For three straight days I have been trying to get information about a missing part from a recent order. The order was for a personal monitor and requires a pull cord. After no less than ten phone calls, I still cannot get this part. One call was close to 30 minutes long, mostly with me on hold. Do NOT use this company
Be careful with this company. I ordered some wheelchair tires, and was sent the wrong size. They came from an aftermarket group in Ontario, CA. I got a return authorization, and was stuck paying the cost of shipping them back to a place called Tag Returns in Ohio. I never got my money back. When I called to complain, I ended up speaking to a person in the Philippines. She was hard to understand, especially with all the other representatives in the background handling similar complaints. If things go wrong with this company, you are out of luck.

Great service, no messing round they knew exactly what I was talking about even though Rio was not the salesperson I placed the order with. The proof is in the pudding, lets see if the correct item arrives in a weeks time. If you don't hear from me than all is well. Keeping my fingers crossed.
My wife loves her new wheelchair. She needs to be in it when she is not in bed. The fitted chair is much more comfortable than her previous one. Lisa Stapley was very helpful in sizing it and choosing the perfect seat cushion. Thank you Lisa
I placed a fairly large order after much on line chat and calls. Got an acknowledgement of my order, my order did not show up. When I complained, they said it would ship "tomorrow" 11 days after the order was first acknowledged. No explanation. Again waiting to see if it shows up.

The support team member I worked with followed up on my inquiry about a change in delivery date and consistently kept me informed of the shipment. She also kept in touch to be sure the delivery had been made. I will definitely use 1-800Wheelchair.com again.
While I cannot imagine what other people have experienced with this company, I had a great experience. The chat feature on the website connected me to a sales rep that helped me make a good purchase for my clients needs.
I read all the reviews, and after 8 days of waiting for an update for my chair, I read more. There were some concerning reports. Instead of jumping on the review and making a scene, I contacted customer service. They walked me through the process and ensured me that my order was on its way. I would encourage people to contact the company before making harsh reviews that could damage a business reputation.

I would like to commend Sylvia, who helped me yesterday with my order of 2 extra wheels for a wheelchair (that I bought from you in March 2019 but unfortunately arrived damaged via a following shipment to Venezuela). When I explained that the person in need of the wheelchair could not use it until the new wheel was ordered, Sylvia was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable and quickly helped me find the correct wheels. I am very grateful to her.
Yesterday the 13.5 lb featherweight chair I ordered, was delivered within the promised 5 business days. Within a couple of hours of its arrival, after unpacking it, I contacted customer service to report some minor defects. My email was promptly answered yesterday afternoon. This morning, customer service emailed me that this chair will be replaced with a new one, and provided tracking numbers for the return as well as for delivery of the replacement. By this afternoon the new chair had already been picked up by Fedex for delivery to me.
I purchased a $529.00 lift and its seen over a week they still cannot tell me if the lift has been shipped or even when it will be sent. They do not return emails or calls... they transfer your call from one automated system to another. Save your-self the stress and aggravation order from anywhere else but here.
I do not understand how they are still in business... don't do it... order from another place!

I recently bought a transport chair for my 87 year old mother-in-law from 1800 wheelchair.com. For just under $100.00 I was really surprised at how comfortable and sturdy this chair is and for me very easy to push and navigate. It also easily folds up to rest in a small space. My family is very happy with this purchase and it has made our lives easier.
I would buy from this site again. Items were shipped fast. There were info videos that helped to pick out the right items. Staff was friendly on the phone and answered my questions completely. Prices are excellent. The wheelchair I bought came with a free travel bag, cup holder and saddle bag making my purchase a great value! I have told many people to buy from this site.
I ordered the featherweight wheelchair while preparing for a trip. Asked for prompt delivery, 3 weeks later, it arrives without requested travel bag. Called everyday & was promised overnight delivery of bag. Travel time is here, still no delivery.
I do a lot of ordering for our physical therapists and let me say it was a joy to work with Rio. She handled the issues I had with my order promptly and efficiently, with great customer service and was very pleasant. Would definitely recommend ordering from this company!
My mother has been trying for weeks to get a wheel chair for my father through the insurance with no success. My husband and I decided to get them a wheel chair since my father can not walk and may not have much time left to wait for the insurance. We found 1800 Wheel Chair online spoke to an agent who said the chair would be delivered in one to two business days. We ordered based on that information though it all seemed to easy. Sure enough the company was true to their word the wheel chair arrived one day after we ordered! Thank you

July was exceptional with me on the phone when I was deciding what to order for my client. She was very patient with me, explaining the differences of the various transport chairs. She very clearly communicated all the information I needed to make this purchase.
Aspects of ordering were a bit confusing as I was also on-line looking at pictures and the order options. Final order confirmation/billing information was not properly completed. I have emailed the company and hope they follow-up/correct is ASAP.
I am quite impressed with the website video on what to look for in a wheel chair [or what I learned to realize I wanted a transport chair]. The video immediately confirmed I wanted to order from this company. It is an outstanding video to introduce and educate people when deciding what to order.
