Manufacture date from 2022. Contacted because concerned and told they are discontinued and it's what it is. Not happy with how expensive they were for being old. Rebate is a pain. Had to print and complete a form and cute codes from box to attach, take to post office and ask for mail confirmation to be added to that. Not sure how long they will take to receive.wont order here again
First, the order got canceled for no reason. Then I had to upload my script a second time, and then it took over a month for the contacts to arrive. I will not be using this website again.
Helpful customer service. Easy to do on the phone (I had called it in as a first time user). The only complaint, even though apparently it's uncommon, my order took a few weeks to get to me. Otherwise it would have been a 5 star experience.
As I was completing the form for theRebate there were things I HAD to mark to receive the rebate. One of those was a reorder in 6 months. I had purchased the 1 year for my lens but if I didn't click the 6 months reorder then I wouldn't receive the rebate. So I clicked it and then went in and removed my information from my account. I canged my reorder to 1 year. I took off my credit card. I received the rebate many months later, AND the REORDER! I was still charged $345.00 for the 6 months refill that I DID NOT order!

I uploaded a brand new 2 year prescription and next day look at the progress and it said I uploaded an expired prescription. I ask how can the prescription you received the prior day be expired. Caused me a lot of trouble calling customer service and them having to verify the prescription with my doctor while I was on the phone for 1/2 hours. Otherwise the service was quick and responsive.
