Stay away for this organization. I ordered a nice arrangement for my sweetheart on 1/26 for delivery on 2/14. It was delivered on 1/27 and the arrangement was not fresh and lasted only a few days. The local associate admitted they did not check the date. They called me to ask what I wanted to do. I said I wanted them delivered as specified. The Spanish speaking associate began to curse at me in Spanish. I terminated the call and called 1800flowers. They said it would be taken care of and were apologetic as they had complaints about this primarily Spanish speaking affiliate. It did not arrive on 2/14. I received a confirmation that it had been belivered 2/15. They lied. It had not. I asked for a refund but they wouldn't do that so I am working with my bank to dispute the transaction.
I will go local from now on. If I could give less than a one to denote the rating I would. It's too bad; their service has got on worse and worse over the last year.
Again, stay away. They are not honorable..
Awesome display and delivered as promised. Flowers were fresh and in perfect condition which is all you can ask for
My friend was pleased with the funeral flowers. They arrived at the church and put on display with the others. The flowers were then taken home to be enjoyed. I am pleased that the flowers were well received.

If you get tricked into buying a Groupon you can't use the Groupon to buy arrangements at regular price. You have to buy at "special" Groupon prices that are roughly 3 times what their regular prices are. Also another thing they don't tell you is that these flowers aren't delivered by a local florist with free shipping. Instead they come for florists hours away so they can charge $15 to ship them and pad the sale price. Stay far away from these con artists!
My flower order was delivered to the wrong address even through I gave the correct one. Since I guess my company would not allow FedEx to deliver to that address, FedEx took them to the mailroom that would accept them but nobody could tell me where that was. After an hour of calling around, I found out where they were and drove the 15 miles to get them... NOT HAPPY ABOUT THIS!
I ordered flowers for my spouse for valentine's day and they werent delivered. Her office closes at 5 pmand i received an email a little after 7pm stating that my order had been delivered. So i emailed customer service and they responded today 2 days later saying that they will be redelivering today the 16th at no extra cost for me. I paid 86 dollar for a 60 dollar bouquet of flowers and the rest was shipping fees for them not to make it on time? Why would my wife want a flower arrangement today. They made me look bad for not delivering on time and now they're going to make it worse with their "redelivery" of some valentine's day flowers 2 days late. Horrible seevice. Horrible solution for a refund request. So much for their 100% satisfaction guarantee. Go to a local flower shop instead. Less of a hassle and you can be sure your order will be complete.

Don't subject yourself to this nonsense company. I ordered flowers 10 days in advance to be delivered on Vaientine's Day. It's now 5:52PM on February 15, and the flowers aren't delivered, and they won't issue a full refund.
Ordered a $110 arrangement as pictured on their website. What was delivered was a sad, wilting, poor attempt at what was ordered. A few more people in the same office got the same treatment by 1800 Flowers. Several calls later, was promised a 2nd delivery of the correct order. It never came. Couldn't get thru to them for 1 1/2 days so far. I gave up. Called the credit card company to cancel the charge. DO NOT USE 1800 Flowers. Go to a local florist. NEVER AGAIN
Flowers for my wife were never delivered on Valentine's Day, I paid extra fee for 2/14 delivery. Never again! Worst experience. I was sick as a dog, couldn't go out and buy flowers, figured they would help... ruined my day!
I ordered premium red roses in a red vase two weeks ago to be delivered 2/14/17. Our first Valentine's day as husband and wife. I waited patiently by the phone to hear the jubilation in my wife's voice upon delivery. By 4pm the roses had not been delivered, and after attempting every way possible to contact them, I was left sending an email as all other communication channels were unavailable due to high volume. High volume at 4pm on Valentine's day? Surely there can't be that many last minute orders. Now I realize it must of been so many unsatisfied customers. I was told several times they were sorry but they could not give me a refund. I only gave 2 start rating because, after 2+ hours of demanding a refund I was finally told my order would be cancelled and refunded in 7 business days. No confirmation number was given so it's yet to be seen.
Worst experience ever. Lied to, never received flowers for valentine's day. Supervisor not available to speak to. Waited 45 minutes on hold. Didn't put a smile on my face.
I see so many complaints about this company today. And now I see why. Nothing about disappointment for this company, all do to my girlfriend not receiving her flowers today. My husband ordered me flower for today 2/14/17 and I waited all day at home and never got them, they sent him a e-mail saying they came to my house at 7pm but they didnt, no knock on the door or the door bell, we have a camera outside our door, i watched the playback video, they never came at all.
I've never been more upset over a purchase in my life. I ordered flowers a week in advance and paid extra to ensure their delivery to my wife at work today (Valentines Day and our 10 yr wedding anniversary). I assumed that it was taken care of and that I would have no worries, after paying a premium to a well-known company. Sadly, I was poorly mistaken. I found this out only after calling her to ask how her day had been.
When I attempted to contact the business via their website, their chat feature wasn't working. Consequently, I was forced to call them and wait an hour on hold. After finally getting through to someone, I was told they would deliver the flowers to our home and that they would refund the $20 delivery fee. Well, if I wanted to bring home flowers I would have planned that and saved a lot of money. I wanted the flowers delivered to her at work and in front of her friends TODAY! A complete refund would not have been enough to make up for screwing this up. I'll never have this opportunity back and I can thank 1800flowers for putting me in the dog house. The thing about this kind of business, about sending flowers, is that delivery commitments and trust are absolutely critical. The flowers themselves and the cost are much less important.

My husband ordered me flowers, my daughter flowers, and me some chocolate covered strawberries. My flowers were ok not anything great. Then her flowers came separate, in a box, and it was a rose bush and you had to put it in a vase they sent that was in the package. Then the strawberries were very pretty but I picked one up and there was MOLD all over the top.
My husband called bc my daughters gift was pitiful and they told him he would have to call back at 800 that night. He did and was on the phone 40 mins. And the guy told him he could refund him 1/2 his money back. HA HA are you freaking kidding me? WE HAD MOLD ON OUR STRAWBERRIES! My husband had to raise hell to get a full refund. I don't think that they even deserve a one star. My husband order flowers to be delivered in my work place on Valentines Day ( which is Tuesday), I received a call from them on Saturday and they told me that you have a flower delivery and the door is closed. I told the lady in there office that it is a workplace and the building does not open on the weekends, I asked her who send the flowers and she read to me the writing on the note over the phone ( so much for the surprise) I told my husband and he told me that he repeatedly told them that the flowers is a surprise for Valentines day. I told the lady that I will not be in the office on Monday so maybe you can deliver it to my house or Tuesday in the office. My husband said he will call on Monday. She said ok and we hung up the phone. On Monday morning when my husband call they told him they already delivered the flowers and there is nothing they can do about it. I came to the office today and it got me very frustrated because the flowers look lifeless and dry. I usually do not write comments but when I saw the flower and the overall process it is not worth it.
FedEx sucks no knock on door left flowers on the cold ground in 18 degree weather didn't know about them for at least 2 hrs. No knock or anything. And this is not the first time. Maybe I need to switch vendors or you need to switch shippers
