Worst customer service ever! First time using the product the mechanism to operate raising and lowering chairback broke. This was in MARCH. They sent the wrong piece and charged me for it, then wanted me to send it back and they would send the correct piece... at my expense! They never got the item i needed right. Maybe it is a language issue?
We purchased the Model H wheelchair. First, after many backorder issues followed by a shipping fiasco, we received the chair. The product itself was somewhat disappointing at first. It has much less power than anticipated and cannot go over even the smallest of bumps. It also does not have the bluetooth capabilities we were promised. However, after adjusting my expectations of the chair, I have actually come to like it okay. After all, you can't expect a $2000 chair to perform like an $8000 chair. I must say that Sylvia on the website chat was a very bright spot in the whole ordeal. She was great She's solely the reason we didn't cancel the order long before we received it.
My husband uses Invacare 9000 XT customized for his tall frame. But he isn't gentle on it, so we've had to replace the armpads because the covering cracked. I'm committed to keeping it in "like new" condition so this time I needed to replace two "plug buttons" at the end of the arm rest frame. Again, customer service was quick to answer my questions and get my order placed. Thanks much for your kind help.
I have ordered several items through this website. They are quick. Usually the item will ship immediately, and I have received a wheelchair in two days. No shipping fee. No sales tax. Great price. And, they do not charge the credit card until the item ships. The item is well-described, and the website is easy to navigate. I can't say enough good things about it.

I am delighted with your product! When I ordered the Lateral Support Assembly (sku 7010) I was in the midst of a frustrating tangle with wheelchair repair companies and snail speed medicaid procedures when I came upon your wheelchair.com by mistake. My son Russell, who is 27 years old and lives in a group home has cerebral palsy. He could not sit up straight until your lateral supports were installed! The installation was a simple procedure on his power chair, and he immediately began to sit straight and has so for the past 2 weeks. Thank you for your brilliantly designed product. It is very simple, elegant and it works! It has made me a happy father.
I received my order, and thought I had not been sent the correct amount of an item, and wondered whether they were sending a second shipment. They said they would check on it for me. They came back and asked if I opened the plastic packages because there were 5 in a package. Sure enough, I opened them and found my shipment was in fact complete. I appreciated them helping me discover that.
This is a very good chair for transport. Folds easily to lift into my van. Foot rests don't have too much extra to get in the way and this 70 year old woman can push a 250 lb person around. Easy to maneuver around corners and through doorways. Very lightweight but seems sturdy enough.
I have had other wheelchairs that the screws kept falling out of! This is comfortable and secure and I feel very safe being wheeled from place to place even if the ground is not smooth! When I am able I am planning to buy a second one for inside my house as it is very comfortable not too big but just wide enough without being cumbersome! Have tried five other wheelchairs and this is my favorite! Received it very quickly and feel that if I needed service that it would be quickly accomplished!

I ordered online an Excel extra wide wheelchair. Four days later received an email saying it was out of stock and I could change it for a different Heavy Duty wheelchair. I called the 800 number to see what I can do. I talked to Sylvia. She helped me with ordering a different chair, getting a refund cause the new one was cheaper, and cancelling the old one. Talked to Sylvia on a Monday. Refund on a Tuesday and received the chair on Wednesday. We were lucky that the place that our wheelchair came from was right here in Missouri.The only thing to assemble was putting on the leg rest. Thanks to Sylvia for all she did for me. Great customer service.
Been waiting since September for a promised refund of $1500. Only getting the run-around... Horrible consumer service. They all talk very nicely and are going to check it out and get the refund going but it never gets done! Their policy is a joke!

I ordered a rollator on line. It arrived very quickly. I had to return the item due to some damage. The customer service that I got was excellent. July-Ann went above and beyond what was required. Knowing that I was obviously having trouble getting around, she made the product return absolutely painless. There were phone calls and emails, I was kept very much "in the loop". I would most definitely purchase from this site again without hesitation.
The 1800wheelchair power scooter far exceeded my high expectations. As a bonus, if you own a Ford Escape you can easily load this awesome Pride Victory 10,4 wheel scooter with a pair of folding ramps in one single piece. There is No NEED to take it apart and then re assemble it again, just put it in neutral, roll it up the ramps, and then put it back into gear to keep it from moving around. It will ride as steady as a rock! Highly recommended to all.

Ordering and delivery were very simple - and prices were excellent. I am presently going thru therapy after ankle surgery. We ordered a wheelchair from these folks last year. At the time, I was told that it would arrive in two days. It took a week. I recently had to order replacement leg rests for the second time because the quality is so bad. I made extremely clear that I needed them in two days. Well, today would be two days from when I ordered, and they were just shipped. I was told, when I called, that they'd be to be sometime next week. I have in writing that they'd arrive in two days. The company does plenty of finger-pointing about it being the shipping facility's fault. Honestly, I don't care whose fault it is. Customer service is clearly lacking here.

Ordered a wheelchair online when I found out my brother was having an amputation. Ordered on Dec 21, delivered Dec. 24! Right on point. When I needed to add an amputation attachment, I called Customer Service and they immediately did the research to find out if it would attach to the chair I had purchased. They got back to me overnight and I ordered that as well. I am VERY VERY happy with the service level and the speed with which all my concerns and orders were handled! Highly recommend them and their service.
I emailed to get a receipt that was over 3 years old, fully expecting it to be something that was no longer able to be pulled up or if it could I expected a long wait.
