I normally order my contacts thru 1-800-Contacts. I decided to see if I could find some at a lower price and I discovered you guys. I was shocked at the price, I think I paid less than half of what I normally pay for the same brand. I was shocked! And your shipping was cheaper AND they arrived on time. Definitely will be reording going forward.
Price was about average customer service was about average I had to pay the expedite my order and it took way too long. But I understand you're saying you had to get fresh lenses but for crying out loud don't advertise you got millions in stock when you go to order fresh lenses keep fresh.

Get Lens (formerly known as 1-800 contacts) is very efficient. They verify the information with your doctor without you having to upload or give them anything. They also ask you to confirm when you receive your order so they know it was delivered to the right place.
The order was placed and acknowledged. However, an email was never received advising if the delay. Then the delay was longer than originally advised. Just better updates.
The customer service rep corrected a mistake I had not noticed on the contacts I ordered, even though I had originally only called to edit my billing address. She was super helpful! I wish I had gotten her name.
I received my contacts very quickly considering they were out of stock when I ordered them. 1-800-GET-LENS kept me informed and I actually received the contacts earlier than the expected delivery date. I was also able to place my order and use the prescription my optometrist printed for me instead of having to wait for them to talk to my doctor like some sites.
I want the rebate that was discussed at time of charging my credit card. Without the rebate offered, it would be cheaper to go to the local glasses center and order through them. Need to offer more offers and incentives to order through them
The website link to UPSP for address confirmation did not work so I had to take extra time to call customer service to place the order. I was unable to upload my prescription due to this issue so additional email communication was required. The product received was as expected/needed.

There was extra cost over and above the advertised cost of the lenses, estimated tax, and delivery charge that was not reflected on the invoice. Maybe there was a fee for verifying the prescription with my doctor? I was not prompted to upload my prescription during the order process. Afterward, I saw a message that I should upload my presription.

Request to delivery took extremely a long time probably close to 3 weeks. I thought it was to be faster than doctors office but truly is isn't.
Your brand colors and paid sponsorship upon searching 1-800-Contact was deceiving and distracted my attention causing me to order. I didn't receive any confirmation emails upon placing my order. I didn't receive any shipping notifications or updates. Instead, I had to retrace my ordering steps to discover I didn't order from my preferred website, as well as having to click on my order to find any tracking information.
Got my lenses in 6 days. However, I was a first time customer and didn't account for establishing an account. I will use again.
