HORRIBLE! Do not trust this company. They are out to steal your money. Had multiple things wrong with the camera I purchased. Charger was defective, game was "resume" (used or refurbished?!), and the screen had a dark green film when trying to take pictures or video, and on top of it, 3 weeks for shipping! Complained multiple times through email. NO customer service skills. This was suppose to be a gift for Christmas, and due to the non existent customer service I am stuck with a broken camera. WARNING! DO NOT BUY A THING FROM THIS "COMPANY"!

They don't even deserve a 1star review. I will never order anything from this site again. First off I ordered dec 14 they said I would receive the item before dec 25. Then I don't receive it til jan 7. Then when I give it to my daughter it's the wrong item and they refuse to give me a refund. They said because it wasn't defective they wouldn't refund me. How would I know if it was defective or not if I can't even use it. Hate this web site don't waste your money.

THIS SITE HAS TO BE A SCAM! I regret that I didn't check out this site before ordering. I ordered urBeats Nov 7. The ship time was 1-2 weeks, and that's about how long it took to receive a tracking number. However, this tracking number never works when I try to track my package. After emails back and forth with the company (typically at least 3 days for a response to come through), I keep there are "minor" shipping delays and to wait 3-5 more business days. And don't forget that their customer service phone number is closed "for the holidays" - what?!?! It's been well over a month since I ordered, so they are either liars or don't know what the word "minor" means. Luckily I paid on PayPal, so I'm going to use their Dispute Resolution Center for my claim. Fingers crossed I get my money back. DON'T EVER USE THIS SITE!

Nk I ordered a 7.5" tablet for my grandaughters birthday. She barely got it set up when the tablet started making a grinding sound and completely shut down. She didn't even get to use it! I called customer service who didn't even allow me to tell the issue. Just repeated the Website 2xs then hung up on me. I emailed CS on tbe Website got no response. The tablet was not cheap! They took my hard earned money and all my grandaughter got was a piece of junk. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. THEY ARE THIEVES!

Well, I'm their customer for about 3 years now. This website is like local Goodwill store, where you can see mostly used items but if you will be paying attention, you can get $$$ brand new dress with tags for pennies. They mostly sell cheap crap made in China. And I mean "crap" because China is able to produce decent things as well but it is being sold somewhere else, not on 1saleaday:-). But sometime you can get lucky and buy some decent stuff here. Be careful about refurbished electronics and ESPECIALLY about expensive jewelry. It's tricky. I would not go there, because seems to me that their sources of high-tech refurbished devises is quite questionable, for example I've received refurbished headset with obvious signs of someone's dirty ear canals:-) Gross, isn't? Plus they play the same mind trick as many other sellers on this planet, they "insert" regular price products under exciting mark "24 hours sale". So whatever you see as today amazing deal, Google it first and you might find way cheaper or very close price on Amazon or even local store. Also be careful about "no brand name" watches, headsets etc. Chances that they are going to work even for a few days are minimal. Another important thing to remember: DO NOT EXPECT your order to be in your hands before one month since date of your order. IF you think you found really great deal on their website, order it and relax. I think they either have lack of employees or their warehouse is empty and they "place their own order after they know how many orders from us were actually placed"... I would also suggest to use American Express Credit Card if you have one, because AMEX is really good when it comes to disputes.
So I would consider this website as going for fishing:-) You might get lucky and catch huge lovely fish or go home with small stinky one. It will depend on your fishing skills and good luck:-) Good luck to everyone but I'd rather be shopping on Amazon:-) PS. Be as well aware of similar website "DailySteals.com". Compare to dailysteals quality I would consider 1saleaday as Nordstrom:-)

Ordered items on 11/27/13 and 12/3/13 the payments were deducted from my account but I have not received the items. I have contacted the company by email only to receive an automated response. No one has gotten back to me yet. These were to be Christmas presents. I contacted them again on Friday and I have given them till Tuesday the 31st. I am then going to contact paypal for a refund and also the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

1saleaday. Com's business practices are dubious and repugnant, at best. On December 2,2013, I ordered a hot wheels playset for my child for a Christmas gift since the site indicated the item would ship within 1 to 2 weeks. After approximately 3 weeks, my order was in the "processing" status only to be updated to "printed" around Christmas. Several of my inquiries were met with no response. One time, they told me the item was advertised as shipping within 1 to 2 weeks excluding weekends or holidays. When I pointed out the advertising did not exclude weekends or holidays, there was no response. Finally, after almost two moths of receiving the run-around, I requested a refund in writing on January 9,2014. My request once again was met with no response so, on January 17,2014, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. On January 22,2014, the company finally responded to my request for a refund to say they were unable to return my money since my order was in processing! Then, approximately four hours later, they sent me a message indicating my order had shipped. The tracking number, of course, is unverifiable. I will NEVER do business with them again. I will not even accept free merchandise from them. I only gave them one star because you have to rate them in order to submit a review. Is there a garbage rating?
