I brought a pair of TOMS returned them. Brought another pair. I went through this process a few times. I got to the point that I just wanted my store credit back to my PayPal. I was told I could get it back and that it would come 7 to 10 buisness days. I waited 10 days. Asked again, they apologized and said I would get it back. I waited almost a month. I then went back to use my store credit to buy a bag. It was missing. Then I was like okay maybe they will give me sore credit back to PayPal. I waited another 10 buisness days. I asked again they said I was given wrong information and I couldn't get it back. Then they said the financial team will message me back 2 days later about my missing store credit. They never did and I am done and not bother to message them again. Enjoy my 56 dollars. I also believe that they didn't give me a full refund. I brought a pair of shoes for 62 dollars total. I returned them got a refund not realizing it wasn't the full 62. Brought the same pair of shoes for the same price and still had to pay 6 dollars. I was wondering why I had to pay 6 dollars for these shoes, I noticed that I didn't get the full refund the first time. I asked them this they couldn't give me an answer. Just make sure if you buy from them to make sure it is the right shoe size. Also, if you have the option when returning for store credit or original method ALWAYS do original method.

I have been on and off this website for a few years now. I have met some nice people. Then I have had to deal with some rude, ignorant, uneducated people. It's a hit or miss, but I wouldn't say it is a good place to make longer term friends or to learn a language. Sometimes people answer sometimes they don't. All I get are people from the Middle East or Africa messaging me and they don't always know how to write in English and no I am not being mean they write something and it makes no sense what so ever can' even read it. No one really reads your profile so I don't bother putting a lot on it. The website just looks outdated and needs a face lift. I know in your profile you can put an age range of people who can contact you and select counties or continents you don't want people to message you from, well it doesn't work. I have it set for ages 26 to 36 and don't accept messages from Africa and certain other countries but I still get messages from people, so don't bother. As for searching for people. I will sometimes narrow down the search to say Europe only but it will still give me people from around the world. I wouldn't recommend.

I have been on an off this website for a few years. I talked to some cool guys and some bad ones. I have went on a few dates with the guys and they were okay never went past the first date for the most part. It's not worth the money to pay for a month to month fee. It is somewhat good quality for free.

I buy things from them all the time and love it. Everything comes quickly if Amazon itself ships it. Even when private owners ship it comes quickly. I have a sellers account which to me asks quite a bit of money for what I sell but it is okay.

I would give this place a freaking Zero if I could. I order a charger back in Oct. Got the it in 4 days and it died a month later. I asked to return it (Dec. 15) and get a replacement. I returned it the following day Dec. 16. Been waiting over a month for this. I have made several complaint and will be making another one. The first time I was told to be patient. The second time I was told it is in process. The 3rd time I was given an order number. I was given the wrong order number when I made my 4th complaint. Spent four days going back and forth with this company to fix this problem. I was told it was fixed. I thought finally going to get it because we "fixed" the issues. Waited a week and nothing. Contact them back and I was told something was wrong with my address. She emailed me the address. They had the wrong town, how the f***k do you have the wrong address? I ordered this product back in Oct. With the right address. How can you get the wrong address when you had the previous order in front of you? Anyways, they said please wait for 3 to 4 business days. I waited 7 days and still nothing. I contacted them again they said oh I forwarded the concern it should ship in 2 to 3 days and I will email you back with the order number and tracking number. Waited for the next day and never got an email giving me my tracking number. I contacted them again and finally was given the gave me a tracking number. I was told that it was in transit and should reach me by Saturday. I hope so and I hope it is being shipped to me not to someone else. I would not recommend this place. Order it off of Amazon. I ordered a non Apple charger off of Amazon and it came in 2 days later. It works great so far. It was cheap so even if it does die out after a month or so it's okay. This is the name of the product Morange ( XD- 85W1L) 85W AC Power adapter & charger.

*Update: After several complaints it cam to me on Feb. 5th.

Tip for consumers:
Don't bother. It is way over priced for the quality you get. You probably won't get good customer service if you need to return it.
