Purchased Macbook replacement charger. Looked like OEM product, but hummed and caused our 15 amp house breaker to flip repeatedly (this is a new home and have never had this happen before or since). Returned for refund per emailed instructions and despite over a dozen emails took two months for company to finally refund, and even then only reimbursed 80% of the original purchase price because of "taxes and fees" for a clearly defective product. Bought charger from Apple with absolutely no further problems. Luckily it didn't burn up the laptop or our house. Be appropriately suspicious about the product you'll receive and their business practices.
This company is ridiculous. I order at the beginning of March and they sent me 2 chargers I could not use. I sent them back and have been waiting ever since. Have called them on numerous occasions and they don't even apologize. Never do business with them. Worst customer service EVER!

They sent the wrong charger. Sent out a label for me to return (took 2 weeks).
Sent it back - waited 2 more weeks had to email them, then they sent me correct charger.
6 weeks later I get billed again - and they say they did not receive the charger I sent back.
LESSON - do not deal with these people.
LESSON - if any company sends you "prepay" label - pay for the tracking yourself or get a receipt from USP, USPS etc - or you have no way to show that the item was sent back.
Just got my charger today and it's so fine. They are totally friendly and helpful.
This place is a total scam everything about them is a lie. Their products are cheap and they claim a 90 day return but you can barely get a hold of them and when you do they say you cannot return the item anyway. DO NOT BUY SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. I would give no stars if I could. Blatant fake reviews on here also
Claimed they have sent me the wrong type of charger and then charged me extra for the "right" one. Its been over a month and still have not received the "right" computer charger
Horrible - DO not buy from this company - I bought the wrong charger returned it paid more for the correct charger and 4 months later still never recieved the charger I PAID for and now they say we can't give u it money back because it's been over 90 day...? What? So frustrated they're not getting that I NEVER got the replacement charger I've called and emailed a dozen times... CAR barely speaks clear english

4/8/16 Edit: Called to cancel (4/4) then received an email the same day asking what I wanted to do - send it or refund. Emailed again, cancel. Two days later, they shipped it. Received it today. Not going to bother calling 24hourchargers - it's obvious what they're about. I'm calling American Express to see they will cancel the charge.
I haven't opened the package. I would be afraid to use it. Others have said they have received broken or shoddy knockoffs.
FRAUDULENT, bad customer service, received two broken chargers (one died after a few weeks, one burned/fried through after 2 months), I paid for 2-year warranty and now they want more $$$ for a replacement under warranty... Unacceptable business... definitely not 100% satisfaction guarantee... Please do not support!
First of all it took over three weeks to get my charger. Their excuse was the "holidays".
Umm... It was March!
Second if all, the charger quit working after two weeks and would become extremely hot while plugged in.
When I questioned them abt returns, the email I received was in broken English.

We recently ordered a replacement charger for our MacBook Air. It arrived quickly but was the wrong charger for our model. We have been trying, unsuccessfully for 3 months to receive a replacement. Customer Service is awful. You sit on hold for extended periods of time only to be disconnected before you speak to a live operator. If you are successful in connecting with a live person, you are only told that they will have to get back to you and a return phone call or the promised email never happens. We still have not received the correct charger or been able to receive a refund. We are in the process of contacting our credit card company to report this company's fraudulent business practices. PURCHASE AT YOUR OWN RISK. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

A very impressive range of Dell laptop chargers. My laptop is an old model. I'm having a hard time finding the charger to different stores. Finally found it in this online store. It's nice to know they sell even the oldest model of laptop.

Answer: It's a fraudulent company! Read the reviews. There are almost as many 1 stars as there are 5 stars and the 5 star reviews are clearly fake. I suggest you call your bank and cancel the charge.
