I have been using 1saleaday for more than 2 years but recently my experience has been really bad. I ordered a Casio watch and on their add they said estimated time to ship 7-10 business days but after so many follow up my watch was shipped after 40 days and it reached to me in more than 55 days.

Now I am still waiting for another order which I have purchased on 08-02-2013 and in my account its still showing processing. Which means my item is not yet shipped while estimate time to ship was 3 to 5 business days.

1Saleaday sucks. Please don't use it. Save your money and save your time.

I used to love this site but then it was bought out a while ago - I had a problem with my last order but FINALLY got it resolved (after many email exchanges) - I now ordered a tablet because it was such a great price and I'm concerned after reading so many recent complaints. They charged me upon ordering (of course) but shipping "might" be in 1-2+ weeks. IMO, they should be able to charge for an item until it's shipped (or at the max. W/i a day or two) - keeping my fingers crossed as this is the most expensive item I've gotten from them. As I said, they used to be wonderful! Items came w/i days - Use the site with caution, keep all your emails, paperwork, etc.

Product purchased was supposed to be a Christmas gift. I think they said it was supposed to ship within a week or two. I received it over a month after the order. The customer service was horrible, very slow communications. The item was OKAY, so if you are buying something you can wait around a month or two for its arrival then by all means have fun! :)

I have bought a few Items from this site. Shipping takes about 3 weeks. Recently I bought a tablet and it took over 1 month to arrive. 2 days after receiving it, it stopped working. Tried to email 1 sale support twice in 7 days with no response.

Ordered Dec 9 2013 and never received a product after repeated emails asking for a tracking number. (now Jan 3rd) - - Complete fraud - took my $80 -stay clear. When prices seem to good to be true, they are.
UPDATE: Got email that it shipped (on a Sunday! Jan 5) maybe they monitor this site!

I used to really like this website. USED TO are the operative words here. They now print labels way in advance, but don't ship out the item until weeks afterwards, if at all. So, you have a tracking number (which you probably check every frickin' day), but nothing comes up. So frustrating! And they don't respond to "support" emails either. Their support is about as supportive as a bra made out of tissue paper! Stay Away! You've been warned...

Have orders pending since mid nov! Have sent over 10 emails the past month to cancel, no responses until this week. On Monday they said that the orders were canceled, but the order status still says "processing". Not canceled. They are just holding onto my money at this point.

I'm really trying to avoid contacting my CC's for something so stupid but 1Sale will be getting charge backs from me. I can only imagine they get a huge amount of charge backs and I dont understand how they are still able to find a CC processor?!

Another reviewer posted a comment on 1/7 about them being sold? I dont know if that is true but I've never had an issue with them until Nov. They do not respond to emails anymore and have taken over 1000$ of my money without shipping my orders that were placed in Nov.

What a crappy company now, avoid at all costs. Trust all the reviews! Save yourself the headaches!

I purchased a Asus netbook. The price was extremely good and it was brand new... not refurbished like many of the other electronics that are sold. The shipping took pretty long, but when I received the item, I was quite pleased. If you are hesitant in using this site, I would recommend purchasing a small item first, such as headphones or chargers. I know it is "one sale a day" so you may run into something that is an absolute bargain, but try out the site with a smaller purchase before committing to larger purchases.

Products offered are not always as described, particularly with electronic/phones/computers, etc... very deceptive. That, combined with their well hidden "no return," policy makes this a site to avoid. And, if the item comes with a warranty, the waranty is not delivered with your purchase. So, beware: "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is..."

My purchase was supposed to be sent within 3 weeks of me placing my order. I tried to track in via ups because my order had a label already made for it. UPS said that it had not reached there facility yet. I sent an email asking where it was after 6 weeks. All of a sudden, UPS was able to track it. So, was my order set aside and lost until I complained? Makes you wonder. I will never purchase from them again.

Ordered two items on 12/1/2013... site said ti would ship within 2-3 weeks. No response by the 3rd week so I started to email their support. They responded they will be processing the order soon. Finally get a email from the CEO saying their are implementing a new shipping process, blah blah. And it screwed up shipping of items. Why would you implement a new shipping process during black friday and peak Xmas shopping? Got a tracking number on 12/26 but it doesn't seem valid. I will not buy from this site again...

This site is so shady that I never even got an email confirmation of my order but my funds were taken immediately. They never responded to my email questioning the situation and I thank goodness I used PayPal to pay for purchase. I have filed a claim for the return of my funds, close to $100.00!
Be warned you should STAY AWAY! I wish I had checked their reputation on this site first.

Ordered jacket 11/18

Ordered jacket 11/18. Finally received jacket 12/18, but wrong size jacket. Sent first support request 12/18 with no response. Sent second support request 12/25 with no response. Finally received response via email 1/9/14 with return authorization, however I must pay shipping and 25% restocking fee. There is no phone number listed anywhere on their website, so searched online to find one, only to call and get message that call volume is too high, use email (which we know will be ignored).

Ordered a mouse and paid for it on 4th Oct. It's 21th Oct today and still not shipped! When I contacted the customer service last week, she claimed it was stated on their website that it will take 10-14 "business days" to ship. Maybe I missed it but this is beyond reasonable. I have deleted them on my bookmark!

Its a nice website. Nonetheless, you need to double check prices sometimes - 1sale will say its retail 100 but nowhere is selling it for that. Most thing are at most 50 dollars off or at the least 10 dollars off. I wouldnt recommend buying anything from them that you need, because shipping can take awhile

Order IP camera indicated on confirmation shipping would be 9/3/13. Generated UPS shipping label on 9/12/13 and UPS didn't receive it until 9/16/13. Customer service is a joke. They don't read the emails and respond the way they want to. If you don't care when you might get your order try it...

Ordered their Mystery Photo bundle an it was total crap. Items did not reach advertised value of 1000 AND they included a ereader and some propatches which have nothing to do with photography.
They also take forever to ship and now i'm dealing with a lost shipment that its three weeks old and I'm not getting anywhere with them. Horrible!

I emailed a question before ordering and received a reply within 15 minutes. This impressed me and I went ahead and ordered the item, a hard drive usb dock station.
No problem receiving my order, it arrived in a reasonable amount of time.
That's where the pleasant experience ended. The dock was totally defective and i wanted to return it. I emailed the company's support and got no response after about four business days. I emailed a second time and that note was ignored also. I then dug around and found the company's toll-free number. However, I got a recorded message stating "my call can't be completed as dialed".
Bottom line here, folks, is that this outfit works like a boiler room operation. You can get a good buy here, but be advised that what you buy you keep. No returns.

I ordered a diamond pendant on Dec. 9th and have not received any response from this site. Attempt to contact them via email and phone have failed. Yet my money was immediately taken. I'm disappointed in this site and will never order from them again. I will be giving them another week for delivery of the purchased pendant as a courtesy they don't deserve and then pursue litigation. The cost of the pendant was over $300.00, additionally a Christmas surprise has now become a nightmare. This site must be accountable.

They are affiliated with Ben's Outlet which owes me a refund.
They have repeatedly lied, telling me they issued me a refund. Paypal even stepped in to assist, we tried calling 1saleaday and Ben's outlet, both calls disconnected. No customer service either place, they need to be reported to the state attorney generals office.
