This is totally a SCAM site, I actually ordered watch for my wife on Nov-26th and today is Jan 24th and as of now I haven't received my watch or I haven't received my money back. I called 1saleday numerous times but never received any email response back or there is a customer service no which I searched and no one responds to it. So the last option is to call my Bank and ask them to raise a complaint for my product.

I see most of the people are having the same issue, can we do anything to reach company management and see what is going on? Or Is this is just SCAM company?

The worst I already am aware that it takes forever to get anything from them, Or Even at all. I placed 2 orders both said shipped both said delivered I got Nothing. Contact Customer support, Get no answer place a dispute OH wow I get a response saying they will look into it, They Don't~ The worst service Shipping, Customer Service and Product Do Not shop here you are better off on Ebay, Amazon, Woot, Yugster They stand by what they do not like onesale the WORST~~

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE! The crap they sell is either a knockoff or really low quality. I purchased a Sheet set for my bed and it has to be the crappiest thing I have ever seen. Teh quality is the worst thing I have ever seen. I tried contacting customer service and was told i needed to send a photo of the item so they could help me with the return. What kind of request is this? I am appalled that this company is even in business. NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered a slingbox from 1Sale and it came in a little over a week. I immediately tried to install it and connect to it to my computer only to find out that I had to spill some more money in order to get an app that will make it work. I realized that this was not a "good fit" to my limited budget without even an assurance that it will work so that very same day, I emailed 1Sale for an RMA. After waiting for a WEEK for the RMA, I decided to call their "customer service?" number only to find out it is a very dead line. At this point, I contacted PayPal to try to get a resolution to this problem. Would you believe! They had an email for me within a day of PayPal being involved! And, they have the nerve to refer me to their support page for a (non-existent) return policy and is charging me 25% restocking fee. So... needless to say, BE VERY WARY OF THIS SITE! THEY ARE HORRIBLE BUSINESS PEOPLE AND SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED WITH YOUR MONEY. THEY GIVE ONLINE MERCHANDISING A BAD NAME!

This site is so annoying.
I received my product. Has a defect. Wouldn't play videos.
I've tried converting it to the right type of file and whatever but it still wouldn't play.
I complained and they said oh they'll take it back.
I was relieved. Oh that's nice.
But they take FOREVER to reply to emails.
And they don't even reply to the full email!
They still haven't deposited the refund amount back into my account and I checked through the tracking number that it has delivered OVER a week ago.
Like last last week!
I emailed them asking about when I can get my refund. And also if they pay for the return shipping fee.
They were all nice about it like oh sure, send a copy of the receipt and attach it to the email so they can refund that amount.
Well kinda funny cuz they don't have something enabled on ebay and you CAN'T attach photos! Seems like something they should obviously have enabled...
So I sent a link to the picture.
Still no reply.
Has been a week since I've sent that email.
Haven't mentioned a thing about when I'm getting that refund on that tablet either.
Don't know if I'm ever getting my money back.
Plus, I just could NOT receive that return label. I think I emailed them like FIVE times. They said the email on file what blahblahblah and it was the correct email address. But it didn't come. Finally got it like a month or two later.

I ordered Belkin Dual-Band Router F9K1102 (Latest Generation) on 02/27/2013. I received my package on 03/13/2013. And, it is not the same generation that they listed for sell. It is old generation (F7D8302). I emailed to customer service about that. They offer me $10 partial refund or return it to get full refund. I requested to return it for full refund. They sent me a return form and ask me to ship back the item. That means I need to pay the shipping fee on my own, which is not fare since this is not my mistake and I need to spend extra money. I told them that I don't want to pay return shipping fee since it is not my fault. They replied me back "A call tag has been issued to you. Please allow 1-4 business days for the email with your pre-paid shipping label to arrive. It will be sent via email by UPS. Be sure to check your Spam/Junk folder as this email, which comes directly from UPS, may not automatically appear in your Inbox.". I waited for 5 days and didn't receive any email from UPS regarding pre-paid shipping label. So, I emailed them yesterday and I they replied me with the same message again. I feel like they are lying and trying to sell item which they never have in stock. It is wasting my time and money for nothing. I suggest buying from Amazon or newegg. Yes, they may charge extra $5 - $10 but it will save your time.
I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM 1 sale A Day!
