I have tried to contact them to cancel my account but for some reasons I cannot go through their lines. I emailed them today and I received a notification that I was refunded for the canceled account. They are somehow reliable on that part.

Good service

I was not very happy with the charger I received. It doesn't worked when it came. I emailed customer service and they granted me a replacement with free return label. At first I was skeptical to accept the replacement because I cannot get my money back once I take advantage of it but I tried my luck and I was happy because the replacement unit works fine for a month now. Will recommend to others.

Best Customer Service

I have contacted their customer service after I have made my 2nd purchase. The first shipment got delayed for 2 weeks and Maui processed another reshipment of the order and instructed me to return the other charger if I received both. They are very friendly and is really after diffusing my frustration. 10 stars!

I bought a charger from my mac. It worked for the first three months then suddenly stopped working. When I asked to return my purchase, customer service told me my only option was to exchange it. Dubious about the charger's quality, I asked for a refund, they refused. Poor service. Poor experience. Poor quality. Poor value. Strongly advise against purchasing from this scam website.

Buy At Your Own Risk $#@!

If you got the right charger - great. If not, the nightmare begins! This is my true experience...

I bought the wrong charger because of their website's wrong description (they haven't changed it.) It arrived within 7 days (great), but I ordered the correct one & returned the wrong one the very next day.

The correct order: 3 weeks later, still no charger. USPS website says "Preshipment". I called, their excuse: weather is horrible, already sent out but USPS didn't update tracking promptly, only to contradict themselves subsequently with "we have it in stock but we don't ship out on weekends." I insisted on canceling and they gave me a spiel on 100% customer satisfaction, but no cancellation.

The wrong one: 2 weeks after receipt, still no refund.

Only when I pester them for 3 continuous days that they finally initiate a process for both orders. Perhaps they hope I would forget? No surprise, they charge me 15% restocking even tho' it's their mistake.

Lesson learned. If the reviews has more 1 star than 4 or 5 stars combined -- buy at your own risk. My sincerest advice: Stay away.

HORRIBLE Experience

After searching online, I was pleased to find the MacBook charger I needed at a decent price with this website and I ordered 2 of them. After a few days, I received one charger in the mail. After a week or so, I inquired about the second charger, as I had only received one shipment confirmation and tracking number as well. 24hourchargers customer service told me that it must be a problem with the post office. I am still unsure how the post office could lose a package that was never shipped but that's another story. I gave it a few more days and called customer service again. This time, they were a little more receptive and agreed to send out my second charger to complete my order. After a week, the package came. To my disappointment, it was not the right charger. After calling customer service again to voice my concerns (now almost a month from the original order date), they gave me 2 options. I could wait until 24hourchargers receives the incorrect charger to send me a new one or cancel my order. This company preferred losing my business to making this right. I would not recommend ordering from them to anyone. I am extremely disappointed.

RIP OFF - TERRIBLE! Customer friendly my foot! I ordered a charger on 24 Jan for $29.95 which I got on 27 Jan, however it was the wrong charger so I returned the charger (tracking states it was delivered) and according to their email I was supposed to get another charger. Well, 17 Feb and no charger. When you call their service #, they say the mailbox is full. So I emailed and first I get two really weird emails stating the ticket was closed and then one from a guy that states I have to pay another $15 which he claims they emailed me about. I did not get any emails back after I copied and pasted earlier emails that the moment I would send the charger back, they would issue me another charger. MONEY GONE!

Purchased an "Apple" Charger. It blew up. I returned it for refund or exchange. They kept the charger, charged a restocking fee, tax, and shipping. Refunded about 60% of original amount. They are thieves.
