Honestly, no Amazon customer should ever feel enclosed to give a bad review! They have the fantastic customer service, fantastic return policy and refund policy, easy website navigation, very reasonable yearly charge for Amazon Prime member benefits, a plethora of goodies from any and every category to choose from, amazing Prime member benefits, who doesn't love the two day free shipping, unlimited prime movies/tv shows, music, I mean come on! I have had my bad experiences and good ones from Amazon, but not one of those experiences came directly from an amazon inventoried item, my problems were always from an Amazon seller. Amazons response time for complaints is great! I have been an extremely loyal Amazon customer for years and will be for years to come!

I was fortunate enough to see the flowers alongside the recipient I purchased them for when they arrived. In the past, I haven't had a good online experience when. It comes to flower delivery. The last 5 arrangements I had purchased from previous websites similar to yall's always arrived half way through their life or already wilting, petals falling off, brown spots; bad experiences...
I heard a really good review about 1800flowers from a friend of mine, so I thought I'd give it a shot.
I ordered 3 arrangements all of which had only just started budding/ blooming when they arrived. Absolutely beautiful, and the highlight of the recipient's day! None of the people I ordered them for have had good experiences receiving or ordering online arrangements, but they all said these were the prettiest and *freshest (the most important thing) that they had seen.
Overall, on a future holiday I will definitely be purchasing again. 2 thumbs up for sure!
