Shirt arrived badly damaged. Emailed 1Sale; their reply was to send pics. Did so, then 3 more emails to 1Sale asking about credit; no response from 1Sale in over a month. Today put on "Dispute" with my Master Card account. The sale price is in process of being credited to my MasterCard account. Thank you, Citibank. This might be a way for others to resolve, since 1Sale Customer Service doesn't reply.
1Sale used to be a great site to order from, but no more. They've lost us as customers.
1Sale always has the best items for sale. I like going each day and finding the daily deal and all of the offers! Plus many items come along with free shipping! It's a win-win situation. Check them out!
One two occasions I ordered a backpack. The first one was delayed over 3 weeks until I cancelled the order. I had contacted them several times and all I got was "just give us 3-5 more days". They charged my card immediately but stalled on shipping.The packs came up on sale 3 weeks ago and I reordered. Same crap started; card charged immediately and more shipping stalls. I would tell anyone not to buy here. The prices are the cheese in the trap.
I have made numerous purchases from 1 Sale and for the most part have quite satisfied with the exception of merchandise that comes from Nomorerack.com. Attempts to return an item and receive full credit just don't happen! So if you're interested in an item and when you click on "view offer' and get redirected to Nomorerack DO NOT purchase from Nomorerack! FYI They charged me $2.00 for shipping to me yet when I returned it they charged approx. $12.00 for shipping!
Terrible customer service. Purchased something, hated it and they played games until my product was out of the return policy time. HORRIBLE. I cannot believe they are refusing to repay me $25 as they will probably lose $100s if not more in sales from me and EVERYONE I have influence over. Not smart.
Terrible experience. I bought several pairs of earrings A few came broken. Sent pictures and asked my credit card co to decline. They fought it and won. So I got ripped off by 1Sale big-time.

Ordered on 12/3, $ deducted from my account on 12/5, no order has been delivered. Never received email with confirmation or shipping information. Sent several emails and called the phone # on my bank statement on 12/18. Message said, offices closed for holidays. Tried again today 12/21 and the number does not ring through!
I ordered two pairs of ear phone and they took money immediately (12/03/13). But, I have not yet received shipping confirmation after two weeks (12/18/13). This is bad website and someone needs to do something with them.
I, too, ordered the Nook eReader on 9/5/2013 and the first reply was that the shipping would take 10-14 days as stated on their shipping policy. This timeframe was NOT indicated. Daily, I check to see if my item has shipped, and as of today, "processing" --- I've send numerous emails since the original shipping time has expired, and no feedback. I've asked on two occasions, or more, to just refund my $$. At this point, I would rather pay more and get the shipment in a reasonable timeframe. Once I either get my product, or my refund... I will NOT order from 1Saleaday.com again! Too bad, they advertise good deals, but customer service and shipping is off the charts!
I should've looked into this place before ordering, and now I'm kicking myself in the butt. The fact that they grab your $ unlike Amazon opened my eyes and I decided to check online ratings. So with all these poor shipping ratings, I guess I'll have to not count on receiving my gift purchase before the holiday. I knew something stank about this site. Hopefully I will even get what I ordered. I see the writing on the wall. Never again, and I don't care if it arrives tomorrow.
This site use unregistered shipping method. If you by some small things, it's OK. If you buy expensive things, you face a huge risk of losing package without compensatory. The customer service replay late and slow. They will delay to expire the refund time limit, and then refuse your request.
Absolutely hands down the worst website I have ever purchased from. The age old saying too good to be true is a fact jack! Bought multiple items thinking the website was awesome and these were unbelievable prices. The items will never ship and the only phone number that Google finds is closed and it has a recording for you to email them and three emails and two weeks later and still no response. I filed a fraud claim and got all of my money back but buyers beware it is a bogus website!
These guys are fraud. I ordered on Dec 4 2013 and still waiting for my item. Even after repeated emails asking for a tracking number. (now Jan 4th) - - no one responded. Today I post a message on their Face Book page and they immediately removed the post. Can some one suggest how to drag them to court.
Doesn't get any worse than this. Stay away! Tried a few items. Either they don't work or they fake or they just simply never send anything! Customer service? Does not even exist! They have no phone number, the email is useless as they (I think it is just one dude) sends bogus tracking and fake info, but nothing is shipped. I think people should report them to a law enforcement. They stole my money and I can not even get a straight answer from them. Horrible.
Every item I purchased was a defect or broke within a week. Worst situation however is when they refused to send the item!
Ordered Beats Headphones 12/19/13. Quoted ship time was 7-10 business days.
After several email attempts I got a long-winded mass apology email about delays.
Delays on customer service response time? And shipping times? Garbage.
Finally just got a shipping confirmation email 1/26/14. In that email it states 7-10 business days. But it also states, "Under limited circumstances, up to 30 days " In what world? The product price seemed too good to be true. I'll be lucky to get the headphones before they go out of style. Garbage company. Never again.
We have been ordering from 1saleaday for a couple of years now. We have ordered tvs, jewelry and my husband loves his small electronics. It has been a great experience. I love that you never know what may show up on the site. And the flash sales (new items every 30 minutes) are a lot of fun and great prices, too!
Ordered a watch from 1 Sale a Day in December, and it arrived defective. The glass on the watch face was misaligned, and I'm surprised it was even sent out in that condition. I emailed them as they instructed for an RFA, which was to take 3-5 business days to arrive, but never heard back. I emailed them twice in a month's period but still no reply. This company is a SCAM! I notified my bank to stop and dispute payment. Buyer beware
Buyer Beware. This company sells fake products. I have bought a few items at Christmas time as gifts. 1 Item took 2 months to arrive and it was a fake. The other items never showed up and they will not refund money. I have been trying for weeks to get a response. Worst company EVER! Save yourself the grief and buy somewhere else.
"I ordered from this company last year. I knew shipping was slow, so I was prepared for that. The camcorder I ordered was a piece of crap, but I decided not to hold that against the retailer and gave them another chance. A couple weeks ago I ordered a coffee grinder. It was a name brand and the price was great, and about 2 weeks later (yesterday) I got an email that it had shipped. So far, so good. But today when I went to check the tracking to see if an estimated delivery date was available, it showed up as a voided shipment. When I checked my 1saleaday account the order is now, "refund pending." I have no doubt it will be pending for some time. In this day and age it should not take 2 weeks to determine they have insufficient stock. I assume a fair amount of their profits come from interest on money they hold for merchandise they have no intention of selling. I will never deal with this company again, and I suggest you do the same!"
Jumped on the Galaxy S3 sale they had 2 weeks back. Got an email the next day with a tracking number. 2 weeks later, UPS still doesn't have the item and the support email has claimed that they are having "tracking issues". Very Shady. I will never use them again.
