We've been waiting 2 1/2 months for a cord. Got a different story every time we call. Takes 7-8 calls each time just to get through to someone. Then most the time cannot understand them. Will never use this site again.
I ordered a keyboard several weeks ago. Got a tracking number but it never got to USPS. I sent them an email, they said that they would send it again, it had not gone out. One week later and I still do not have it. Emails keep promising me it will be shipped. Calling them leads to a forever 'your call will be answered in 3 minutes but all it does is say that the mailbox is full and 'call back later'. I have asked them to give mea refund but hope that Amex will get my money back.
Horrible experience with this company. Ordered a charger for my macbook. They send me the wrong one and a used one. Sent it back and they reassured me they would send me a replacement. 3 1/2 weeks after my order and I still haven't gotten my charger. Trying to contact customer support but keeps getting a message the mailbox is full. Never again. I would recommend for anyone NOT to do business with this company.
I use the charger for 3 months and it got broke accidentally fell on the floor. I call the customer service asked for replacement and granted me a replacement. Now I have a charger. Good as New.

THIS BUSINESS HAS TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE! I ORDERED A CHARGER FROM THEM. WHEN IT ARRIVED, I PLUGGED IT UP, IT BEGAN TO SPARK FLAMES. I RETURNED IT AND THEY SENT ME ANOTHER CHARGER. THE SECOND CHARGER DIDN'T EVEN WORK. SO, I CALLED THE COMPANY AND ASK FOR A REFUND. THEY SAID THAT THEY CAN'T REFUND MY MONEY BECAUSE ITS BEEN PAST 30 DAYS. WELL, I TOLD THE YOUNG LADY THAT MY FIRST COMPLAINT WAS THE DAY THAT I RECEIVED MY CHARGER (SPARKS FLYING), MY SECOND COMPLAINT WAS THE DAY I RECEIVED MY SECOND CHARGER (DIDN'T WORK). MIND YOU I HAVE ANOTHER CHARGER THAT WORKS ON BOTH OF THE COMPUTERS THAT I HAVE, WHICH IS AN APPLE CHARGER. THEY PROMISE TO CALL YOU BACK, THEY PROMISE TO INFORM UPPER MANAGEMENT, YOU CAN ALSO HEAR ROASTERS IN THE BACKGROUND AS THEY SPEAK WITH A MIDDLE EASTERN ACCENT. I FEEL OBLIGATED TO LET EVERYONE KNOW MY EXPERIENCE. IT'S NOT ABOUT THE $30.00 I LOST WITH THIS BOGUS COMPANY, BUT THE PRINCIPLE AND ETIQUETTE AS BUSINESS PROFESSIONALS.
I placed an order for a charger and cancelled the order a few hours later. My card had already been charged. I was told it would take 2-3 business days for them to issue a refund. It is now 10 business days later and one has yet to be issued. Customer service is the WORST. They say the same thing over and over "I'll check with the finance department for an update" and they won't let you speak with a manager. I emailed customer service as well and was told I would see my refund within 24 hours... it has been another 48 hours since then and still no refund. I will be disputing this charge with my bank as it seems that is the only way to get your money back. I STRONGLY suggest not purchasing anything from this website.
Don't waist your time on this pointless website they took my money and it's been 3 weeks and everyday they said they will re ship it and give me a different packaging number but everytime I ask for a tracking number they said their having problems tracking it. I have received my charger just yesterday and call them right away as it might got broken in transit. They granted me a free replacement and a return label sent to my email in few minutes They acted fast on my concern.

It has now been over six months since I made a purchase from 24 Hour Chargers. They still have not delivered the product despite multiple promises to do so. This is by far the worst company I have ever done business with. I wonder if it is a regular practice to scam the little guys like me for a few dollars at a time, knowing it is not a big enough deal to be called on. If you do this in multiples, it could reap a lot of money. THIS COMPANY SUCKS X 1OOO.

I ordered a MacBook charger. It lasted one day. I called and they sent me a return label. I returned it immediately. They said they would send me another one upon receipt of the defective one. 12 days later I still don't have a replacement. They claimed there was a problem with the postal service and had to send again. Totally unacceptable.
5 Star's no issues I choose 3- 4 shipping days I got it in 4 days and it was the right charger don't let any of these bad reviews turn you away from this site and its awesome deals just because it happened with them doesn't mean the same outcome will happen to you I got the right order and if I should need another replacement later on down the road for future laptop chargers this is the first place I'm going to.

Answer: It's a fraudulent company! Read the reviews. There are almost as many 1 stars as there are 5 stars and the 5 star reviews are clearly fake. I suggest you call your bank and cancel the charge.
