I order at least twice a week for delivery but out of 10 items, 3 items are substituted. Or more. And ordering fresh bread, or lettuce mixes, they stick you with the ones that expire tomorrow or same day. Or they forget to deliver several items. Low stock on chips, kefir, Greek yoghurt, breads, cookies so I can't get the minimum of $35. Don't do it!

Horrible website! I get internal error pages when I search in my zipcode for BMWs. Increasing search radius... good luck! I havent figured it out after 10 mins, getting 3 internal error pages instead. Even their survey to improve the website, an annoying pop up, does not function, I clicked on text me, site went back to the initial search page. Highly frustrating. Result? I move on because I cant find your car that you paid to advertise..

I am a project manager for an interior design company, and free lancer for a wellknown consumer organization. I was sceptical ordering after seeing all the negative reviews. I voiced this in a pm thru FB and a rep, Mr. Storm Martinez. After speaking with the rep, I tried ordering a fridge and decided if that went ok I was ordering 3 other appliances for 2 beach condos. The fridge sales price was $2875. My online order failed, and in an error msg, it said to call. After 2 days back & forth, where Mr. Martinez was to send me an offer on all, he informed me Samsung raised their prices and the fridge now costs $3375! This company has a very dishonest business approach. I have spoken to my editor and we intend to expose some of their practices. I suggest to avoid, read trustpilot reviews, google etc. and see for yourself.

Pricing can change depending on sales provided by the manufacturers, etc. Without the item being placed on order, we cannot guarantee the price will stay the same from one day to the next as promotions may end. Seeing as an order was not placed for the item during this promotion we cannot provide the discount after the fact. We again apologize that this happened for the item you were interested in. If for whatever reason the pricing cannot be adhered to after a purchase we will not send out a different product, instead, we will make sure the customer is refunded in full and an apology is made for the error. We do not want to provide incomplete services and will try to correct any errors as quickly as possible. Thank you for your time.

RIP OFF - TERRIBLE! Customer friendly my foot! I ordered a charger on 24 Jan for $29.95 which I got on 27 Jan, however it was the wrong charger so I returned the charger (tracking states it was delivered) and according to their email I was supposed to get another charger. Well, 17 Feb and no charger. When you call their service #, they say the mailbox is full. So I emailed and first I get two really weird emails stating the ticket was closed and then one from a guy that states I have to pay another $15 which he claims they emailed me about. I did not get any emails back after I copied and pasted earlier emails that the moment I would send the charger back, they would issue me another charger. MONEY GONE!

Im a vacation rental owner and I found out their site just does not cater well for this type of thing even though they say they do. Their internet interface (extranet) which is their booking management system is so complicated and full of errors that you encounter every possible thing that can go wrong: f. E when a customer books, the customer's credit cards would show charge declined, and we are supposed to then press the link on their booking system: credit card invalid so we dont get charged commission for the transaction. The link did not work and customer service (every time a different country!) could not fix, consequence I got charged 15% commission and the guest never paid or booked! I would get a booking, but then the cvc code for the credit card was not displayed for security reasons! Well, how can I charge it without a CVC code? Consequence: you guessed right, they charged booking fees, but I could not process the payment from the guest. On and on. Then they started to accept bookings from guests even though my calendar was messed up due to their complicated calendar system on the extranet (to close up a room - as they call it, you have this really antiquated spreadsheet system and you have to do multiple steps - (close entire room, then close from monday-friday, then the amount of hours or something equally weird), a nightmare to manage!
Dont use these people. I am Dutch and they are a Dutch company but this is such a back to the 90's internet set up that I am ashamed that they are from my country. So old fashioned in their internet dealings! Terrible.
