They do not post their return policy out in the open... you have to dig and dig and dig. Finally had to email them for it. There is a reason for this, they do NOT want returned merchandise unless the product is defective. How many other web sites and retail stores (where you can touch and see and examine the product) have such a policy. The ans. Is few to NONE! CAVEAT EMPTOR if you are foolish enough to purchase from this site!

I ordered rings from this site for my wife and they are either damaged or different rings. Few has damaged center stone with cracks and scratches whereas others are totally different from what was ordered. They have mostly crystals missing or different design. For one of the ring, I ordered different sizes and one can easily see the difference. For size 7 the bottom or lower end of the ring is way too thin as a thread. You will be afraid to wear the ring so that you might easily break or bend it. The finishing is also way too cheap. The rings which you see while ordering and the ones you receive looks different or unattractive or cheaply made. Those shines and looks are missing. So instead of wearing these rings to occasions you will wear at home.

Forget shipping it's going to take a long time. They do not honor returns but rather redirect you to resell the item on ebay? Wow!

I just bought a watch that was advertised for $400 and was selling for only $29.00 so I figured what the heck I need a watch so I'll get this good deal! Well, the watch arrived and it's either a replica watch or toy of some kind. It's like tin all around. I feel completely conned as though I have purchased a watch from a street swindler.

If you order from this site and do not get the merchandise within 3 weeks don't even think about returning it. They do not go by the date of shipment but the date you ordered... then you only have 21 days to return. Not business days just 21 days. I received my item. Damaged... tried to return and was advised that it was past the 21 day return policy. Funny I sent the return request the same day I received the item. This is not the first bad experience I have had with this site. Be careful when ordering as you may have to keep it whether you like it or not.

I have bought a great deal of stuff from this website and it's clearly buyer beware. I've never bought watches or jewelry, so I can't comment on the quality of this generic stuff. Generally, however, their branded items are what they claim, and offered at a good price. I've always found their refurb stuff to be labeled as such. But, I believe their slow delivery policy is deliberate and unfair. They take your money the day you place your order, then usually wait at least ten days to send the stuff out. This is called "float" and gives them a cash flow advantage. They may not even confirm an order with a supplier until after they see how many buyers they have. I wouldn't be surprised if they also pay their suppliers slowly. Lots of opportunities for fraud when you owe so many people so much money and merchandise.

I ordered a blu-ray player this past November around Thanksgiving time. It did take about three weeks to arrive. When it arrived, it came in its original box only. It wasn't carefully packaged inside another box with any kind of stuffing to protect it, it came like I just took it off the shelf in a store! I thought perhaps my kids opened the package before I got home from work... but no... anyways, I lucked out and so far the player works. Would I order again from this site? Not so sure... things could go either way when ordering from here... also make sure you understand that many items tend to be refurbished so read the description carefully

I ordered a Christmas gift on December 3,2013 -- plenty of time for reputable sites to deliver. Today is New Year's Eve and my order still hasn't arrived. Instead, I have received multiple apologetic emails with conflicting reasons for the delay. I am so angry about this poor customer service! I have had a bad experience with this group in the past and will NEVER order from them again.

I have received the same experience every other person who rated this company 1 star has. Ordered Nov. 29th. 1-2 weeks shipping estimate. 3 weeks passed and still "processing". Multiple emails asking about my order I finally received a vague email saying it would take approximately 1 more week. Here I am and still "processing". I'm giving them their 3 days to respond to my final email before contacting my credit company and filing a complaint with the BBB. How a company can be so poorly run... I have no clue. STAY AWAY!

What the hell! I ordered an item and paid for it then as soon as I clicked "continue", I got an notification that said quote "Sorry, Belkin iPod Nano Case is now out of stock and has been removed from your cart. You have no items in your cart." How the hell did it get removed if I ordered it less than ten seconds ago. What a cheapskate scam website where the admins get the deals and we normal folk have to learn it the hard way. Never will I shop there ever again.

I purchased an IPod from this company as a gift because the price was good. Being a gift, I did not test to see if the IPod was in good working order. I just assumed they were selling good products. I gave gift as a birthday present and the screen was really light. I emailed 1SaleaDay and explained. The product was guaranteed for like 60 days and therefore would not replace because it was beyond the 60 day window. I took the IPod in to have it looked at, the inside had some waster damage and the IPod could not be fixed. 1SaleaDay sold me defective merchandise and would do nothing about it. I will NOT purchase from them again!

My story is the same as all the others. Ordered a gift on 12/2/2013 in hopes of receiving before Christmas. On 12/5 received an email stating my order had been shipped and would be received by 12/13. However, after several days, the tracking number still did not show a shipment so I began to inquire about the correct tracking number and/or status of my order. I received 3 different responses with 3 different stories -- all of them incorrect. Finally, they fessed up that the order hadn't shipped and they were working to get it out as soon as possible. Apparently a week later was the quickest they could do even though I had been asking about the supposed shipment for weeks. It shipped out on 12/24 and obviously was not under the tree on Christmas morning. Will never use this site again.
