They advertise as selling "Genuine MacBook Chargers." What I received was not a genuine charger. The fake 85W MBP charger they sent me got dangerously hot and it burned my hand when I went to unplug it. I called the company and they claimed it was a mistake and would send me what they were supposed to send me in the first place if I sent the fake one back. They sent me a return shipping label for a few ounces. The weight of the box and charger to send back was almost a pound, so I ended up paying the rest of the return shipping. I should have just asked for a refund at this point, but I needed the charger, so I continued on.

The second item they shipped me LOOKED like a genuine charger except for a few differences. The weight was lighter than my original charger. This should have been the first clue something was wrong. Second, there was no serial number on the device. I should have immediately got a refund at this point, but I thought that maybe they removed the serial number in the refurbishing process.

After 4 weeks, the charger started to fail. So, I asked for my free replacement. They claimed I already got my free replacement. I asked how that was possible when the first item they shipped me wasn't what I ordered to begin with and the device I currently had was really what I should have received first. They would not budge, they continue to maintain that the fake charger they sent to begin with counted as my first device. I asked for a refund at this point, and they denied it. So, I started litigation with my bank to remove the charges. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. You might luck out and get a truly refurbished product, or you might end up like me with no charger and short $45.

If you do buy from them, check for serial numbers and the Apple logo molded into the casing. If you have your old charger, check the weights and make sure they are the same. Otherwise, you'll end up like me with nothing but less money and still without a way to charge your MacBook.

I made my order on March 7,2017. Order was $475. I am a small company and this is a significant amount of money. After waiting two weeks we received nothing. The order was cancelled on their end as they had no stock. On our end it said the order was processing. It is now April 25,2017. I just made my 10th phone call to customer service. I cannot get through to management. My case has been "elevated" 5 or 6 times. For the last 3 weeks I have been told that my refund will come in 24 hours. This has been an extremely frustrating experience.

I was sent an apple charger, but it wasn't an apple charger. It was a knockoff and didn't look like the one they have pictured on their website. I asked for a refund and didn't receive a response for two weeks. When I was finally able to explain my situation and asked for a shipping label, they took another week. I finally was able to ship my return and have been waiting for a month now to see a refund in my bank account. I have tried multiple times to reach the customer support and have not been contacted by anyone. Horrible customer service, product is not what they have on the website and just an all round bad company. Do not do business with them!

First charger was faulty, that didn't bother me- but the way everything was bumbled multiple times really irritated me. I was responsible for paying for return shipping (on hold recording states otherwise). I called the company and gave them the USPS tracking number. I was told once the tracking number was active they would send me another charger. I followed up two days after shipping the item and nothing had been sent my way. Once I confirmed the charger had been delivered, a few days later still, I called the company again and even after receiving a package with a note explaining the situation and providing my original order # a replacement charger had not been mailed to me. I was told one would be shipped to me and that I would receive email confirmation of shipping details. 2 days later, no email had been received and so another call left me ever so frustrated. I requested my money be refunded as I had no charger and was so unhappy with the customer service and was told they could not refund my money- as the item was in process of being shipped. Weeks to receive a replacement, multiple calls placed to the company, hours wasted. Saving money was not worth the hassle of working with this company. Spend your money elsewhere!

"24 hour" chargers, and "we ship daily" if you "order by 5pm!"

Yeah, right. 24HourChargers and the billing company ("Evershine Trading LLC") is a FRAUD and should be brought to court for consumer deceit.

The charger ruined my NEW Mac Air's battery, which I ended up replacing for $300. These guys are SHARKS and completely unethical. Awful business. 0/10. Do not recommend.

Their products are lemons. Here's what they do:
1. They send you a bad charger.
2. You complain to them and they let you return it on them. (so far reasonable)
3. However, when you ask for a refund they ignore you and send you a replacement. This replacement also doesn't work.
4. When you complain again, they tell you round-aboutly that they won't give you a refund or help you any further "as per policy" but you can get 15% off future purchases.

Complete load of s**t. I'm pretty sure they keep sending out the bad chargers to new customers to keep their scam going.

Run Around - It has been nine days - no product. Not yet sure if the USPS tracking number is legitimate. But is questionable because the tracking shows that the product has moved 23 miles in nine days originating in Texas. The written communication (via chat) is poor English and appears to be Asian dialect. My guess is that this is a knock off operation origination in China. There are no business listings in the state of Texas for this company. There are a few different 'doing business as' names linked on the internet. BAD NEWS!

