Never sent me a tracking number with my purchase. When I received the product, it was the wrong item. I tried to call them, but they were not picking up the phone during normal buiness hours.
Also the product did not seem genuine Apple at all. Seemed like knockoff material compared to my previous charger. Wire had cheap rubber, weight was off, small clip on the wire wasn't even the proper color.
I got mine today and was happily assisted by Bert on my order process. The charger is of good quality unexpected with it's cheap price!
I too received a defective charger (the charger gets really hot and almost melted) for my Macbook pro. The price was attractive but they refused to replace the item without me paying $15 administrative fee and shipping both ways. Everyone who was deceived by this company thinking that they are getting a "genuine" Apple charger, file a complaint with Apple and get these clowns shut down. I purchase the charger for my son; 6 months later it stops working. I contacted the company via their website and they respond that it will cost another $15.00 for Administrative Fees + S/H to get a replacement.
A company should stand by their products and not behind them. The site states 1 Year FREE warranty and 100% satisfaction... but I'm only 50% or so full of satisfaction. It's hard for normal people to pay full prices so we try to make the best buys but companies like to take advantage. I am a Procurement professional in government and if you got to dish out money every six month it hard to believe in companies like this.

Don't waste your money at this company. I bought their "genuine" apple charger trying to save a few bucks but regretted it after only a few uses. The first one they sent was dead on arrival, so they sent me another one. The second charger would heat up so much that I thought it would melt its own casing. One time I had it sitting on a plastic table and it was hot enough that it actually deformed the table.
Not surprisingly the charger didn't last very long, and even though I'm within their 90-day return policy they won't let me return it. Seriously, save yourself the trouble and deal with a decent company, these chargers won't save you any money.
I was very angry for receiving the order very late but they have given me full refund for the shipping fee just to compensate my anger. I will recommend this site to my friends and family!

I'm not sure if this is even a real company. They generated order numbers, but sent me the wrong charger. I called to return, then they charged my more and two weeks later I still haven't received anything and nobody answered the customer service number when I call now. When they did before, there was someone with dogs and children making noise in the background and the woman's English was terrible and she didn't seem to know anything. I will have to report them to the Better Business Bureau.
DO NOT buy anything from these people, whoever and wherever they are.
I ordered a Mac Air charger on February 10. My credit card has been charged, Now It's March 4, and still NO CHARGER. Multiple online conversations with their "help" desk have led to profuse apologies, much blame laid on the Postal Service, entreaties to wait a little longer, and still no charger. I guess they're custom building it somewhere in the 3rd World. PASS THEM BY!
Extremely bad company. Did not ship for 16 days even though they generated a shipping number. Made false excuses about weather. Took two calls to get refund which still hasn't shown in my account. DO NOT BUY HERE
