“Hard to communicate w/someone in the US”

I ordered the basket on 2/7
Received a delivery confirmation 2/8. Basket had not been delivered
Called several times and spoke w/ppl outside of the US. The hold time and interaction was very frustrating.
Not sure if the basket was delivered 2/10 or 2/11.

Very unpleasant experience.