One star is too much for this company. I ordered a "Genuine" Apple charger and they sent me a knock off. When you advertise one thing, send what we pay for. On top of that, you showed that the charger was originally $78.00 with a "special price" of $28.69. Even their pictures show the charger with the Apple logo on it. I will be disputing these charges. They claim they will send me a new charger once this charger is in transit. I was stupid for ordering it to begin with, I won't fall for their next scheme.

I live in Crete, Greece so buy many items via the Internet. I ordered and paid for a MAC charger on 14 December 2016 and have received neither the charger nor my money back. Just a series of emails telling me the item was despatched however the tracking information never arrived. I was then informed in February that my address was international so I would receive a refund. No refund as yet...

I would not recommend this company.

They will send you an item you didn't order and then give you the run-around for the next few months saying the replacement exchange is on its way. (But not before they tell you it's your fault for ordering the wrong item when you clearly didn't!) If this supposed Kelly A. Is an actual customer service rep and not an automated system who keeps repeating itself email after email, then she needs to go buy a brain cuz she clearly doesn't have one. DO NOT do business with these SCAMMERS. You've been forewarned.

I have ordered an Apple(?) 6o W Magsafe Power Adapter from Maxchargers (same company as 24HourChargers) - if you can call this scammers a company at all - late night on February 27. The following morning I canceled the order in email as something unexpected came up and had to leave my town. Instead of receiving a confirmation email regarding the acceptance of the cancellation they sent me a note with a fake UPS track number that my charger had been already shipped and I need to pay for the 24-hour shipping service that I have not asked for at all. I immediately called but no one answered the phone. I sent another email then confirming my cancellation of the order and demanded the refund of my money that they had already charged against my credit card. I have never received any confirmation of my cancellation up to now and naturally no refund has been made by them either. I am waiting now for 24 hours and will then contact my lawyer, the Better Business Bureau and the Texas police and last but least my bank instructing them to put a ban on this company's financial transactions. Reading all these horrible reviews about this fake - possibly one man show - I am wondering how they can still be in business. Thanks to all the people who took the effort to put their shocking reviews up on this site. These scammers should be out of business and stop causing harm to the American people.

If i could give them a negative rating I would. No where does it state that 'free return shipping' is only for US, so being from Canada I had to PAY to return my defective charger from them. Went back and forth with emails for a month only to call and be told that they have zero confirmation that my return was with them. NOT ONE EMAIL ALLUDED TO THIS! They told me a refund was being processed, but over the phone they informed me one had yet to be started and there was nothing they could do about the $20 I was out for having to pay for return shipping. Wost exerpeice ever with a company that talks about 100% customer satisfaction. Would never deal with them again or recommend them for anyone else.

I highly recommend taking your business somewhere else, 24HourChargers is not worth your time or money. They have faulty chargers, poor customer service, and negligent business practices.

I had bought a mac charger, which would spark when I'd plug it in. After about 2 months, the charger stopped working completely and I went thru the same process as many other reviewers on this website: I contacted customer service and they told me I had to pay for return shipping and a restocking fee. I refused to pay the restocking fee as it was within their 90 day return window. After about 5 confusing email exchanges, they asked for me to return my charger and then call in with my credit card number to send out the new one, which they previously said I would not have to pay for as it was within their 90 day window. More than one month after I paid for my return shipment of the charger to 24HourChargers, I followed up with their customer service online, who said they had not yet received it and that the replacement chargers were out of stock. They said once they "found" my charger, they would send out the replacement (they changed it to found after I told them there was no way it hadn't arrived yet). That was 3 months ago and I have yet to see a charger. I will never purchase from them again.

Beware of all those 5 star reviews on here for 24HourChargers - I was reviewing some of them and something seems fishy - not much detail, grammatical errors, and many of the reviewers only have one review (yes, I realize this is my first review too). Maybe the customer service I experienced was so poor because many of the staff are spending their time posting fake reviews to boost the companies appearance.

I have bought a magsafe 2 charger from this store in two separate occasions. Both times the charger died within the 90 day return period. In the first case the replacement charger only lasted a few months.

