Flowers arrived after service was completed, We had to go pick them up from wrong location. There I stood with 184.00 worth of beautiful flowers after the memorial service was done. Does not get much worse then that, He was cremated so I did not have a grave site to place them on. I called the phone number provided and could not hardly understand the person on the other end. I only speak English, this is America. Never Again!
Well for Valentine's Day i wanted to surprise 3 lady with flowers. Why did i use these people? They did everything wrong. Delivery date wrong, the color of the flowers wrong, they even got mom wrong. These people really miss spelled mom. By far the worst service ever...
Fast awesome service. There were not a lot of options left but that's my own fault for waiting until the day of. But had speedy fast service and received beautiful flowers
The flowers were beautiful but they were delivered at 4:15, after my wife had left for the day. Day after Valentine's Day flowers aren't as nice as ones that are received on the actual holiday

I have used 1-800-Flowers many times in the past. The online experience is great. My fiancé had requested that I not send her flowers in a box. She wants them delivered from a local florist. The quality of the flowers from a local florist has been hit or miss lately. This last time for Valentines Day, they were definitely substandard. The flowers were already "aged" and were thrown away within two days. Quite disappointing for spending $190 with 1800flowers!
My floweres were recieved 2 days after the expected day and they were almost dead...
Poor flowers were in the FedEx box for almost 3 days
Very disappointed

Its a week later & there are still Lilly blooms that have yet to open. It has looked great since its arrival & my honey comments about how great they look every morning. Much nicer looking than just roses!
My grandma loved her bonzai and wind chime. I know where I will now be getting her flowers and plants. It was well worth the cost!
My order was placed online and it arrived on time. Communication with the seller was excellent. The message I asked for on the card was accurate. My wife was thrilled with the bouquet, but it was just the blooms in a vase. I kinda expected it to be trimmed with baby's breath or a ribbon or something to make the bouquet "pop".

I heard a really good review about 1800flowers from a friend of mine, so I thought I'd give it a shot.
I ordered 3 arrangements all of which had only just started budding/ blooming when they arrived. Absolutely beautiful, and the highlight of the recipient's day! None of the people I ordered them for have had good experiences receiving or ordering online arrangements, but they all said these were the prettiest and *freshest (the most important thing) that they had seen.
Overall, on a future holiday I will definitely be purchasing again. 2 thumbs up for sure!
My girlfriend received the flowers the day after valentines because she leave work at 5 and it wasn't delivered until 6pm. I paid an extra 7 dollars so she could receive the flowers the day of but this did not happen and now I have to spend more money to make it up to her. Tried reaching customer service twice only to get disconnected after 2 hours of hold music. Would not recommend to anyone nor use again ever.
