chargers don't feel genuine. My charger lights up when plugged in this one does not. The outlet prongs are very loose it feels like it was used and very fake. Overall Never Shop From This Website THIS IS MY THIRD EXCHANGE.
I had a great experience at 24. The support staff made it even better. I bought a charger and a case for my iPhone. I ended up ordering the wrong case, and they let me keep it while sending the new one I wanted. The charger works great, and was brand new. The prices on this site, along with the service I received, will keep me coming and spreading the love.
Cool experience here. I got exactly what I bought. It's been three months and my charger is going strong. The original products I bought had the best prices all around. I'll be shopping here again.
I don't usually leave reviews, but really had to bc of the service received. The charger arrived on time and was exactly what I needed. Saved a load of money ordering from here vs elsewhere. Made me really happy.
I was purchasing a 60 W Macbook pro charger cord. Picture depicts correct cord style and size, But the second picture for back view shows cord for very outdated charger cord... that is what is shipped to you! And for $30.00 more, I can have the correct one shipped to me? NO THANK YOU... I will get an apple certified cord from the Apple store for around the same price. Will never ever use this site again!
Don't even think about buying from this website. Ordered a macbook charger only to find that it wasn't even a legitimate Apple charger and that the magnet didn't work and barely charged my laptop. I never leave reviews but this site made me so mad that I searched for a review site just to leave this $#*!ty review. TL; DR NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE
Ordered an 85W charger for my Macbook. One week later it arrived in a padded envelope, no packaging, and didn't work. They agreed to send out another one but would not overnight it. Asked to speak to a supervisor but you guessed it - they were not available. I told them i wasn't going to wait another week and to refund my money. They say they will do so once they receive it back. We'll see. Don't waste your time with this company!

Package I was supposed to receive didn't arrive in time so I called and found out that there was a problem with the post office. Guy I talked to said they will resend one asap plus tracking number through my e mail. Few days later still have not received the tracking number, I called again to found out that my package was scheduled to be shipped out that day. They apologized and said they will send me a tracking number asap. Another few days later still have not received the tracking#. Sent an e mail and got another reply saying it is scheduled to be shipped out today... are you effing kidding me? I think they are running this business from India.
This time I'm just writing fact. I would stay away from this company. I purchased an apple charger. When it arrived, it didn't work. I immediately contacted the company to exchange it. After many attempts, 2 weeks later I received a return authorization. After a month, I finally received a partial refund.
Just don't bother. There are more reputable companies to do business with.

Answer: It's a fraudulent company! Read the reviews. There are almost as many 1 stars as there are 5 stars and the 5 star reviews are clearly fake. I suggest you call your bank and cancel the charge.
