I purchased two pillows from this site. It was shipped free. The pillows turn out to be of really poor quality. This is when I found out about their return policy. Not only I have to pay to ship them back, I have to pay for the original shipping. This is terrible. Do not buy anything from this site!

I purchased Beats by Dr. Dre Solo HD Red from 1Sale.com 1111 Brickell Ave. 16th FL Miami, FL ******* USA. My first issue is that they were quick to charge my credit card for the item, but hadn't even shipped the item yet. I sent 3 emails asking where the item is since they already charged me, it didn't even ship until OVER A MONTH LATER. Then when it arrived, the item has a damaged left earphone and the sound is muffled. I tried to let them know I was unhappy, but they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER that I can find, so I kept sending emails, which they claim they never got. Finally, they acknowledge that they received one of my emails months later and they suspiciously claim its outside of their return policy. These are defective and I WANT A REFUND! I also think they should be forced to put some kind of customer service phone number on their website and all emails they send. These headphones are a PIECE OF JUNK, Please Help!

Purchased 3 items and had issue with every single one.

1 st item was arrived broken
2nd item should be a set of 2. But received only one.
3rd item never even received.

They are no less than robbers and fraud. Beware

I think I am more of a fan of daily deal sites that have a product focus than the million sites that now offer me a massage at 50% off. I like them more because the product itself has value and you can instantly see how much it costs. The services have more mysterious value and the business owners do this at a loss so they can upsell you. Which is always awkward

The products sold by this website are inconsistent -- sometimes okay, sometimes junk. I recently ordered a pair of earrings. When I received the package, one of the earrings was missing and the quality of the prong setting was much cheaper than on the website photo. I emailed customer service and requested a refund. I received a response which said that i would have to submit photos and that even if i returned the item, they would take 25% of my money if the item is not actually defective. My question is: how can you photograph a missing earring?

I purchased a 'unlocked verizon blackberry 8830 world' from 1saleaday. Turns out this unlocked phone only works with verizon and page plus and is only unlocked for the world (ie not north america). I wrote to 1saleaday stating that the fact that it could not be used with other carriers was not clarified on their add and requesting a refund. They denied it. Thus, I am left with a phone I cannot use.

Previously, I bought a watch advertised with ecg capabilites on it from 1saleaday. Upon receiving it I attempted to use this function but no such function existed. Thus, 1saleaday, in my experience, i do not get what i pay for with one sale a day. Further I feel that their adds easily trick consumers into buying products that do not do what they are expected to do. Moreover, if you buy and are not happy, no refunds. You are trapped. I would not recommend one sale a day at all.

Well, thank you for considering my disability of typing, the sheet set and pillow cases had unfinished seams. I would like them replaced, and or refunded, and a means of returning the one set I was sold and sent. Life is challenging enough, without having to go though this.

There will be a considerable factual and negative social network campaign regarding this website if this is not resolved.

I ordered 3 items. 2 were shipped and one wasn't. I asked for a refund for the item that wasn't shipped and they refused! They say I should have contacted them within 21 days of order. I was waiting for the product and felt they would ship as soon as they have the item in stock. Am really shocked & surprised that they are still able to do business.

Basically mine is the same as Emily B., however, I have not been told that the IPOD no longer is available, I just keep getting emails telling me that it is delayed. I tried to get a refund from PayPal, but they said that since it is over 45 days, I can't do anything through PayPal... wow! I ended up purchasing an IPOD from Target to be able to give for Christmas... however it cost more and I still am out $169.99 to 1Sale for an item they may or may not have originally had! I was a loyal customer until this event! REDICULOUS

Much like most of the other reviews on this site... customer service is a joke. The item I ordered has not shipped, emails have gone unanswered, and I cannot find a way to contact them by telephone.

I had ordered from them in the past (many months ago) and had been satisfied, but not anymore. I'm glad I'm a cheapskate and that the item I ordered was only a $6 item... so I didn't have a huge loss. I feel bad for people that ordered larger items from them. No one deserves to get scammed, and I fear we all have.

I will NEVER order from them again and would not recommend anyone purchasing from their web site (btw the name has changed to 1sale.com.

1saleaday is horrible! It has reached the point where it can't get any worse... It takes weeks for them to send any item you order, they are horrible with their e-mail support, and you have to Google to find any kind of phone number. And, even if you reach someone by phone, they say to send an e-mail only to not have it answered. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back after a month. THE SAVINGS ARE NOT WORTH THE HASSLE! They think just because they are an 'e-seller', they can flip you the middle finger and send your items when they find it convenient (or in my case never ship my item at all). It's always been slow, but now its unacceptable! The worst seller on eBay will ship your item faster than these people! AVOID! Spend your money elsewhere - these people clearly don't care about you, the time the items gets shipped, and their customer service is clearly the worst I have encountered in years.

Bought something, returned and rec'd there on Dec. 7th per UPS tracking information. It is now Jan. 27th, still no refund. Poor communications, extremely poor and scripted customer servicer responses. Avoid like the plague!

These guys are crooks, plain and simple. They sell crap, take forever to ship, and there is absolutely ZERO support. I placed an order for headphones on Dec. 2nd. It's now January 30th and I don't have a status update, ETA, or anything. They refuse to respond to inquiries and there isn't a pone number anywhere to contact them. Oh wait, i did get one reply... it said due to the amount of inquiries they get that their response time is 15-20 DAYS. I could not believe what I read. If your company has a 15-20 day response time to online inquires, you have a problem. Either you provide a terrible service or you need more employees.

I ordered my mother a watch for Christmas on Dec 3 2013, I got the shipping notice right before we left to go on vacation before Christmas. I was hoping to get it in before we left but it didn't, no biggie right? It still wasn't there when I got back 7 days later and in fact it still isn't here on Feb 4th! I contacted the site and got a response 30 days later saying it would ship in 3-5 days, that was 2 weeks ago. Terrible terrible terrible site.

Dont order from this $#*!ty $#*! website I been waiting on some beats for weeks it said they would send them out in round 2 weeks an this is week 4 an I havnt seen no email saying they are sent off or nothing unless you want to get ripped off dont order from here an if I could put no stars.

The item was ordered on November 30th. It took 12 business days to get it in the mail. It was taken to UPS innovations on December 17th it arrived at USPS on December 22 and sat in the post office through Christmas. It was scheduled to be delivered on December 24th which never happened. Other things I ordered from them also took 3 weeks to a month to get here while other items took 2 weeks. They need to make sure the companies they are selling for have better shipping policies. When I contacted them, which is only by e-mail, all they said was it can take up to 10 business days to send out orders. I think they need to change this to 5 days. Some companies are not adhering to the current shipping policy and 1 sale a day will not contact the company to find out what is wrong.

Lie after lie

Lie after lie. I bought several items and after about 30 days they refunded my account and canceled my order. Then, they recharged my account and supplied a shipping number from UPS. I copied and pasted the shipping number on the UPS website and that label doesn’t exist. I’m now about 45 business days into this transaction without the products that I ordered. Most of the items where Christmas presents and I had to explain that their presents were on their way. I am disgusted with their customer service and their process. FTC is being notified of this issue. I have never had this much of an issue buying products online.

Purchased a Garmin system. Was in no hurry for it and when I saw shipping within 5-10 business days I thought heck I don't need it for 3 weeks. # weeks has passed and still no Garmin. My expectations are very low for these guys. My new motto is 1SALE&I'MDONE.
