"We always have a great experience with the customer service. Sean was very pleasant and answered all questions we had. This is our second time buying from 1StopBedrooms. We continue to enjoy our first set of couches in our loft that we had to buy a new sectional for our living room. If we ever need anything again, we plan to be reoccurring customers. The only downside is that the company does not give an option to add pre-installed power packs to your order before you purchase your assets. As a reoccurring customer I knew this was going to be needed with my purchased and I understand that they cover this topic when you call for your review, but I wish I knew my final total before placing my order online. I wish the company would add this option back online. Since the company already does a review, they can still keep that topic on their "must talk about" list without causing any issues while simultaneously having this option online.

We purchased a $1300 bed based on the advertised picture online that matched our current bedroom furniture! We received a bed that was a totally different color than advertised. After numerous complaints to get the bed we ordered or return this one the company said I could return it but they wanted a restocking fee and a $700 shipping fee (I got a got from a local trucking company of under $300 to ship it back) that combined was basically what I paid for it. In addition to this poor customer approach originally one the online salesperson we dealt with said he would include the bed slats if we paid $100 for white glove delivery. Another scam, we found out the slats already came with the bed and the delivery service refused to unpack and set up the bed that I paid an extra $100 for. I decided to pursue a Better Business Bureau resolution and was surprised to learn 2 things. One 1Stopbedrooms has had 2600 Better Business Bureau Complaints in the last 3 years and they have an obscure policy buried in there policy that says the manufacture can make any change they want and the customer has to accept it.

Answer: No the worst company ever. Try to charge you extra after order is placed and paid for. Than you can not even cancel they delay until they can charge you extra fees. Horrible all the way around.

This does depend on some factors that can change the delivery window such as if an item is in stock and what warehouse it ships from.