They are very very misleading. Their emails say,"We offer a 90 day return period, and we'll even pay for return shipping!". However they don't mention that return shipping only applies for the first 30 days. So it's very likely you will have to pay for the return shipping yourself. This happened to me the second time I bought a charger from them. When they finally received my charger, they said nothing, got no reply from them. I notified them about this a few days later (feb 6) and said that I would receive my replacement charger (my 4th charger from them) in 3-4 business days. I waited 7 business days before asking why I hadn't received my charger. They replied with simply saying again that I should receive my charger in 3-4 days. And again, I would never get a tracking number from them. This was a very unsatifactory answer, so I called them. They said that the charger was on its way. They avoided mt question about why it had been 9 days since they first confirmed the shipment of the replacement unit. Had it never been shipped in the first place? Finally they spoke to "management" and said that the reason it wasn't shipped the first time was because they were out of stock of that charger. So basically they lied about shipping it, and never notified me of any out of stock issues. It was only because I insisted in sending messages and calling that they finally sent me a new one. I'm still waiting on that 4th charger from them, but I already know that if it does show up, it's only going to last me 2-3 months tops. The worst service I've had in the US by far. Like I said, for your sanity, just stay away.

I ordered a charger on Dec 5th that SAID it was for the Apple Laptop we have. Paid $35.10. They received my funds immediately! Received charger quickly, no doubt, but found it was not only the WRONG charger, but that it caused fires! Called for an RMA" and return label the day after we received the charger. Went back right away. They received my returned product on Dec 20th, 2016. Have emailed 3 times and called 4 times- NO ONE RETURNS MY CALLS! When I CAN reach them- they tell me that they do have the product back- and that they will issue the refund. NOPE! That has happened TWICE! Still NO REFUND!

Oh! AND- they TELL you that they will send a free gift with your purchase. HAHAHA! Believe that one if you will! Sorry! No dice!

This 'company' must be hard up if they CAN NOT or WILL NOT refund $35.10 to a person.

Have long decided that they are a fly by night company- voicemail answers- no one returns calls- say they have the product back- KNOW they have the product back- STILL NO REFUND!

Look somewhere else for your chargers if you want to be SAFE- they ACTUALLY sell chargers that have been PROVEN to cause fires- and, if you want to actually GET the product you need- what they showed and what they sent did not jive with the actual charger needs, and make certain your money is well spent and not stolen!

Thank you! Oh- had to choose 1 for the rating- there is NO ZERO- which is what this company deserves as a rating!

Please Beware! I ordered charger for mac book pro, which was incorrect model, they replaced me with right model. But after i used for 30-35 days, charger stoped working, when i contracted them, they said they have 90 days policy for exchanged, so they can not give me money back also they can not exchanged because they already exchanged one time before, when i tried to explain my first order was incorrect model but they do not want to listen, they offered me 15% dicount and said buy new one. Am i that stupid, since i already know their charger is going to last for only 30 days, i would buy their another charger to get their 15% dicount? Big joke. Please do not spend money for this site, not worth it. You are going to ripped off, get fruasted. You get what you paid.

Ordered a Mac charger, they sent a faulty one. I sent it back, they sent me a really crappy non-original charger, not the same model as I originally requested.
I contacted them (for the 20th time) to ship their cheap product back and was offered a discount if I ever bought their products.
It really takes effort to be this bad.

They are taking EVERYONES money. I have reported them to the BBB. I am now going to be reporting them to the IFCC for internet fraud. Lets stand together and file a law suit. Please pass this along to other buyers who are experiencing the same issues and please read the information below that the BBB sent me: The business has failed to respond to your complaint. Do not trust

The 85W MagSafe Charger I ordered did not work and I didnt even receive the HDMI cable ordered in the package. I called customer service and returned the defective charger. It has been almost 2 months and I have not yet received a refund for any amount.
I placed a second order (early in the process before I realized I wasnt going to receive the first refund). Hoping the second charger, which I really needed, would work. However, it was also defective and I, again, did not receive the HDMI cable I ordered. I have called multiple times and been promised a refund, but have not yet received any money.
I warned them, with ample time to correct the problem, that I would file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and post on social media my experience. Never heard back, so I filed. I would encourage any one else with similar problems to also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, which are retained for 3 years. Multiple complaints really impact the business success. If my experience is similar to other people's experiences, then this unethical business practice must stop.
