So this is the first time I have ever had an interation with 1 stop bedrooms. The website was very easy to use. I called customer service and was greeted immediately with no wait. The man that helped me was named Joe. He was super informative, knowledgeable and accommodating. I literally been on the phone today with rooms to go and asley furniture directly. Both rooms to go and Ashley fruniture need to hire Joe to train there employees. Could only hope delivery and setup goes as smoothly. Thank you very much Joe and 1 stop bedrooms!

Answer: No the worst company ever. Try to charge you extra after order is placed and paid for. Than you can not even cancel they delay until they can charge you extra fees. Horrible all the way around.

This does depend on some factors that can change the delivery window such as if an item is in stock and what warehouse it ships from. If you call and talk to one of our live salesman they can give you a more accurate delivery window. Thank you!
